Thank you so much for your help. Unfortunately it does not work for me when i select zoom to share only the audience window and then minimize it the screen sharing is paused. When i maximize the audience window manually and select for screen sharing and then click the mouse just outside the audience window the zoom shares part of the screen that was covered by the audience window. It is so inconvenient from zoom really. update: i had to use the advanced part of the screen mode and then selected the screen part only from the presenter view but dont know what about the resolution
Hi Yvonne, thank you so much - this is amazing! I LOVE the portion of screen option - it is so much better as i want to see what i see with notes and what the students see at the same time. You are a legend! thank u, thank u... I have a question about the first half of the vid in normal screen share mode - is there a way to pin the audience screen to the presenter screen with notes, so you can see both screens at once rather than having to click separately on the minimised audience screen just to check? cheers :)
Hey Natalia! Thank you for your kind words! You’re the best, haha! I want to make sure I’m understanding your question correctly. You want the participants to see your notes?
@@teacheryvonne8508 thanks lol. No i want to see both auduence and presenter screens at once. But they only see audience screen. I just wanted to know if that’s poss.
@@NataliaKuna Yes, you can just not minimize the audience screen. Just leave it up. You. might have to make your window (with the notes) a little smaller so that you can fit in both windows on your screen. The only time you would need to see the audience screen is if they write on it. If you don't allow your participants to write on the screen then there's really no need to keep that one open.
Yes, unfortunately this does not work on an iPad. Canva is an app on the iPad and therefore probably can’t have two things open at the same time. I’ve also tried sharing my screen on zoom on my iPad and the video of me disappears. My audience can only see what I’m sharing on my iPad which is a problem if you want your audience to see you as well.
Thank you for this tutorial. If I want to create an online course in Canva, do I have to download my presentation? Or do I just open my Canva presentation on my desktop and then record that in Zoom? Also, how do I include a video of myself explaining the content of each instructional slide as I present it? Thank you.
Hello there, You can just open Canva presentation and record using zoom (by sharing your screen). I have another tutorial on how to record yourself in Canva. They've updated it a bit but basically you can hit the record button, hit save, and then adjust the size of your recording after. ua-cam.com/video/1zIJ2PWSSVo/v-deo.html
this was SO helpful (even for a non-teacher!)
Oh! Wow! That was amazing learning. You need a lot more views. Keep sharing new things.

Have you used Canva before? It is very user friendly and Canva keeps getting updating and creating features that make it even easier to use.
Canva is amazing, and i just upgraded to Pro after several yrs of the free version - i feel grt!
@@NataliaKuna the pro version is so worth it!
Is this feature available on Teams?
Hi! Sorry for the late reply. I never use teams so I don’t know how it works. Have you given it a try?
Question. In presenter view, can you still see the learners?
Yes, you can always see the students :)
I am using an ipad and doesn’t appear the option “presenter view” do you know why?

Sounds and seems so long I lost track of the information
This was confusing. You didn't even show how to connect to Zoom and share the screen. So many missing pieces here
