In this one, the build seems fine. I think this one's issues are the "steps per second" and "iterations per step". See how they are sort of bouncy. That's generally an iteration issue. And the general lack of stability is usually a steps per second issue. Do you remember what your steps per a second was set to? I'm guessing 60 - 120. I would try 360. What about the iterations? I suspect it was set to 10. I would try 50.
