Really great playing thanks for sharing.
I got this guitar today :) i love it
Mine arrives on Thursday. Can't wait!! 😎🎸
I just ordered this online, can't wait for it to arrive. Got a white guitar strap too to match the color
Has it came yet?
@@jiffyI Yes and it's amazing
@@tcg1_qc im looking at picking this up, beautiful guitar and pretty good price for what it is
Ordered mine last friday, it will arrive wednesday, hopefully, I still paid old price for it, other stores already raised price by a 100 euros, I was just in time to get it cheaper. Now hoping it will survive the transport... and I still have an extra wide black suede strap somewhere, I plan to use that, for the contrast =)
Beautiful guitar💟💟💟
I didn't realize this model has coil tapping/splitting! I've done quit a lot of research, and nothing in the literature seems to mention it. Definitely adds a wide range of tonal possibility... :)
Me too, it seems like from reviews when people order it they either receive one with it or not, and I messaged Sweetwater a few months ago and they said they didn’t have any with it , so maybe it’s like super new.

@@TJmusic24I'm 3 years late, but basically there are 2 different epi lp studio: I think the oldest one is called E1 studio. Anyway the newer version has trapezoids on the fretboard and it's basically better in every way. The older version has dots on the fretboards, it's cheaper and it might be out of production
I own a wine red one and I love it. Awesome guitar for the money.
Espero poder probarla pronto ;)
Would be sick to see these with neck binding, but i guess that's a feature for the stuff above these models.
whats the point of neck binding besides visual?
@@stanislavmigra it's supposed to be a stripped back Les Paul, the Gibson ones have a thicker body that the standard... not sure it's true of the epiphone version
@@stanislavmigra It's mostly visual. There is a slight difference in feel, but nothing that would change the way you play.
@@Chaps_Jr of my 4 guitars, only 1 have neck binding and I could not care less. I was just curious if Im missing something.
I still wonder what’s the best out of the bunch? Standard, Studio, or traditional? But nice playing other wise man!
I think the modern sounds the best from the 2020 line up.
Custom white alpine for me. honestly it's up to each person what they like if you like the modern get the modern if you like the studio get the studio but I like the bells and whistles of the custom. Moderns look nice too for the extra features. at the end of the day what matters is that it plays well if you don't like the sound you can change the pickups easily. The change of the headstock and the fact that they finally use ebony fretboards for the custom is what sold me
I'm usually neither here nor there about clean tone, but thats a great clean tone.
Would you recommend this guitar for an Intermediate guitarist?
Heck yeah! LP, a Strat and a Tele should be on everyone's list of guitars to own. If you have $1000.00 you can get a Gibson LP, go for that if you can you can keep it forever.
@@Pulse2AM NO SWEARING!!!!
Seen one in my local music store...I'm torn between this one and a custom prophecy plus...they both seem to be worth the purchase...damn you epiphone...
I got this one what amp should I use
Absolutely love the Orange Crush amps and Marshall
Boss katana
Marshall, accept no other! :)
I use Blackstar love it
Finally! A tone review that is not all overdrive, which is useless.
The price of this guitar has gone up 100 euros in 2 weeks time, I managed to order one from Sweden for its original price. Same goes for other 'inspired by Gibson' models that I own or that I've been watching, most have become at least 50-100 euros more expensive within weeks.
Since these Epiphone guitars are becoming better and more expensive, my theory is that Gibson will eventually focus on custom shop and other 5K+ models, the 'lesser' models will be released by Epiphone, becoming even more expensive, and better.
I already own 2 inspired by Gibson SG models, they can't be beat for the money. Why pay top dollar if you can get almost the same for a fraction of the money. Unless you're a Gibson head stock snob.
So there are 2 ways to go: buy an affordable Gibson while they are still around, or buy an Epiphone for a couple hundred bucks before they get the Gibson price tag.
but i see a binding at the neck??
How much worse is it than the lp custom?
Gibson no. only Epiphone
I have one.. and the darn thing turned yellow.. anyone else have this happen to? unbelievable..
turned yellow because you clearly must leave your windows open 247 and let sun get to it. or you smoke way to many cigars in ur house witch turns things yellow to fix take all of the electronics out of the guitar that get some isopropyl alcohol and rub it all over the parts that have turned yellow and leave the guitar in the sun all day and do this for a few weeks and it will turn white again make sure to cover the parts that are not yellowed with a blanket or something keep only the yellow parts exposed to the sun light and put the alcohol on it daily leave it in the sun it will turn white. I know this because I used sun light and alcohol to de yellow model cars and star wars figures so I figured id use the same method to de yellow white Jackson Rhoads i picked up years ago and it worked wonders so if it worked for me it will work for you hope this helps :}
@@darthinvader5171 THANK YOU.. yes it is from smoking in the house.. I will do what you recommend.. I will do it today.. have a great day
@@shanfaulkner5607 yw dude. Yeah I would have guessed you smoke in the house XD the method I gave you will work for anything in your house thats turned yellow expect for glass or cloth clothing stuff like that. this does work really well with shoes as well :}
looks just like trump now 😂😂😂

0:38-0:43 this is for sure not the same guitar
Hmm why do you say that? Curious minds want to know.
@@SparrowHawk183 I think Denis want to say that on 0:38 the neck comes with binding. But actually Les Paul studio comes without neck binding.
@@jacobzhu5589 It's not neck binding, the entire neck is white and that's what you see.....
Why bother inserting a shot of a different LP for a guitar this price class??? Makes no sense at all.
Anywayz, the frets are clearly in the fretboard, there's no binding, the complete back of the neck is white and that's what you see, the fretboard looks a little thin but that's optical illusion imho.
Talk bro. Talk.
