Another way to toast the buns, instead of butter, is to spread a thin layer of mayo on them. They toast up excellently and get extra flavor. I've got the 22 inch e series and use it outside. Done burgers for a gathering and seared steak, cooked breakfast stuff, Works great for me so far.
Hey Michael, it would really depend on your specific case use. If you live in a apartment or area where a traditional gas griddle can’t be used, then yes it’s absolutely worth it. However, if you have a backyard and use a gas griddle, this wouldn’t really be useful. I say that, but in reality my wife loves cooking on it all the time in the kitchen and I prefer to step outside and use the gas griddle.
Just made one yesterday on the e series.. wasn’t that perfect scrape off the grill smash burger but d*mn it was good, easy clean up, and quick to make. No complaints from me.
Quit your wining 😢about cleaning your hood...take the damn thing off and simply wash it with Dawn and a soft dish brush! Simple This Blackstone E series is the greatest griddle ever made Simple clean up (for a real man anyway) I'll never purchase a steel gas fired griddle again!
No metal on the new E Series electric griddle, it's like nails on a chalkboard man!!
Burgers l@@ked delish 🔥
I know, dumb move!!
Welp came to say that's a no no but of course, someone beat me to it lol . Otherwise loved the video!
I live in a apartment so this grill is perfect for me, I use it daily. I made a smashburger yesterday and got a great sear.

The raw meat touching the bun 😮
Won't last long if you keep using metal utensils..
True
My biggest gripe is, come on baby it's a Blackstone they should have put a proper grill surface on the damn thing.
When will it be back in stock 🤐
Need to know. Is it worth $117. Yes or No. What do you think??

Yes!
Hope you bought one because they are now $230.
Doesn't stay hot enough to get a good sear on a smash burger like my cheap electric griddle.

Having those holes in that spatula certainly didn't help the smashing
