Tip! What I've learned from regularly making matcha Latte for my boyfriend is that when you're making the "tea syrup" part, mix the matcha powder with some sugar so the powder and sugar granules coat one another. The matcha dissolves more easily in the hot water this way. And it also works when your matcha is not as fresh anymore and getting a bit lumpy. My go-to Boba order is Taro or Black Tea with black/brown sugar. Both with tapioca. One of the shops here have a milk tea with taro purée and home-made Boba. It's my favourite thinggg

You should try Ninos boba recipe (from nino’s home) it’s my go-to recipe and it’s soooooo much more delicious and aesthetic than the other boba recipes I’ve tried:) just skip the chocolate powder (it’s in his recipe) cuz the taste is not so good and try to use black sugar:))) it’s so much more aesthetically pleasing, hope you try it!

My own mom had passed away a little less than a year ago and since that has happened I find that watching your videos is really comforting to me regardless of my mood, you always make me smile and bring joy. < 3 I kind of see you as an older sister in a way if that makes sense (IK we've never met but that's kind of how I see it )
I should try this recipe using my matcha rose green tea. It's a tea from a brand called Peter's tea house. I believe it's an Italian/austrian brand found by a guy named Peter who I think was Austrian but founded this brand in Bolzano Italy. Another good tea is the Oolong tea with walnut bits. It has all sorts of candied fruit and nuts so it could work for some extra crunch. And definitely swap the milk with my latest obsession. Oat milk. I tried milk tea before and I didn't like it at all but maybe it's because of the cow's milk.
If you every try making them again, I suggest you get a bit of the tapioca starch and sprinkle them on the rolled boba, then proceed to cut them as you just did, sprinkle more of the starch and just roll them all at once with your hands on the board. You save a lot of time that way and the starch prevents them from sticking to eachother. That way you don't have to separate them all the time like you did

I used a mix of chocolate milk, fresh milk and vanilla tea for the flavor~ Now I feel like making it again xD but yeah making the tapioca pearls is definitely a workout lolol it takes so long to roll out, especially alone T_T but worth itt!!
you can add vanilla ice cream and milk powder, or coconut milk powder to the milk, and incorporate them with a blender to obtain a milkshake, and then follow the recipe normally, the milk tea will taste better I promise.

I go to bubble tea shops to get good lemon iced tea, but I don't get any add-ins, like boba or jellies. The latest store I have been trying (a new one to open at my most common shopping centre) puts a few slices of lemon in as an automatic, while my favourite chain, Gong Cha, puts in candied lemon peel. I like going to bubble tea stores because they tend to put less ice in than Starbucks. Besides, the large cups at bubble tea stores are bigger than Starbucks Venti cups.
I have a complaint.. Tina. Ever since u sang that Hot Potato song. It's been stuck in my head. Am humming or singing it. And whispering under my mask. Cuz the weather has been hot here in Ontario Canada 🇨🇦🇨🇦. J.S. LoL

You should try making boba with a pasta machine. Like the machine squeeze out little tubes and you just cut

Here's a tip, when I have to knead hot dough, I just wear gloves. It provides a barrier which makes it more bearable.
