From that date Lisa really started to shine in 500m. Until then Kozak was the world's best without any doubts over 500m. Both are great athletes, and you should show more respect to a 6-time Olympic gold medalist. Lisa's carreer is longer, but this is the question of a choice, not a question of talent. So in 200m, Lisa is the queen, in 500m Kozak was the best.
Danuta has only beaten Lisa once at Olympic level and has never won the K1-200. Also most of her golds were in teams events. Lisa's gold have all been in individual racing (K1), except for winning the K2-500 in 2020. Lisa would have even more golds if New Zealand had more top female kayakers at the beginning of her career. She's won both the K1-200 and K1-500 at world and Olympic level. Also unbeaten over K1-200. Lisa is obviously the better athlete
