best pronunciation is along the lines of sir without the r, nest, pah, une (like uno but with a hard ending), and pipe, just like the english word.
edit: its ceci, not ce, so it would be the same sir sound, but followed by see.
the full french phrase is "ceci n'est pas une pipe", on a photo of a smoking pipe. which translates to this is not a pipe. it is meant to show that images can be tricky things and can fool people. an image of a pipe is not the same thing as a pipe
