    I really like these beginner videos. When I started yoga I just jumped right in and skipped over beginner stuff cause my body felt capable of it, but there is something special about beginner practices. Thank you.

    I tried this one after a really tough couple of days and it was the most beautiful flow I've ever experienced. I had a huge emotional release at the end and I can't thank you enough for being here with me and for this 🙏🏻❤

    I really enjoyed this session. I have injured my shoulder and my knee and am finding it difficult to complete my daily yoga sessions without straining my sore joints. This was lovely and I felt relaxed and loose after the session. Namaste.

    I so need this.... we just got another Boxer this weekend, he is 8 weeks today and we have a 5 yr old as well. I am exhausted and tense for sure.
    I know this will help me, all your videos help my family. Each one takes time to look through and picks their favorite. We even do one as a family in our living room Sunday mornings.

    When I am running it sometimes happens that I get in a state of runners high, a state of bliss for a short time. And sometimes doing yin yoga I adchieve this to, its different ofcourse but I still made the link. Smile on your face, warm feeling deep in your brain which is absolutly wonderfull. This video did that for me. So thanks for that Sarah!

    I highly recommend this one for all of you that are having to shovel out from a snowstorm. This really releases the back and hips. Follow up with a hot shower or soak. T.L.C. for Y.O.U.

    Hi what yoga exercises do you recommend after surgery for UC?. 3 weeks on Wednesday since surgery, had large intestines out now have a stoma.
    Obviously awkward question lol

      Make sure you ask your doctor for clearance to exercise and they can tell you what you should and shouldn't do. Neck & shoulder videos that don't move your torso should be fine in the meantime but always ask your doctor first

      Yes but if you feel nauseous or uncomfortable then it may be too soon. Best to give 20-30 minutes to digest or you may start burping up your dinner
