Aeternus: Never-ending Gatling Laser, is the only weapon with true unlimited ammo. Survival players never have to carry ammo any longer. Hits like a truck. (If a commando specific gun like Spray and Pray is on here, a Heavy Weapon is fair game)
you could try these areas :inside of Marvin's store inside of Monsignor Plaza. Sold by vendors including Suggs, Arturo Rodriguez, KL-E-0, and Ronnie Shaw or tied into the Nuka World dlc quest where you can choose to get Nuka / Quantum ammo for several weapons. ( tho these are for the grenade grenade and not the Nuka one but its worth a try )
I gotta say that I'm very surprised that you left out the Overseer's Guardian. Not only is it really good, it's also very cheap and easy to get. I'd also much rather go for the Justice instead of Le Fusil Terribles.
@@toddparker514 😄It gets the job done, even at very high levels. But... There are other weapons in the game that will outperform it. That said, I've used it a lot on sniper builds, and I never had reason to complain. But, it does struggle a bit when going up against the enemy versions that level with your character level.
2-Shot isn't as good as people think. Yes it boosts your dmg, but its not a flat 2x. the basic formula is: unmodded dmg + modded dmg = X, then X/2 = dmg per bullet. Unmodded dmg is the base dmg of the weapon with no upgrades Modded dmg is the dmg number the stat block shows you which takes into account the currently equipped mods X is the combined total of the 2 dmg numbers above, then it gets divided by 2 with each shot from the weapon doing exactly half the total dmg So an unmodded 2 shot weapon will absolutely do 2x its base dmg, but once you start upgrading its no longer a flat 2x dmg multiplier

The best guns in fallout 4 are as follows *hip hop chains rattle against quick change mag, and reflex dot sight fitted to a long ported silenced barrel* Overseers, *counts one* Overseer, *counts 2* Overseer.
if you want an early RR Rifle without fighting the muties, go northeast of the starlight workshop and where the fallen surveyors are laying dead next to a train, in one of the trains is a railway rifle I've found this one as early as level 15.The map marker is a RR icon too iirc

I farmed a Lucky Gauss Rifle for my Sniper. Finally got lucky. Ideal silenced weapon for a sneak and luck build. Banking some critical hits with the right skills is way more useful than instagating or crippling legendary.
I'd love if you includes creation club stuff cus id love to know if the manwell rifle or cr-47L or whatever are better than the best weapons in the base/dlc game
Cr-47l isn't that good it's just a reskinned combat rifle that is full auto ONLY and looks a little less ugly I have that creation on my Xbox Don't know about the manwell though because it didn't look very good so I never bought it.
Honestly the CR-74 is decent tho the quest to find the attachment blueprints is pretty good While the quest is text only, it makes a great tour around the commonwealth

Overseer’s Guardian is too good. You don’t want a cheap and super easy gun to get, that will carry you through end game, and can be modified for Rifleman, Commando, Sniper, or VATS builds, that can use 3 different ammo types. Even on Survival, put it away and pretend other guns have everything going for them that the OG does.
I'm starting to wonder if I should play this game again, but first I would have to check my mod list. Any recommendations that could make the vanilla experience more immersive? :3
Follow midnight ride and downgraded. Next gen 4f is broken. There's a game breaking bug that causes crashes if you have any mods or creations that edit npc records. If you want mods anything by degenerate dak and pigness
The Last Minute is so very mid, since you’re almost always just as well off using a non legendary version. Gauss rifles hit so hard, that crippling rarely ever matters, since whatever it was is dead first. Only with the Wasteland’s biggest foes will it be relevant.
Thank you, cartoon gentlemen, but may I put my hat into the ring as I present to you the greatest Lord and savior, and probably the best thing that any religion would want the radical conversion! (my lawyers have advised me to acknowledge that the previous statement from above is merely a joke.) Radical conversion is a unique radium rifle with the penetrating legendary effect. This means that this gun ignores 30% of a targets, energy and ballistics resistance, slap all five ranks of rifleman and not only are you doing double damage with a very, very strong sniper rifle. You are also ignoring 30% of their armor, 30% of their resistance, and 45 ammunition is not hard to get. To acquire this wonderful weapon, you will be visiting the nucleus after doing a few quests for the children of Adam, you can talk to sister Mai, who will ask you to modify the purification arches by salvaging a component from the nearby pop factory. Regardless, on how you modify the arches, you will be rewarded with radical conversion. Turning this wonderful weapon into a sniper rifle, a fully automatic rifle, a semi automatic mid to close range battle rifle will make you wonder why you you didn’t convert sooner.
Caedrel i gonna have to watch this video in like 2 weeks bc now iam playuing far cry and if i watch this i will want to play fallout but i need to finish far cry sorry
I just redownloaded this to try out survival and I’m having a blast. way less bugs than I expected. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT I INSTA DIE WHILE WALKING NEXT TO CARS SOMETIMES it’s not too fun losing 45 minutes of experience to that lol
Idk how that happens but occasionally the cars will loose all collision or something and just start gliding across the ground which results in instantly death if your near it it's been around since 2015 man Also get used to losing game time on survival, It's going to happen alot and it's only going to get worse as you progress the story with that un-immversive saving mechanic I highly recommend downloading the mod "no save till bedtime" because it's just a quick save meant for your hotkeys IT HELPS IMMENSELY I do a survival run after a standard hard playthrough and I can't live without that quick save mod
Very Hard, below level 20, is the best window for difficulty in the game… and no companions can be beneficial in many ways, well beyond the Lone Wanderer perk
Always good to see you back Caedo, I missed you all these years, and it's reassuring to hear the voice of the nevada desert speak anew

Yeah I prefer Justice. Put a drum mag on it and enemies just stagger constantly until they die.
Overseers guardian is the best gun period just because it is great at any level you actually don't need any other gun lol

Welcome back, Cranium Giblets.
Finding the legendary kneecapper I think is the best in the game. One punch with that and they are down - then two punch with a shotgun..
Should pickpocket the prototype Railway Rifle and hang it up above your main settlement room 😂 and use the regular one for the actual dmg
