I kinda don't want more people to know about this gold treasure of arm wrestling knowledge. It feels like I'm part of a small group of chosen people to gain this knowledge. 😅
As a person who’s never sat their elbow down on a arm wrestling table i am learning a lot about a sport I’ve grown a lot of interest in the last half a year
This channel is fantastic for information, the how-to's and what-to-do's of armwrestling, but yes, getting on the table and feeling it for yourself is 100% necessary. Applying your new knowledge is the key to improving 💪🏼 Plus, the pains will reduce over time, beginner pains aren't forever! You may feel stiff or a bit achy, but never to the same extent as when you first start.
@@Papapapapa78 Thats a little generous, its been a few years. Hes been bodybuilding for years tho. He has very amatuer level table intuition imo but thats just my opinion. Also, the series with Paul actually DOES go over very basic things.
there are still people who didnt learn from devon that height is the single most important thing in aw, denis will lose because he will not be fighting for any height
Quality, as always. You should let Devon or someone shout you out to get more subscribers. Most underrated armwrestling channel on youtube!

This is exactly what Pavlo needed to advance his game, awesome stuff from Big Bob!

Get on a table with a club man. I started this past year after several years of watching. It’s awesome man. Hurts like hell but awesome.

Great stuff Bob. Thanks.
Some great info there thanks Bob
Great video Bob!
watched every one of these videos man.
No such such thing as too strong hand. Regardless of technique, strength always comes first. Love bob
Bob can you do a series for amateurs? For those of us who only know the basics of technique. Thanks.
He did. Its called “Training Paul Italia”.
@@GrannySoupLadle Paul Italia isn't an amateur, he's been training for years, has competed and has received advice from world class athletes before.

@@GrannySoupLadle Yeah, but I want more haha. There's no armwrestling culture in my country, gotta learn somewhere 😬
@@Papapapapa78pretty sure he had his first amateur tournament maybe a month or two ago? Forgive me if I'm wrong
What about jamming your shorter arm and smaller hand forward instead like Ermes did against Levan?
when pulling down it must put a lot of pressure on the wrist. if your wrist cracks they would go over the top
It does, but if you train your wrist and lat together, your wrist should hold unless they're that much stronger than you.
