White Chocolate Raspberry Cookies
3/4 cup melted butter
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of white sugar
Mix until just combined
1 egg
1 yoke
2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
Bake 350
11-12 minutes

Please add lemon to the cookie. Like zest a few lemons, fine dice the zest and fold it into the batter with the juice of one half a lemon, or use some lemon oil if you want to not thin out the batter with the juice.
