Thank you so much for the tip for preparing the lemon grass (taking only tender parts). I used to grind them separately in mixer with water and then strain it. Never know what I was doing wrong. Thanks once again!

4 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger
1-3 green chilly
1/4 spring onion
coriander and basil leaves
1 onion
1 tsp cumin
1 Tbsp. coriander seeds
1 tsp pepper corn
1 diced Shimla mirch
1/2 baby corn
1/2 cup zucchini
1 sliced carrot
1 cup broccoli
400 ml coconut milk
