What's even crazier is that people like Nicole are who is all over the internet. People who know how to exploit your negative feelings to get you to do something are the leaders of our society and daily interactions. You don't even have to be friends with them.
I do like how the episode showcases that the cycle of abuse isn't just with what men you date, but also what friends you surround yourself with. What ultimate got Luna wasn't the men who lied to her, but Nicole who took out her own toxic insecurities on her.
I was always mad that they never brought back Luna, she could honestly easily fit in with the rest of the recurring cast as a martial arts mentor to Hughie.
Actually I would have liked her having a relationship with Jasmine and Cindy. That actually reminds me that I wish we got Jasmine and Cindy spinoff episodes about them.

You're a rare man. I hope you find that woman so that you guys can be powerful martial artists and animal lovers together...but hopefully she's not so crazy lol.
Me too. A woman like that also seems loyal. I avoid dating, because it is too easy for a woman to ruin a man's life through divorce, child support, or lying about assult. But a Yandere or woman like Luna, seem like they would never do that. I would love an Anarcist, Gothic, Bonnie & Clyde kind of woman, who loves shredding bullies & robbers of the innocent. Marketa and Rana have never been shy about willing to put foot to ass if the situation calls for it so really, just the fact that Navi has a touch of the bloodlust in her too makes that moment stand out even greater.
One of my favorite episodes. I felt sorry for Luna, there are a lot of Luna's out there , with friends like NICOLE. This was a bit extreme, but it's entertainment. But many women got messed up with either listening to lonely bitter friends or reading books WRITTEN by lonely bitter women. Yes, there are jerks out there, but not every man is the same. Rodger Freeman gave a 💎 to her, to find out what it is about her that attracts those kinds of men. Not every man is the same and nobody wants to get hurt, but you have to take responsibility.
Luna is a young attractive woman with interesting hobbies. If she could tone down her crazy desperation she could do a lot better than Robert Freeman. But also the guys out there who wouldn’t actually additionally take advantage of her might also have no idea how to handle all the baggage she comes with from previous relationships.

When ever this episode is brought up the thing a lot of people gravitate towards is her terrible friend, which is valid because her friend is a toxic individual. But one thing i feel people often over look when watching this episode is the cycle of abuse that Luna endured in her life which lead her to be violent. From her father in her childhood, which lead her to date men like him in her early adulthood, which lead to taking extreme martial arts, and probably having no one to trust other than that one friend. The show is not just displaying "dont listen to bad friends". But more so the lesson that "Hurt people, hurt people". Luna wasnt just "the killer kung fu wolf bitch", she was a victim.
Very true, many don't focus on the brokenness in Luna and how her mental state was also a huge part of her problems but she needs to address it which means she needs to look at herself first.
There are a LOT of people who are toxic, who live vicariously through their friends' lives. It's depressing to see someone be so corrupted and lead astray by someone else who has nothing to lose.
