Amazing analysis! I've seen ones with this system before, and the cool green they use always looks like it's a warm blue or turquoise to me. It suits bright spring and sometimes light or warm springs beautifully! But when a system calls those hues greens, it can get overlooked for being called a cool green when it's actually a warm blue. A cool green like emerald would be better to test with as a cool green. Other than that one particular swatch, I really enjoy this system and haven't seen anyone using it make questionable conclusions. ❤
Interesting. From a Western perspective, I thought she looked better in the dark black, because it made her cheekbones look sharper and more hollowed out, making her seem more distinguished and distinct. And I thought the the lighter, brighter colors washed her out and just smoothed her over, like an egg. But, they both preferred the lighter, brighter colors for this exact reason: they WANT her to look rounded out. We both saw the same affect, but had different reactions to it.
I think in places like South Korea and Japan they prefer the young&innocent look: fuller face with soft features like younger people have. In the west we prefer the more mature chiselled look with edges.
29:05 what she is using is an eyebrow gel, it has hair fibers in it to help make your eyebrows look fuller and usually has a tint to it to make those blonde baby hairs darker.

It was fun to follow along and try to figure out your season. You definitely have amazing skin too. Watching that lady use the eyelash curler reminded me of the only time I ever used one and it was pretty funny because I can never use one on one of my eyelids due to something I had as a baby that caused me to have a tiny little bump on my eyelid. It was nothing dangerous (thank goodness) but it did contribute to me having lazy eye that I would need surgery for. Anyway, I don't know if y'all have something like in South Korea, but here in the USA in High School we have formal dances called Prom where you dress up very nicely and basically 'look your best'. My mom tried helping me with my make up and tried using her eyelash curler on me and it kept pinching that one little bump of skin on that one eyelid and I finally had to tell my mom to stop because it was hurting and said, "I can't help it if I have a deformed eyelid!" lol. But yeah what lady doesn't like getting their make up done like this! So cool you got to make your own lip glow (that's what it was called right)?

This looked fun! I had this done years ago. I was told I was cool colors and look better with silver accessories because I have too much yellow and pink in my skin tone. I never looked good in yellow and don't like too much. She was so knowledgeable, I'd really like to know if my colors have changed over the years.

So, if your veins become bluer when you wear cool colors and less noticeable when you wear warm colors, your undertone is probably warm. Compatibility with gold is a more reliable indicator than the color of the veins as well. A cool way to discover your undertone at home is to see the difference between orange and blue on your face, but it has to be a cool blue of the same intensity as the orange.

The color consultant who evaluated me said that the color of the veins does not determine the skin's temperature, but observing how they change is an indicator. So, if your veins become bluer when you wear cool colors and less noticeable when you wear warm colors, your undertone is probably warm. Compatibility with gold is a more reliable indicator than the color of the veins as well. A cool way to discover your undertone at home is to see the difference between orange and blue on your face, but it has to be a cool blue of the same intensity as the orange.
I have the same issue. Cool toned colors looks good on me, but so does gold jewelry. Maybe just wear whatever we like haha
A "bad" make up example at the end of the video would be nice. Made with the "bad colours" to compare the screenshots of both warm and cool make up.
