I performed these exercises and noticed immediate pain relief and increased mobility! After one session I can point my toe nearly 90 degrees upward. Before I could barley point my toe up
It really depends on the individual case. To make specific recommendations I would have to examine the patient. The frequency could vary from once per day to 4 to 5 times per day, depending on amount of restriction, level of inflammation, age of the patient etc. Sorry I could not be more specific. Cheers
My big toe was displace and I snapped it in back in place and I had a small fracture that went into the beginning of the joint the swelling went down but I can’t bend my big toe at the joint and curl it like the other foot. It won’t curl in completely. I’m trying to regain motion past the pain
Thank you for watching and for sharing your experience, @Moe412_. It sounds like you've been through quite an ordeal with your toe. Self-reducing a dislocation and managing a fracture are significant injuries that can lead to complications, including the limited mobility you're experiencing. It’s imperative to be under the care of a healthcare professional in such cases to ensure proper healing and to address any potential impediments to regaining full function in your toe. Attempting to regain motion through pain could exacerbate the injury or slow the healing process. Please consult a medical professional who can guide you through a safe rehabilitation program tailored to your specific condition and recovery status.
I'm dealing with this exact issue. After having a bunionectomy on my left foot about 8 years ago I have now developed a severe hip impingement on that same side The bunionectomy left my left big toe very stiff
Hi Ashley, I cannot give recommendations on specific cases without examining the patient. I would recommend seeing a practitioner then seeing if these exercises are appropriate for your case. Cheers

I have tophaceous gout on my right big toe and this really helps when it gets stiff after running/jumping.
