The filmmakers should have kept the deleted scene of the burning high school, because it would have add more complication to Marty realizing he is not in the reality he returned to.
I agree, but they would have had to change the dialogue a bit by getting rid of the part where Mr. Strickland said, "Last week? The school burnt down 6 years ago." To something more like, "I still don't recognize you, and as for your "detention", you don't have to worry about it. The school is now up in flames." The reason for this is because, since Biff married Marty's mom, Marty wouldn't need to go to his old school anymore, now that his mom is married to a rich guy. He would probably either get some sort of rich class education, or probably not even have to go to a public or private school, at all. Remember, Biff now owns the country & possibly the world. Or, Option B, you could have Mr. Strickland lower the gun, recognize Marty, and have him say, "Wait, Mr. McFly?! Is that you?! So, you're the son of a bitch who has been stealing my newspapers?! Otherwise it wouldn't make sense. If the school "burnt down 6 years ago", then why would it still be on fire? Did they rebuild it, & then did it go up in flames again? Again though, I still agree that they should've left that deleted scene in.

I saw the three minute version of the Biff Tannen Museum and it was shown that even VERY Young Biff(Like 6)was a Bully and a Sore Loser/Cheater, messing up a Game he was losing and HITTING his equally young Classmates, kind of like how no good Henry "Rocky," Francis Valentine from A Nice Place To Visit from Twilight Zone was a Low life as an Adult and even as a child, he slaughtered a small dog, looted a Toy Store, and Organized a Street Gang....
Reminds me of when Scott Lang/Ant Man finds himself in the post-Snap world after being trapped in the Quantum Realm for 5 years (which to him was 5 hours) in Avengers Endgame.
I remember being only 11 years old waiting 3 years for this movie. My Mom takes me to watch it on premier night at the theatre and I have an absolute blast, until after she started using " The EEAASY way " line when I was being mischievous 🤣
They should of kept in the scene where the Old Biff from the Future disappearing from existence because it would show what WOULD of happened to Marty in the first movie.
The one thing I honestly never understood... When old Biff went back in time and gave the Almanac to his younger self, why did not the future change when he returned to 2015? Whenever Marty changes things in the past and leaps forward in time, everything always changes accordingly, so why did the same thing not happen with Biff
@@MikeWoodall It was changing. Apparently, when Old Biff was clutching his chest when he came back, a “Time Wave” was occurring which would have changed things. Unfortunately for Old Biff, he would have disappeared because at some point in 1985A, but before 2015A, Lorraine would have had enough and shot him.
@@RyunosukeHachithing is, Doc tells Marty they can't just go back to the future because it would be the future of this reality. So when Biff returned to the future, the effects of the damage done in 1985A should follow on the same track. But old Biff returns to the future and everything is the original reality
Interesting. I always thought it looked like he was lighting a cigarette, but I guess that would explain why Biff's goons randomly just showed up like that. Crazy that it's 2021 and I'm still learning new things about this movie.
So just so I know the entire timeline correctly.... Timeline A: George McFly was a wuss, but married to Lorraine, and bullied by Biff. Marty was friends with Doc Brown, but everything seemed simple enough. Timeline B: George McFly was an average guy, and married to Lorraine. Biff was his wax guy, and Marty gets fired in the future, with children alongside Jennifer. Timeline B™: George is dead, Biff is married to Lorraine, and Marty is supposed to be in Switzerland. Hill Valley is in chaos. Timeline C: George McFly is a normal guy while married to Lorraine, Biff is not rich and still the wax guy for George, and Marty doesn't get fired from his job because he learns to handle his irrational decisions over being called "chicken." Oh, and Coronavirus comes around in about 35 years after returning to the present day of 1985
COVID-19 has not happened yet in their timelines, the flying cars and Laser Discs were 6 years in the past when the first cases of COVID-19 were showing up in China. Nothing to worry about, just the fact that Marty somehow got born in all these alternate timelines.
3:34 I know Parts 2 and 3 were essentially filmed at the same time, but I’ll always love that little foreshadowing of Bufford Tannen, plus when Biff is watching the Clint Eastwood movie where he stops the bullets with a metal vest, which is also what Marty does
@@Rlotpir1972 so anybody who wins a few bets can have the seat team storm their house? Lol. There would be no reasonable suspicion that he had a book telling him outcomes. They might investigate any possible connections between himself and the people who run horse racing but that's about it
I can hear SO many similar sounding suspenseful tones and styles Alen Silverstri used in the soundtrack for this film and in Predator. The music made both those films so much better!
My first crushes I ever had as a little kid were on Marty McFly and young Biff Tannen. And I still get nostalgic butterflies in my stomach when I see these old scenes of Marty.
It would be great to go back in time to stopping The COVID-19 pandemic from happening. The only thing is you would have to find out where when and how it started spreading.
Every time I watch this I’m amazed at what a dark turn the series takes. Strickland threatening to shoot Marty’s nuts off. Drive-by shootings with machine guns are apparently a common occurrence. Biff killing George and Lorraine choosing to marry an obvious sleazeball because she saw no other choice. Biff forcing Lorraine to get implants. Not complaining, mind you, because I think this is what makes part 2 interesting and memorable. No WAY this would get a PG rating today though.
Another thing that stands out for me in this scene is the music. The great composer Alan Silvestri also made the music for the Predator film, which actually sounds very similar.
Who wants to bet in the future of this timeline Biff would eventually get exposed and become one of many figures of the past who’s legacy has aged horribly?
2:46 - i like to think that this is the Clock Tower Square.. But in this alternate timeline Biff destroyed the Old clock tower and built his Mega Casino and Hotel Empire.. and also converted the park into a parking lot for the casino now a homeless camp.. A great hint for this is this classic camera position that repeats itself throughout the series to showcase how the park looks in different timelines and that big tree in the middle of the parking lot.. maybe the same tree where Doc's Lightning cable was stuck in back in 1955.
The old clock tower is still here, Biff turned in hôtel-casino but he keep the Clock Tower, and yes it's the same tree that in 1955 and in 1885 we can see a little tree 😉
3:28 I love the detail of the "smoking required" sign! Also, in a deleted scene, Old Biff is shown being erased from existence like Marty almost was in the first movie, so I personally headcanon that a loose cigarette burned Biff Tower to the ground!
I like how you’re thinking, but he was erased because that timeline was replaced with a future version of the Biff timeline. Now I don’t know why he started getting erased first, but I guess it’s because he was the one who changed it
My biggest contention about part II and the alternate 1985 is: Biff is so powerful and corrupt that he would likely not even be living in Hill Valley anymore. What's the point of running a big empire from a small town?
Very True he'd be worth billions and would probably have numerous homes. NYC, Palm Beach Florida, Martha's Vineyard as well as homes all over the world.

@Pizza Man It is under "Biff Tannen Museum," on UA-cam and it is about 3 minutes and 45 seconds. :)
@Pizza Man :) I'm glad you found it. :)
ua-cam.com/video/lhjANIyY0Sw/v-deo.html Here's the link to a more full version, it's pretty raw, no background sounds.
Reminds me of when Scott Lang/Ant Man finds himself in the post-Snap world after being trapped in the Quantum Realm for 5 years (which to him was 5 hours) in Avengers Endgame.
Yknow its likey they took nods from Back to the Future for Scott’s portrayal in Endgame. Plus yknow he outright mentions Back to the Future.
I remember being only 11 years old waiting 3 years for this movie. My Mom takes me to watch it on premier night at the theatre and I have an absolute blast, until after she started using " The EEAASY way " line when I was being mischievous 🤣
I’m going back in time to stop Coronavirus

Yesh
NO! THAT WILL CHANGE EVEN MORE STUFF, MIGHT EVEN MAKE WORSE MARTY!
He’s right! It’s not 1985...Welcome to 2020!
I dont like you
Orange man bad!
I know liberals everywhere destroying our cities.😆
And biff is a democrat.
To 2100
They should of kept in the scene where the Old Biff from the Future disappearing from existence because it would show what WOULD of happened to Marty in the first movie.
DOC AND MARTY SAVED HIS LIFE
The one thing I honestly never understood...
@@RyunosukeHachi Actually according to the filmmakers, Alternate Timeline Biff was shot in the mid 1990s (around 1996).
@@RyunosukeHachithing is, Doc tells Marty they can't just go back to the future because it would be the future of this reality. So when Biff returned to the future, the effects of the damage done in 1985A should follow on the same track. But old Biff returns to the future and everything is the original reality
LOL at the "Smoking Required" sign at the entrance
The future has changed, but the results of sports stay the same
What do you mean? 🤔
one of many plot holes
But not right when he was starting to win big
and the book would change maybe
At least they weren’t tweeting about things they know nothing about.
Cant believe this scene has really become reality.
what do you mean💀
how? The signs were everywhere
Anyone else notice the security guard radio to Biff’s goons that Marty was messing with the exhibit?
4:19 *Yes*
I saw it a long time ago.
A fan said that Marty shouldn't have messed with the Exhibit. In all honesty, there was NO good reason for Marty to touch and turn the Biff Statue....
Interesting. I always thought it looked like he was lighting a cigarette, but I guess that would explain why Biff's goons randomly just showed up like that. Crazy that it's 2021 and I'm still learning new things about this movie.
@@davisbowe8668 That's what it looks like to me too, like he was lighting a cigarette. They should have focused more on him to make it clearer...
Hill Valley, more like Hell Valley

It look like Detroit these days
Kill Valley 🤙😎🖖 gang gang
That timeline was laughable in my childhood. I'm not laughing now. My 1985 was a dream compared to my 2021.
Same w 1990s
So just so I know the entire timeline correctly....
Timeline A: George McFly was a wuss, but married to Lorraine, and bullied by Biff. Marty was friends with Doc Brown, but everything seemed simple enough.
Timeline B: George McFly was an average guy, and married to Lorraine. Biff was his wax guy, and Marty gets fired in the future, with children alongside Jennifer.
Timeline B™: George is dead, Biff is married to Lorraine, and Marty is supposed to be in Switzerland. Hill Valley is in chaos.
Timeline C: George McFly is a normal guy while married to Lorraine, Biff is not rich and still the wax guy for George, and Marty doesn't get fired from his job because he learns to handle his irrational decisions over being called "chicken." Oh, and Coronavirus comes around in about 35 years after returning to the present day of 1985
Yeah, seems right.
COVID-19 has not happened yet in their timelines, the flying cars and Laser Discs were 6 years in the past when the first cases of COVID-19 were showing up in China. Nothing to worry about, just the fact that Marty somehow got born in all these alternate timelines.
@@jrus690 would that be real life
George is a grandpa, Marty is a father now
George wasn’t average, he became a famous book writer and one of the most important personalities from Hill Valley.
I never realized the references to "It's a Wonderful Life" in this scenario.
3:34 I know Parts 2 and 3 were essentially filmed at the same time, but I’ll always love that little foreshadowing of Bufford Tannen, plus when Biff is watching the Clint Eastwood movie where he stops the bullets with a metal vest, which is also what Marty does
Only thing good about this dystopia, is the music.
Yea we don't even get that. We got Billie Eyelash and other clowns SMH
I like the song choice there too, it’s like the world has gone to hell but everyone still just wants to party.
Sonic CD much?
It's so clever that these movies truly show the consequences of altering the past.
Definitely
"The easy way" in the end got me good lol
I think it was the hard way.
When Simba back home the first time
Timon: "we came all the way to your home for this?"
This was a cinematic leak of the future, which is now.
@Maito Gai It's worse.
The authorites SHOULD HAVE seen the almanac in the paper and had Biff Tannen arrested for scam, fraud, and many other violations.
Makes no sense but ok. Having an almanac on your pocket isn't illegal and I'm guessing they wouldn't assume its from the future.
@@Kevin-tz2lv There would still be investigations. Imagine the SWAT team pounces on Tannen and searches the entire area including the safe.
@@Rlotpir1972 so anybody who wins a few bets can have the seat team storm their house? Lol. There would be no reasonable suspicion that he had a book telling him outcomes. They might investigate any possible connections between himself and the people who run horse racing but that's about it
@@garethjthomas exactly, the years are not showing.
Why would they even suspect he had a book from the future
I can hear SO many similar sounding suspenseful tones and styles Alen Silverstri used in the soundtrack for this film and in Predator. The music made both those films so much better!
My first crushes I ever had as a little kid were on Marty McFly and young Biff Tannen. And I still get nostalgic butterflies in my stomach when I see these old scenes of Marty.
Doc backing form 2020: Marty lets go stop the CoronaVirus
I don’t want to doc :(
Lol funny
😂
It would be great to go back in time to stopping The COVID-19 pandemic from happening. The only thing is you would have to find out where when and how it started spreading.
tomorrow you´ll have him as your president...
And also Avengers 2012, as well as Infinity War and Endgame.
Who wants to bet in the future of this timeline Biff would eventually get exposed and become one of many figures of the past who’s legacy has aged horribly?
I love how it’s a more extreme version of Potterville.
@@rodmcfly652 I'm slightly impressed that Biff didn't remove the Iconic Clock from the Clocktower when he turned it into a Casino and Hotel. :)
1:59 "EAT LEAD, SLACKERS!!!"
"OHHHH..."
“I just wanna say one thing… God bless America…”
America's greatest living folk hero, BIFF WINS "AGAIN"
3:28
I love the detail of the "smoking required" sign!
Now I don’t know why he started getting erased first, but I guess it’s because he was the one who changed it
@@LeosTommaKanal
Oh sry, what I meant was that Biff DIED in that fire and that's why he disappeared lol

The obvious movie analogy is the alternate Bedford Falls run by Mr. Potter. I will say that Biff's Hill Valley looks like fun.
Not for me I don't feel like living in chaos
Never noticed that Biff's tower is actually a former courthouse building 2:22
I always laugh when Strickland fires the gun, Marty tears out running for his life so funny 😆🤣😄 great movie
He thought Strickland was gonna kill him with the gun.
I've had "I Can't Drive 55" as my ringtone for years now and I love it :)
Marty wasn't trying to steal your paper Mr. Strickland, he wanted to check the date.
"smoking required" LOL
Probably because he owns the cigarette business and he wants to know that people are smoking his cigarettes
That’s the only thing I like about Hill Valley
1:31 “The school burned down 6 years ago.”
CinemaSins: And they... didn’t build another one?
Or why bother publishing a newspaper in a dystopia?
Well Biff wouldn’t allow it would he?
@@Booglestuff I wondered if Bad 1985 People wondered why Biff didn't have the High School rebuilt after it burned down.
Biff never liked school. That’s why he had George do Biffs homework for him.
Every time I hear "I can't drive 55", I immediately think of this scene.
"You can't drive at 55", the music giving you a hint where Biff went....
I've seen this movie a thousand times and never noticed the blood inside of the chalk lines.
That reminds me of Frank Capra’s It’s a Wonderful Life (1946).
I like how they casually mention Buford Tannen in the museum video, subtly foreshadowing the next movie.
By the way, you want to double check those CC captions because they look like if some drunk from that alternate time line had typed them...
LMAO! :D
The only one Biff was unable to ruin is Red the hobo 2:13
0:41 yeah Marty, that's what I'm thinking of 2020 as well.
Hey what’s 2020 like man?
This one is the strongest in the trilogy.
No wonder we don't have flying cars and hoverboards, we're in the alternate timeline. Where Biff is the President
I wish 2020 & 2021 are alternate years and it would be cool to return to the real year
Not possible
This is why nightmares come true in a alternate timeline in the movies.
I remember this scene a lot now that we are living under similar conditions lol
I know, 2008-2016 were rough under that narcissistic asshole.
It's worse in real life, we've got idiots who think burning down their own city and defunding the police will stop crime and racism.
Hill Valley is a Californian city so this is pretty accurate to a Democrat state.
