Lemongrass is a tropical grass that is a member of the grass family. It is known for its citrus-like aroma and flavor, and is used in many regions of the world for a variety of purposes. Lemongrass is used in cooking and herbal medicine. It is a staple in Thai cuisine, and is also important in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Indonesia. It can be used in soups, salads, curries, and to add a citrusy flavor to roasted meats.
What can be used as a substitute for lemongrass?
Hi! Lemongrass is key ingredient in this recipe.
No substitute for lemongrass ...Hense, THAI green curry.
Thoda saa fish sauce. And sauteed chicken in this. Best combo with hot rice and ghee.
Good job🎉
Thanks ☺️

Not thai curry.
Indian veg curry.
Salt+milk, opposite combination.not recommended.
You can rewatch this recipe. It’s coconut milk!!
Lemon grass is green onion, lemon grass is different this you can't say jain
The most important ingredients for thai curry is fish sauce, any meat or fish protein, fresh ginger and garlic. Without this its not thai curry. Duplicate indian version.
There is nothing wrong to cook the curry without meat and garlic. Thanks for creating this recipe without meat and garlic.
