I'm not sure why these videos are being recommended but I want a goat now
Yo neither do I but I feel like I'm learning so much
I have a goat and his knowledge is very helpful
Same 😂😂😂😂
I subscribed. It’s fun learning about them.
Goats are my favourite farm animal. They are great company and a ton of fun when they are raised correctly.
I have disliked goats my entire life.
(several run ins as a child, teen, adult)
Now I feel so ashamed as I never understood goats.
You taught me how to flip an aggressive goat, you have showed how to win their trust and show them love.
Bless you. I will never look at a goat the same way again.lol
Chiropractor for your goat?
You sir are full of love.
**slaps the goat**
this bad boy can lift so much weight
I’m filled with joy that you treat your pack boys like they are sentient, lovable, and finally getting the recognition they deserve. My best pack boy will be 19 on his next birthday and still going strong. He’s my best friend.
14:44 That cheeky face. "Rest of yall hear that? I'm dad's favorite~"
1:23 I wonder how many times he had to flip that goat.
Marc: This goat right here is...
Other goat: HELLOOOOOooooOOOO
Hahahaha goated comment
A goat ate my shoelace once. He was so friendly but he started eating my shoe and was like hey guy stop that. But they’re so innocent and happy you cant really yell at them. I stepped back and he was looking at me. Like he wanted that shoe.
I find it kind of crazy how much personality they show just by their actions. Never seen these guys before but I bet you could get a rough idea of them even with the audio muted
I didn't know goats could get that big, you got some monster goats over there
I've watched two of your videos and I had no idea how smart and aware goats were. Almost like a dog/cattle mix... Crazy
I used to work on a goat dairy, and I laughed as soon as you described one as a "face-sniffer" - I know exactly the personality you're talking about! Those goats absolutely can't mind their own business because everything you're doing IS their business.
Omg 2nd goat wants some loving. I've always loved goats. they are so funny and unique.
I know zip about goats and never cared to reflect on goats in general but after watching your videos I love goats and they seem like interesting animals to deal with. Great channel and very informative.
Six weeks seems to be the golden timeframe for so much - even after surgery or childbirth in humans, six weeks is the target for strength to return.
Him: This is gus, he's weird!
Gus: What a weird man! Comes every now and then to pat me!
Seems your Goats really love you :-)
This was awesome to watch, your dedication and love to your animal friends is wonderful!
The 19 dislike is people that don't like goat's great video
I really love your channel! So therapeutic!
11k views and zero dislikes thats pretty impressive
Thanks Sean! The way we see it, what's not to like about goats!?
when the goats came up a kept getting in his face 😂😂😂
Pure magic! Living your best life..
Thanks. I don't do goat packing but your posts are really helpfull as I have 14 adult goats and currently 16 youngsters that I feed open range so I spend at least 8 hours a day with them.
Cheers from Zlarin, small island in Croatia.
Luka Kalinic fun to hear that. Cheers!
its good to know that different goats do have different personalities and sensitivities. Thanks for explaining that! Good sweet Thorn!
next coming up: the big 5 personality test on goats.
I am learning. I have definitely noticed personality coming out of my 9 month olds now. I like how you let them be themselves and just work with the different personalities
Not me watching all of these goats videos.. I love them 😍
So funny that goat right up in your face while your working. I have Nigerian dwarf goats and I was fixing my brakes on the truck and both of my goats were right there in my face. You get frustrated with them but they are just showing affection.
I just found your channel...I am absolutely amazed at your combination of love and control.....Not sure I can ever be as patient as you are, but would like to think I could. So impressed....!!!!
Ernie's Autowerks thanks much but I loose my poo every now and then. I do love them though.
It is very cool to see the goats at work! Amazing animals.
wow, great info, wonderful goats.
YOU ARE THE GOAT OF Pack Goats
Just clicked on this video and I don't know goat breed from Adam, as a city boy, goats are goats to me, I just love animals and find goats so fascinating, Thanks for sharing and for explaining.
Cheers, you bet.
I used to have goats and these videos are making me want some again.
Thanks for sharing, learning about my 2 new goats. Just 10 months old. They are a hoot!
Don't really know much about goats, but thanks to this video I am learning about how interesting they are ! Great video
I never considered goats could be so different from each other. When I was a kid my dad got a pygmy goat. That little fellow would follow me around like a dog and he loved to play. He'd come up and push against my knee with his head, slowly, and start pushing...and I'd push back. He really loved it.
Lol same
Blaze looks like a mystical creature from The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe.
This guy is gonna blow up, trust me.
*He's the lion man of goats.*
Damn. This is a whole wonderful world of goats, and I've been missing out on it because I was busy being normal.
i love the one who love cudles !! 0:20
you made me want to get a goat :)
I know you put these out a while ago, but man....🤔 you're making me want to buy some goats 👍 First goat I get, I'm naming Steve. Regardless of the gender👍
We have a goat like Eli. She was pinned in a tiny area, abused, infested with worms angry and very aggressive and dangerous to our other goats. She is now so sweet and just a great love bug now.. All our goats have horns. I love how long your horns are. They are so much happier with horns.
I found these videos and I gotta say goats are pretty animals. Lovely to see such respect and thoughtful teaching on their rearing.
Thank you for your videos they are really helpful and I am thinking about having goats and I am amazed with you and your knowledge❤
Wow, you are very kind but I feel like I'm still just figuring them all out myself as well. I have learned a ton from my mentors and just passing that along.
Alpines were mostly centered as a breed in a 1000-head dairy called Laurelwood Acres in the Ripon CA area, if memory serves. They were crowded with not enough liner feet of access to feed. This dairy had all the top milk and show records for a long time, and they sold bucks all over when the 'back to the land' thing started up in the 70s. So the breed was inadvertently selected against having nice social skills, you might say. I had 18 years in Alpines and then another 10 in Oberhasli. What a difference. The Swiss-eared (upright) breeds all came from valleys in and around Switzerland, where deep snow made pure breeds form in single valleys up high. The chalet housing had one side for people and one side for livestock, so interaction with people influenced selection greatly (Papa keeps the ones his kids like). Same for the tent in the desert. This is how wild ibex were developed into modern dairy breeds

You might buy some Arnica and plant it. Arnica was discovered for bruising and inflammation as humans observed that goats eat the Arnica plant if they have fallen.
Hola desde Costa Rica lo felicito que lindo proyecto ases bendiciones
These are all such very beautiful animals! I wish I can have one! I really enjoyed learning more about them!
This is so COOL!!! I found your channel by accident, and it’s just fascinating. Your knowledge about goats is really impressive.
My goat loves her cheeks rubbed and to just be held and cuddled. She is only 30 pounds 😅
Just got a couple of Nigerian Dwarfs for a first but I love your videos and have learned so much about behavior . Thank you!
Diego Forest Great to heat!! Glad they help.
We are about to get our first six goats, your videos are so helpful, they have taken me from terrified to inquisitive. Thank you so much.
👍
You would really enjoy the Pack Goat one oh one course as well as the how to raise a baby goat course on packgoat.com. Very well ordered and all the intricate information you need to be successful and you’ll save yourself tons of money in mistakes I promise
Gus is my spirit animal.
The Goat whisperer
I love that title "multi hybrid"❤❤
Very interesting video! Love these guys. I can imagine bigger goats having maybe a moment of power tripping people.
Because of your info when we got our two female goats in 2010 one was a full Nigerian dwarf & the other was like your black long horns. Obviously the same as your female whom wouldn’t start growing. An Alpine. She passed at 7&1/2 years do to a tied up rumen. Couldn’t get her to eat plastic wherever she could find it. But she had a good like & loved attention. Our Nigerian is 12 now & has escaped death so many times and my husband and I thank the Lord Yeshua we still have her.
Awwww! That goat actually love you and want you to pad him too! Well behave. Can't wait to move to the countryside to have some goats.
I love watching those goats thank you for sharing this VIDEO
Deborrah Dutra welcome
We are raising dairy and doing dairy/meat goats now. Then this video pops up now I want a pack goat lol 🤣
I love how the pest of the group is literally "LOVE ME DAD IM ON CAMERA, ARE YOU PROUD OF ME YET" lol
these goat videos are so interesting. i don't really plan on having goats any time soon but i've always loved them since a kid because of my grandpa's farm. so, it is really cool to watch these videos
Team Goats!
Second video I’ve seen from dis guy n I want goats
Goats are awesome
I have those exact camo shorts!!!
Just want to say thanks, love your videos learning so much. Keep up the great work
Trish Cabral Thanks for taking the time to say so. I’m very glad you find them helpful.
I love these goats
That comment you made at the end about goats needing to have their teeth ground flat was something I hadn't heard of before....but it makes sense because I know that horses have that problem when they get older. Two of my goats are coming up on 9 years old and, although they seem fine now, I'll definitely have the vet check their teeth at their next annual appointment.
Yes, it's almost for sure an issue they are having already...I think you might be surprized at the difference it makes. My goats that have needed it are like a whole new goat once we do it.
@@PackGoatscom how old are goats when they first need to have their teeth ground?
Your videos and website info are such great, valuable resources to have for those of us (like me) who are just starting out. Thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge.
Jules You are most welcome. I’m glad you’ve found this info helpful. Thanks for taking the time to say so. Cheers.
I learn so much. Great channel !
The tall athletic dark goats 🐐 seem a little aloof and uninterested. While the other more chubby fluffy guys seem more fun and personality. They are so engaged.
Very helpful, thank you!
My goat loves me no matter what it’s super cute. I think it’s because I got her when she was a day old and she was on deaths door and I brought her back
Thank u for the video! I hope to hace one of these types of goats some day!! Its nice to admire & learn more about them even if I dont though. Very interesting & great video!!
"You're just going to kinda have that weird goat." I'm not planning on it, but you never know what'll happen in the future I guess.
This is so helpful. I have a newly rescued goat and she is sweet but so scared and weird. Very hard to read what she wants.
Mahalo, awesome info!
Ku`i cheers!
I don't have a goat. Probably never will. But I like this video regardless.
We liked this thanks Marc
Cynthia Aden Good deal.
Love goats 🐐
I just found out that I love goats. I rescued a day old baby and I LOVE 💕 Her so much. She thinks I’m her mommy. She loves to cuddle and sleeps on my bed. 😂
Thanks for sharing. I have two lamancha does, and a boer wether. The boer is not as personable as the lamanchas, he's a bit more standoffish. The girls have loads of personality. One is a love bug and super vocal, the other is a bit of a brat, but she is the queen with a royal butt head attitude one second and loves you the next. I think people overlook goats not realizing that they have all these awesome, funny, loving, quarky personalities.
Fascinating! This video is a hidden jem.
Hi there, did you solve the feeder problem for the young goats ? My suggestion is to add some 2x2 timber to the outside of each feeding slot in the form of a V. Leave a gap at the bottom of maybe 2"
It will act as a barrier so they won't jump in, it will still allow them to get their heads/horns thru to eat. It will reduce the ability to get their shoulders past the impediment.
Bruno is your shadow man. Lol
I have three all black Nigerian Dwarves and I can attest that black goats get warmer. They always find shade way quicker than my other girls and pant way more
My Saanen does have all been lovey-dovey.
Mahalo's Marc, I'm learning bro....
*12:13** the way he turns his head when his back is turned..... one day.....* 👿 🤣🤣🤣
Just to make it clear. I never had any interest in goats and knew little to nothing about them. Who knew you could flip them?
Anyways, I'm subscribing after four videos.
way am I here and watching, lol
Thanks for watching!
Blaze is like a grandma. XD
Have you tried a feeder where the opening is shaped like a V? I've had cows for 30 years and now I have goats and sheep as well. I really get frustrated with the goats getting their feet into the feeder and have to constantly upgrage.....especially for growing goats.. ..But I want to try the V shape feeder which works for cows to accommodate the horns... There is also the tombstone design they use for Longhorn cows
Very nice. wonderful video
Suchandra Dasi 😃
Gosh your goats are so handsome! You said they were alpine and what blend?
