It is so lovely for you to join for this session. I'm Sarah aka Dr Energy Flow. I am a Reiki Master and I have studied sound healing with pioneers in the energy healing field. I use the relaxing ASMR powers to help you get into a theta state which is the portal to receiving deep healing. Please note dear ones that this is real distant healing session aiming to help your subconscious mind unblock stagnant thoughts or energy so that you can expand in wonderful ways. You might get epiphanies, you might feel lighter, more creative, at peace or feel tears shed as you let go of painful emotions. This is a time for you to hold space for yourself as I hold space for you so you can feel better in yourself and with yourself.
These sessions are always intuitive and the goal is to reach and facilitate healing for the collective. This session includes a smudge cleanse, crystal singing bowls, bio resonance, reiki, light language soft spoken asmr and various alternative healing modalities.
Each session is different and as your energy shifts daily, we cannot know in advance what you will experience. You may experience warmth, laughter, deep meditation or a whole spectrum of feelings. I invite you to let go and see what flows through your system. If you fall asleep, your subconscious mind will absorb the healing vibrations. I hope you benefit massively from this session. Sorry guys i missed this… it’s light language that comes naturally that I’ve developed over time. I think it’s a mix of planetary, ancient and futuristic at the same time. I trust it is healing. Just like our languages that were created by our ancestors and humans before them, our words were initially codes, frequencies and vibrations that were given meaning to create dialogues and be understood. The dialect I’ve tapped into feels healing to those who hear it and it’s an extension of my being who is only here to facilitate healing. Generally i set an intention for the light codes to resonate with listeners and for them to heal from it in the way they need. Much love to you all xo
However there are moments when what i say is a translation of ‘free the mind’, ‘reduce the pain’ and other clear intentions/ instructions i have and i channel the ‘codes’

The singing in the background is very relaxing. It reminds me of a siren, it drew me in so fast. And I assume that’s your singing voice? Absolutely mesmerizing. I like the aesthetic of the video, it feels trippy in the best way. And I could feel my nervous system relaxing. I always have pain around my wrist and fingers, and 1/3 in the video; I instantly felt a shift and felt different. Typing is so much easier for me now and I feel so relaxed. Thank you so much.

Yup. Very relaxing, to bad for the commercial interruptions. I usually stop watching a channel that allowes commercials during meditation video/music.
this is the second message I have received about commercials. I'm sorry, I did not agree to commercials in the middle of any video... I do not have 1000 followers yet so the video is not monetised and therefore it seems that I cannot even have access to any information about adverts. Once I reach 1000 followers, I should be able to access the settings and remove the ads in the middle. Fingers crossed
Pay for UA-cam Premium if you do not like the ads or commercials. When you use a free version of something, you must realize ads are one of the features that make it free. The artists have very little control over the ads or placement. Years ago they had some control, now they do not.

The ads mid video defeat the purpose of having a relaxing session so I'd like to resolve this. I think you are suggestion for watchers to pay for premium but I may be wrong. @@drenergyflow UA-cam red is the premium subscription viewers can pay for. UA-cam places ads in the middle of videos, and it’s not a coincidence that an ad would be placed in the middle of a meditation or relaxation video…. With YT Red, there are no more ads, interruptions or commercials. People judge the creators too much for “allowing ads”, but YT has done this by design. Creators had more control over placement years ago, or with 100k viewers, but until that point, you’re “at their mercy”. It’s not the artists doing or fault, it’s the YT algorithm pushing for Red. For a few dollars a month, you have access to unlimited sleep subliminals, meditations, relaxation etc without those pesky ads. To blame creators is wrong, and I see this too much. Ticktock has ads, free tv has ads, it’s why they are able to remain “free.”

I'm cutting in a Ph.D program but I can't call myself a doctor legally until I've completed and passed my dissertation and graduated. maybe it's different on other countries?

As for me, indeed I’m not a registered doctor, I don’t have a doctorate and doctor is not a protected title, hence the rapper AR Young’s alter ego is Dr Dré, cocktailogist N Medicamento can be called Doctor Cocktail etc. All my videos mention that I’m not a ‘doctor’ and of course, what I offer does not replace traditional practises and allopathic drugs. We are in a world where we are lucky to have access to so many concepts to help with our well-being aren’t we!
