So thankful for this video. We are also considering Swienty and Lyson bottle filler so this was a great tutorial!!! Looking forward to seeing your other videos.
Very informative video and answered several of my questions. I am trying to see the type of ball valves you are using on your creamer, but can't figure out the brand. Could you provide more information. Also, while I love my creamer I hate trying to get the honey into the very small opening the door provides. How do you fill yours? Thanks for taking the time to answer.
The ball valves are from Lyson and available at Abelo. They will fit any standard honey gate. Mine is 100 ltr version. Have no issues decanting honey in through the top door. Use up to 60lb buckets with no issues. Love my creamer! Such a great device!
Another fascinating video. I never thought I'd enjoy the extracting/ bottling vids as much as the bees side of things! I know this is one of your smaller pieces of kit but I was wondering whether you have to assemble or install something like that big uncapping machine by yourself? Or does the manufacturer offer engineer installation please?
8:29 Hello! where did you buy the connectors from the sweeper and the cream machine. when I bought the sweeper I did not receive the connectors. thanks!
have you found that the clicker being manual and not a lazer or infrared is a point that would break easily after some time. im guessing at this point you've put thousands of jars through it.
You should buy a couple of old hairdresser chairs, take the seat off and replace with a steel plate as a table for your creamer/strainer. That way with the gas strut and foot pump you can lower it for filling and then raise it for jarring. I'm pretty sure one of the larger ones would be very stable and more than capable of taking 150kg
Hi Lawrence, hope you're well. What dimension jars do you use? I'm looking at going for 8oz this year. Do you know the dimensions of yours? Thanks Tom 😊.
Another informative video. Really enjoyed this along with the other product and business ones you have done of late. Thank you 😀 Regarding your Honey Room, what size is it overall?
Why not sit the tank on a jackable table( either manual or electric) so that you can increase the pressure head when bottling and lower the table to fill the tank. Then you will not have to sit on the floor.
you say you use to fill your jars by eye but what about weights and measures, "we" think that if weights and measures got involved they would want to see a more exact measurement to within a ? % + or -
No that's not quite correct. Sorry if it wasn't clear. If I put 227g of honey into my 8oz jars they look about 15% short. I have very accurate trade scales set to within 0.1g and they are fully calibrated. I don't like the look of the 227g in an 8oz jar, so I fill up to the neck line, which I know is way in excess of the advertised 227g. I still check and weigh them just the same as before, I'm just working towards what they look like in the jar AND making sure they are above 227g. It works out they are in between 235g-240g when I fill them to the neck and sample check each batch to make sure.

Thank you very much for this video, this is definitely on my shopping list as I am a small producer in a smallish honey room too.
Hey I would shorten that hose between the cream tank and the dispenser. Or at least level the hose. It should be less work for the motor of the pump.
Very in depth detailed video It's very interesting!
That is really a cool machine! Would have nice to have when my father and I had 100 hives. :)
Yes its a fantastic machine and a huge time saver. Definitely one of my favourites.

@@BlackMountainHoney Thank you for your quick response. My creamer is 70 ltr. Might have a smaller, more restricted opening. It is still worth it!

Yep. 1/4 click jars

I use the standard 8oz 190ml round jars 😀
@@BlackMountainHoney thanks mate.

Regarding your Honey Room, what size is it overall?
Hi Pete. Honey room is 3.8m x 5m but that includes the super warming cabinet which is 3.2 x 0.8m

Hi do you sterilise the jars before filling?
We buy by the pallet load so they come ready sterilised from the manufacturer.
Were can i get this kind of mashine
What is the smallest jar this can fill ? I do 1.25 oz jars/63 grams
It will fill them down to 45g but not on the turntable. Just using the pedal which a bit slower
@@BlackMountainHoney thank you for your reply. I enjoy your videos
Would you please email me info and price for this machine?
