So I went back to the cereal milk tiktok; she used *frosted* flakes. That's probably why yours turned out so subtle! I'd love to see a spin-off or re-try video using Frosted Flakes, and maybe other sugary cereals? 👀 Side note, a fresh sweet corn milk latte could be tasty?

the first recipe reminds me of my daily quick breakfast which is cold coffee and honey flavoured cornflakes. its literally so good and innovative like u get ur energy+ ur tummy is full and ready for the day!
Two ideas, if you really like the idea of the cornflake coffee pour the soggy cereal and milk mix into a small blender and puree them together. You will end up with a thick cornflake milk which you then add to your coffee (we tried it, tastes much better with the choco flakes according to my daughter, she puts it in a thermos mug to drink on her way to college). Another one for those who really like coffee is to make custard (use instant if you're lazy like me or egg custard if you're a purist) and add instant coffee powder to the mix/hot milk. You end up with a lovely coffee custard and another variation is to add a little bit of cocoa powder as well and you end up with a mocha custard. Great when allowed to cool and served for pudding. You used to be able to buy it ready flavoured in sachets when I was a kid in NZ but I haven't seen it for decades now. It was certainly a favourite when we were growing up though and tastes good hot or cold..

Cereal milk lattes are actually pretty common at small coffee shops. Usually they're made with like, fruity pebbles, reese's puffs, lucky charms marshmallows, cinnamon toast crunch, and stuff like that. Super sugary and flavored cereals definitely work best. Also! I only recently found your channel, but I LOVE your vibe! You have such a gentle silliness. It's really calming 😊

my husband had a coworker that always put his coffee into his oatmeal and it does actually taste pretty good. so the coffee into cereal might be pretty good too lol

the coffee jelly drink reminds me of the drinks i got in vietnam at highland coffee a few years back and the yakult drink I learned about in Korea, normally soju goes in.

The coffee jelly reminded me of a dessert that my mother used to do, we had the coffee jelly and then just mix Baileys with a bit of heavy cream and at it to the jelly like kind of sauce, so delicious. 😃

That is why you put some kinds of cereal after milk. So that they dont get soggy. You can put maybe half ot the cereal you want to eat in the milk, the top side is gonna stay untouched by the milk And when you finish it, you can add another half 🥰.
yess agree! People on the internet always get so mad when I tell them that you should pour milk first but it just ensures that the cereal will stay crunchy
Right? I don't get why she ask "how do you know how much cereal you want?" Like.... what? You just pour a bit of cereal in the milk and finish it, repeat until you think you've eaten enough. Literally this method is superior cos you would never have leftover cereal, never too much or too little cereal
i love coffee jelly, i just eat it in the container with a little bit of halfnhalf or cream on top, like a tablespoon or something. I've heard sweetened condensed milk is good and my brother likes it with whipped cream too :)

For a better cereal milk, try Christina Tosi's recipe! She toasts the cornflakes before soaking them so the taste is stronger. Always loved this recipe

Cereal with coffee is the best! Corn flakes specifically haha but I usually just pour the corn flakes, make powder milk on the side pour that in, and then add the coffee with sugar. So good!
