My favorite channel for living the best we can and thriving are yours, Benita Larsson (Swedish 45-54 year old) and Talasbuan (30-something family that includes parents in their 60s). These three videos do what my 86 year-old mother prefers most, mixing of the generations. She finds it stimulating, as do I. When I was in my 20s to 50s, most of my friends were in their 60s and 80s. Now that I'm 64, few of my friends have died and most new friends are in their 30s-40s. Funny how I've switched places and am the so-called 'older' category. Not sure how I feel about it, but I do enjoy the middle-aged folks I hang out with now.
Thanks Christina. I'll check out Benita's channel It sound very interesting. Isn't it strange how life flips upside down on us sometimes? Probably good for us in the end.
I watch Rosered's Homestead channel. She's much older and very intelligent. She's a retired college professor and her videos are usually on home prepping, and various other topics where she does home experiments. Very, very SMART woman.
.? Are you going to restart the Monday meet ups on either channel I thought it was great that people “ our” age could express ourselves, our concerns etc.
I realized that it didn’t work out on the other channel and was too much for me after I had Covid. But it could work out here because this channel is about talking. Right now, I’m so buried with the needs of the Christmas season on the other channel. How about I look at restarting it here after the new year? When I’m ready to start, I can out out an announcement on Home so everyone will know where to find it.
@@JustTalkingAboutLife thanks so much I really looked forward to that contact with live people I’m so shut in and as much as I hate to say it I am kind of pushed aside by family and people at church like if they touch me they might catch whatever it is I have because no one not even me knows what is wrong with me
Sounding so much better!
Thanks!

I knew age was a protected group. Older people don't have childcare issues. They don't take off if a child is sick. They are more dependable.
It's so true. There are such advantages to hiring older people.
