Have you considered doing a 4 min video on Ableton's Vocoder? "Carrier" and "Signal" and triggering and pitch and so forth can be pretty confusing!

Hey LNA,
I got to go a I guess against the Grain here. But to me Simpler and Sampler are absolutely useless. For the Music I make I can not figure out how to incorporate a Simpler or Sampler into it. If I want a good Bass Drum sound I will find a really Good Bass Drum sound. Not sure why anyone would take the time and the trouble to try to make one from a Vocal chop. Help me understand why, when or where I would need it??? Thx ElectricEddie....

There are some big differences. Mostly the multisampler mode and the modulation functions... and wapring.
