How Past experiences and wisdom can predict future possibilities?
Because what has happened before will happen again
Because memory and pattern recognization exists.
If something has happened in the past, it means that it's not impossible to happen so it's a possibility and maybe it happened for a reason. For example there are random errors and systematic errors- if you measure with a flawed meter, your first measurement will be false, the second will be also false, the third also false...- so if it's false the first time, you can predict that it could be false also the second time because there's a parameter that influences it all the time or if someone didn't like something, he probably won't like it also the second time (I don't like tomatoes- and it doesn't matter if it's friday or saturday). If you've never seen UFO, then you don't consider it an option when making conclusions, but if you'll see it, you'll consider it an option next time. If you have different experiences with the same thing, you know that there are more options at that situation and you can brainstorm them with Ne for the person who doesn't have experiences with it.
