this is by far one of the best videos ive seen on arm wrestling technique Bob i'd love to get some coaching from you. I usually practice with the stateline guys, and a giant group of illinois guys. I met Pavlo last week too.
This is what I love about the arm-wrestling community. Possible future competitors helping each other get better and no ego when learning from those who are much more experienced. Great stuff. Pavlo just keeps getting better and better. Future world champion at some point. No doubt.
I've Always liked Pavlo but an underrated skill in this sport is coachability. Looks like Pavlo has that going for him too. Lots of strong people with crazy egos who refuse to learn anything, or more specifically refuse to be taught anything. Despite how simple or how much sense these moves seem, It can be really hard to "get it". Bob, you seem like an excellent teacher. I appreciate your videos and opinions.
I love this series, I don't pull but am a big fan of the sport, this series is a little gem, Bob is such a great teacher, he's got me here sat in my chair mimicking the movements.
Its crazy how Pavlo's been pulling for so long and doesnt know some of these things, just presses through people with his strength. Dont get me wrong I've learned a lot from Bob here as well but as the lightest guy on my team, I've always needed lots of technique and have learned some of these things myself in just 3 years
Bob brown knew that pavlo doesnt know how to armwrestle at all the moment he said that his main move is ''side'', hes doing a great job at teaching him actual aw techniques
doesnt need to be said but im gona say it anyway..this is training. for all we know pavlos arm is cooked while cody is fresh or vice versa. who ever looks stronger here doesnt matter. what matters is who shows up in competition.
Nothing scarier than a very strong puller learning new tricks.

Great attitude from Pavlo… never stop learning is the motto
What a great learning vid . Love Pavlo's attitude . Great teachers in Bob and Kody .
This is gold. All the best for Pavlo
This video showed the accumulated knowledge pavlo gained from bob. He kinda did the reverse hit at the end. And then finished off with a triangle hook
UA-cam algorithm boosting comment 💪
... the kick back, is what i like to call it. Pavlo becoming a smarter puller only amplifies his power 😎
Used the triangle in practice Tuesday, worked great. This series is fantastic!
Bob's place is the real monster factory!
This one looked like a way better learning experience for pavlo, very cool

Good shit, Bob.

you compensate for the lack of brute strength... not everyone has the genes of Levan and Denis
Love Pavlo, such a cool dude! So super strong! And now with more technique, scary!!!
Getting to see two powerhouses like Kody and Pavlo training is worthy of a popcorn and cola.
Bob, you are creating a monster! Someones going to have to deal with that.

Nice
