It is awesome. It's crispier, juicer, and more flavorful than KFC, especially if it gets down to a warm but hot enough to enjoy level of temperature so the rendered fat blends more with the meat and the crust. Every bit of this chicken is screaming good. Perfect temp and time for the recipe, all spot on to make the best damn fried chicken out there. Thanks my man
