I tried this recipe and my pav bhaji was tastiest i ever made! Instead of color i had used beetroot which gave bhaji really good color. Thanks for this amazing recipe Varun dada!😊
It's been a year now I am living in London. I miss my mom's food a lot and look at this Bombay pav bhaji it reminds me all the Bombay street food. Good job and simply great presentation👌
Tried making as soon as finished watching this. It came out superb' although there was no red color additive. Added 2 chillies, for a bit of spice, totally satisfied. Nice instructions Chef saab! Soch raha hoo sadak pe kab shuru karu...
Tried the exact recipe and it came out very good. Delicious and easy to prepare. I enjoy watching and follow Varun recipe. They are genuine and easy and most importantly a treat to the taste buds.
My favorite pao bhaji recipe. Tried so many times. Simple to follow and comes out delicious every time. The best part is you don't use store bought pao bhaji masala. 👍😊
Love the video😍 I prepared this dish and it turned out to be really amazing..the only diff was I cooked vegetables in the cooker and then continued as you mentioned..thanks chef🤩 I love the way you explain😍
This is the simplest and most tasty Pav Bhaji. Thank you so much for making this recipe simple. If there is too much prep then my wife's not gonna cook. 😊
I like your videos a lot. I'm a student doing my Masters in The Netherlands and I learnt cooking watching your videos. Your videos, unlike many super pro chef videos, aren't pretentious, the language is simple and it's easy and relatable. Thanks for making these videos. :) They are a joy to watch. I'm making Pav Bhaji for my friends on campus tonight. Hope I do it well.☺️
I made it and everyone loved it and took some suggestions from fellow comments like adding beetroot for color and tastes, lemon and added lots chilies. Yummmm thank you so much
One of my 2 favorite Indian snacks (the other being idli + vada + chutney + sambar). It's even better if you add some mango powder, paprika powder, and a tiny bit of black salt. And add some dhaniya leaves BEFORE it's cooked. Greetings from Slovenia.
For colour, add Kashmiri red chili paste, which doesn't make pav bhaji spicy and adds great colour. I use this while making pav bhaji at home. I also add regular red chilli powder for the spice. it tastes and looks great :)
Thanks! for red color you can also try annatto seeds soaked in boiling or room temp water. We call it roucou in Trinidad. Also called Oucou or Achiote. It can also be made with oil.
Really that was Awesome ! I first time tried it and followed the instructions exactly, except the colour and capsicum (I don't like it), and everyone in my family was stunned ! (Including me) especially because they never expected this performance from a boy like me... :-) It tasted GREAT ! Thanks a lot for uploading. By the way, didn't like the (over) acting though, (No Offense) but the recipe was Simply Superb ! Thanks again !
Eating extra butter will burn your fats...try it.....I eat 1 spoon of Amul butter on my bread every single day for last 22 years. Now I am 35 and fit & slim. I used to eat butter in childhood bcoz I was obsessed with it. But now I know the benefits of eating it. Try desi cow ghee... that's too good for health too.
Tried it just now...was superb.I omitted the color instead put soaked and ground whole Kashmiri chilli paste in place of powder. I cant believe I was using all that pav bhaji masala n gobhi n stuff till I saw this.
It is not just food colour..it tastes heavenly awesome.. whenever my guests come I make this recipe without food colour and they say they have never tasted pav bhaji better then this earth..
I watch your most of the recipe..but This is the most loveable video i have watched of you... Not Bcz of the recipe.. Just because of the expression you gave during... Butter.... 😆😆 and you really don't need an introduction...
I boiled potatoes fr making aloo tikki burger, coincidentally watched ds easy n yummy recipe n thn transformed burger recipee in to pav bhaji recipe;))) hence satisfied my street food craving here in Abroad
I tried making this today!! 😍 Now my family thinks I'm a chef 😂😂...loved the recipe, though go easy on chilly powder, was a lil bit spicy. Thank you so much for the great recipe 😍🥰
little disappointed by adding RED color into pac bhaji ! and in masala don't we have to put pav bhaji MASALA ? love your most of all recipes and I'm really trying at home and it comes out awesome ! thank you !
+preet desai The ingredients use for making the spice using the cumin seeds garlic paste chilli powder, onion and butter does the work for masala.. hence no pav bhaji masala was added!
No pav bhaji masala😅 no kasuri methi 😅 no lemon while cooking 😅...adding water too early...too much red colour...i bet this will taste worst than any Street pavbhaji

121212jag why don't you try with tomato puree and kashmiri mirch paste
121212jag u can boil beetroot and use that water to Color the bhaji or u can also use half of d boiled and mashed beetroot
Use beet for the color. That's what you're actually supposed to use, as opposed to food color.
not necessarily to put food colour instead u can put pav bhji masala
