Here’ the biscuit recipe we made today. Its easy and delish
    Ingredients:
2 Cups of Self Rising Flour
(I prefer White Lily byt as long as Its self rising It will be great!)
1 1/2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
(Could be as much as 2 cups)
Mix well until Dry Ingredients are wet.
You don’ have to knead this dough but I love to fold over to make layers.
Then you can cut or roll your biscuits.
Bake 450* for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
I top with butter and serve. These are absolutely delish.
    Enjoy!
Check out my other video on these same biscuits. This is an updated version today.

My whip is really neat. It did come apart. My husband super glued it back together. No problem since. Love it to make brownies or other cookies I make. These biscuits are light and fluffy if you do take the time to sift however you like to duft. I don't twist the biscuit cutter as this will help them rise up nicely. Out melted butter on top to help them look nice and browned Thanks for letting me see this again. It's been a long time since I've made them. It's been canning time here in the Pacific North West. Now time to hibernate!!!!

Let me just tell you that I’ve been thinking about these biscuits ever since I saw this video bc I have been making biscuits for more than 50 years and for some reason in the last two or three years I cannot find good flour and my biscuits have just been horrible. I had to go to the store yesterday so I picked up some heavy whipping cream and at 11:30 last night after working in a kitchen all day that I am trying to remodel all I could think about was those biscuits so I threw some flour in a bowl, poured in some of that whipping cream, put the cut biscuits on my cast iron skillet, threw some thick cut bacon in the oven along beside them in another pan and Wala. I have to say these are the best biscuits I have ever made hands-down. I ate two before I ever even got the bacon out of the oven and then I ate four more in the bed watching TV with bacon. The only drawback is whipping cream is about eight dollars and it will probably make biscuits two times. I just do not know what the difference was or is in the whipping cream versus milk and shortening like it used to be. Thank you so very much for this recipe because I will never make them different again.

Oh I just love this!!!! Thank you for sharing. Now I think I need to go make bacon and biscuits. Lol. You made my day. Yes. It’s so expensive. It’s 4.95 at Walmart here for a quart. It’s crazy. But they are so good and so easy!! Thank you so much for watching. Don’t forget to subscribe. We almost have 300 videos on!!

Microwave the cream for 60-90 seconds, or until it hits 95-100 degrees. This loosens the fat molecules, resulting in better hydration.
