As a person who injured his ankle and "walked it off" 6 years ago i now have very expensive orthodics if you ever injure your foot just go see a doctor immediately

Lolol, you've got the same "everything that works fine for everyone else fails for me" curse 🤣 I'm laughing with sympathy! Case in point, I did kayaking this week and everyone did capsize training totally fine, so I was like "okay, I'm gonna face my fears and do it if!" So I did it and smacked my head off the kayak when I came up and had to be dragged out the pool to save me from drowning 😨 my head's still really sore days on 😅

Definitely can relate to walking away from a situation like that. Fell off my bike when I needed to brake suddenly. The person that saw didn’t really know what to make if it, and since I wasn’t in screaming pain (and late to where I needed to be) just bicycled off and wanted to forget about it. Two days later, with a stiff elbow and worried family members, went to urgent care . It turned out I had a hairline fracture on my elbow. It healed after a month and a half, wearing a sling part of that time, and minding my elbow exercises.

I’ve sprained both ankles, my left being far FAR worse than the right one. My left ankle sprain was sprained while I was doing some Tae Kwon Do sparring, and let me tell you, it was single handedly the worst pain I’ve ever experienced in my life. Nothing else comes close.
So hearing this made me squirm a good bit, as I developed quite a bit of fear of doing these kinds of activities after going through my own ankle sprain. Glad you’re doing ok though Becca, we all love you! ❤️

I shouldn't of laughed when Becca slammed into the ground. But, I feel her pain. Anytime I try to do something that is dangerous and will most likely cause you pain, I end up hurting myself, it never fails, but thanks for sharing the story, Becca! As someone who has twisted their ankle near the same time as this, AND I COULDN’T WALK AT ALL. I was at school and had to have THE TEACHER help me get up and to the nurse. Keep in mind that the nurse’s office was AFTER STAIRS so I just hobbled my way through with a teacher
