Hey man. Great work! One quick tip: on click type torque wrenches, don’t jerk on them to tighten the fastener. Slow and steady pull, increasing in force until it clicks. The quick abrupt application of force on the handle can put more torque on the fastener than intended.
I completely agree with you and, from aviation, I know that’s the truth. When it comes to non-critical clamp points, where the item can’t be secured in a fixture, I just jerk it like that out of bad habit. Thanks for the reminder.
Awesome! Just remember, the Enricher is designed to help with that sometimes abrupt closed to open loop switchover. It also starts adding fuel as low as -4 vac. Fuel pump, injectors and fuel controller is where the magic really happens. 👍
Because I am working on my car by myself, I can understand this hard work , maaaan what a hard work ! I just asked God to bless 🙌 🙏 you . Great 👌 👍 👌 👍 job 👏,, that GS you owned, become pice of art, its become toyota chaser & toyota crista of United State's . Good job 👏
I don’t have a dyno test before. I skipped it because the 400 puts down about 235-245whp stock, and that’s pretty common knowledge. Also, my friend has the exact same car with the same mods (he has OBX headers and I don’t though) and has dyno tested his after the SC and proper tune at 330whp. The best part was a nearly 80whp gain over stock at 2500 RPM. 😎
So I’ve contemplated boosting the HP of my SC430 without getting too radical - this looks like a viable option. Unsure whether the stock engine and transmission will handle the additional strain . . . 🤔 Excellent video and tech tips BTW - thx!
love the content. But now you have me looking for svt superchargers and contemplating doing this to my GS430. Lol!
Same!!!!!
Be careful the 430 has slightly weaker internals than the 400
This is a huge service for anyone wanting to supercharge a 1UZFE. Thank you for the content!

Doubtful. Best bet is RR Racing for IS500 stuff.
