@@cestlabrie I don't have it anymore. I now have the pixel, but from what I remember it does last for a day but that's just about it. It was a fun phone while I had it.
i’ve been wanting the galaxy z flip 3 since it came out and since we’re switching carriers i have to upgrade my phone so i’m thinking of getting it. its my dream phone because of the flipping aspect. the only thing i’m worried about is battery, i have an iphone xr right now and the battery is just what i need and i think the z flip is worse so i’m worried. and the fact the z flip is so tall. my xr is already too big for me but the z flip is such an amazing and unique phone and even with the cons i think it would be a nice thing to just try out at least once.
You can turn on battery saving mode and it does help a lot. Honestly the tall-ness of the phone is one thing you get used to after awhile. But just as you mentioned, it's worth it to try out at least once. The flipping aspect is cool and I prefer it over regular smartphones now. If you don't like it, you can always swap it out for something else.

There is a way for you to swipe somewhere on the bottom of the screen. It'll make the display get smaller and go to a corner of your screen so it's easier for you to reach the top corners of your display.
I have one and love it very much in fact but the worst thing about it is battery life and slow charging every thing else is not a problem for me even the bubbling screen as I found it can be changed any time and any where not only by samsung officials
I use the One Hand Operation+ off of the Galaxy Store to custom create shortcuts so that I don't need to deal with the awkward maneuverings. I enabled shortcuts to adjust volume so that I don't need to stretch or press hard.
I think this is the best phone since Iphone 4s and I have the silicon case with ring on it so I wont trop it. I'm not an heavy user screen user and it will last me for 2 days. Doing Spotify for my mountain climbing. And used it for navigation with closed screen and still lasted me for atleast 1 and half day with closed screen. If you are always on Facebook and looking at the screen this phone is not for you. But keep in mind I throttle it and and only charge it to 85% to make the battery last longer for years to come. I did charge it to 100% 3 times when I was traveling out side my country but not really necessary for 40 kilometers walks with the screen folded. 1 day if I hade to look something up 2 if I'm using it far music and navigation.
yup! still my main phone as of May 2023. I'd personally recommend the z flip 4 over the 3 just for the better battery but I have had some ppl say that the hinge is worse on the z flip 4. Idk how true that is but I'd take that into consideration. But overall z flip 3 still going strong!

Hey there I have an opotion for headphones. I had a pixel phone (I think a Pixel 4) and I still have the headphones with the wire, not wireless, the headphones work with this port. They same place that you put the charging cord is the place you would place the headphones to listen to music, podcast games........etc. It works Yaaaay!
Wait, so if your using Bluetooth earbuds/headset you cant be on the call with the phone closed? That seems counterintuitive of the purpose & the design!
Yeah so if you answer the call from the cover screen, you can be on the call with the phone folded. But if you answer a call and your phone is open (unfolded) and you decide to close your phone as in fold it, it'll hang up the call.
Your phone is how many months old, 8 months? Iam just super worried about the crease breaking issues, you know that ultra thin glass samsung advertises so much. Hopefully iam not seeing it on yours. Asking coz i too own a flip 3, 2 months old now.
Hi! Hows your experience with the screen? Did it break? Is it your daily driver? Im planning to switch from ip13pro to z flip 4 and im worried about the screen longevity. Thanks!
Thanks for your comment! It's my daily driver right now and so far the screen is still going great 9+ months in. My biggest tip to keep it in good condition is to treat it with a little more care than a regular smartphone because it isn't a regular one. The Z flip 4 is on my list to test out soon so stay tuned!
Cool! Never heard of UA-cam Vanced. It looks more developed than NewPipe. NP is still in it's beta phase so there's a lot of work being done on it to make it better but so far I'm really liking it! I also like that it's open sourced

Verdict: It's a garbage phone, you buy a mid tier phone in almost premium price and basically you are forced to live with 1000 little negative aspects in order to enjoy the 1 positive aspect which is the flipping, but some people like it so
I've gotten opinions on both sides. Some ppl love it, some ppl hate it. But the one of the main complaints I get from the ppl that do hate it is that the flipping is the only thing that's good about the phone. Which if you think so, then great don't buy the phone.
