Wasn’t excepting Max to join the North Western Railway so soon, but an amazing episode, Sir Topham Hatt has a wonderful habit to save & preserve vintage locomotives.
Ok this was good but I do have 3 things I’d like to say 1: As iconic as the intro is I do feel it needs an update 2: this was a very noice ep 3: keep it up
So, one thing to note about GWR autocoaches is that they were used in push-pull services in pairs. The coaches were equipped with remote cabs, and the locomotives were equipped with specialized pneumatic control systems allowing them to be remotely operated. As the coaches were used in pairs with a cab on each end, the locomotive would be placed in the middle of them.
Well there wasn't always the need to place the engine in the middle, you said it yourself, there was a cab at each end, the locomotive could've been one of those two cabs. And there was also the occasional instance of only one autocoach.
@@TS1402Ed You're right that they sometimes only used one coach, with the locomotive effectively being the other cab. However, running the locomotive at one end when using multiple coaches was only done in consists that only had one autocoach, with the rest being regular coaches fitted with pass-through connections - in this situation the consist worked similarly to a modern push-pull commuter service. It's actually disadvantagious to use the locomotive's cab vs an autocoach's as the autocoach cab has far better visibility.
I love episodes like these, where it's just a "Slice of life" from Sodor's days of ole Just perfect ☺️😁 Congratulations 🎉👏 keep up the great work 👍 and God Bless You ✝️
I know this is unrealated, but i wasn't looking at my phone and i thought the intro was a advertisement and i tried to skip it lol, but this video is actually pretty good i like how percys friend being brought back
Quit being such a worrywart, Wilson. Hey. Maybe that should be his new nickname: "Worrywart". 😜 Glad to have Max handling the airport line. Wonder what stories he has in relation to Percy's cheekiness... 😉
Max's theme sounds similar to that of Duck. Moreover do trains of autocoaches work with the guard in the last coach talking with the driver in the engine over a radio when the train goes backwards?
❤the this youtube channel thomas and friends series nicely done the Is accuracy of the way you did the rollstock and trains and diesel engines Especially the way you did thomas simplely incredible 😲 😮 😯!!!
In 1935. Remember in Sodor Profile: NWR Locomotive No.3, Fan Of Hiro said, that while Henry was away at Crewe undergoing his rebuild, Peter would arrive on Sodor to fill in for him.
Will you be covering WWII? I think it would be interesting to see your take on it with the engines. Or will you skip it. Either or is acceptable. Also do you go in chronological order or do you skip around in the timeline? I’ve been watching your channel for a while now. I say I’ve seen stories set in the 70s and 80s. This is not a criticism in anyway it’s just a genuine question of curiosity. As I’m curious of your story telling methods. Other channels that do a fan-made do a time based story telling style. I find it cool that there are others that sometimes don’t even give a time period at all. Just curious. Keep up the great work. Loads better than anything Mattel will ever do. Why is it that fans always tell better stories than the people whom own the stories. This is not just compliments to you but to the other channels that tell you as well. Have a great day God bless you.
Max, percy's old friend? Amazing, i bet hell be at the sudrian railway museum
@tiagosimoes Percy well be happy to see max again
@SouthernPacific3025Railfan indeed, they haven't seen each other since 1928
Give us your hell
(correcting)
Actually, his name is Otis.
And that's because there is a dump truck named Max. And he doesn't like being confused.
He wasn't at the sudrian railway mueseum he was at another railway
It took me rewatching Wilson's arrival video and watching this one to realize Wilson has a stutter. Neat!
Wasn’t excepting Max to join the North Western Railway so soon, but an amazing episode, Sir Topham Hatt has a wonderful habit to save & preserve vintage locomotives.
I wouldn't exactly call it soon, considering we were first introduced to max in percy's engine arrival over 2 years ago
I meant I never excepted Max to join the North Western Railway, but it's great.
It is great to see Max again dude. Now that he is running the new airport service, at least the railway's revenue will increase for the better.
My favorite part was when Max said “It’s Maixxin’ time!” Then proceeded to Max all over the place
Percy: Max😠! Max🤨? (Gasps) Max😃!

funny reaction tbh
Does anyone feel Sodor is going to see some action during WWII when this series gets there?

YESSS HE'S BACK
Been a long time since we’ve had an engine arrival
Good work hero can’t wait to see more
YEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH
Epic video

10/10. I like see more
He's back!
I never knew Wilson will be so studdery, I know he didn't talk much or socialize but wow
Max's theme sounds similar to that of Duck.

It's been a while since we've had Engine Arrival.
Max could be interesting when Oliver arrives. The 1400 is an updated version of the 517. Max is kinda like Oliver's grandfather design wise.

The bullet train is laughing at Wilson rn
Happy new year
Finnaly a new engine arivial
Nice episode
I bet he will be the station pilot at Vicorstown
No, Lady is the station pilot at Vicarstown
@ILikePiggy988 no lady becomes station pilot in the 50s when she's replaced by bill and Ben
And were in the mid 30s in the engine arrival
@@sappymyBut still, Max Will probably not be the station pilot
@@ILikePiggy988 but we will have to wait and see the episode when it comes out
@@sappymy Alright but he might just be on the branchline
Let's frickin gooooooooooooo!!!!!!!
was Thomas away for maintenance for like two fortnites because that is the time that it taken to construct that over pass 8:28
"They can also fly straight, as opposed to railways"
So there's no airways and way points over Sodor?
Finally we get an engine arrival
The last engine we all expected 😂
But seriously when is Peter arriving
He'll be arriving in the next year since Henry's crash is likely coming soon and it's heavily implied Peter will be the one covering for him
In 1935. Remember in Sodor Profile: NWR Locomotive No.3, Fan Of Hiro said, that while Henry was away at Crewe undergoing his rebuild, Peter would arrive on Sodor to fill in for him.
Finally 🎉

OMG it's Percy's old friend he's coming to Sodor.

Percy’s old friend was Max don’t you think?
Question Ever since Diesel 10 Try take over sodor in The shorts, Alfred was in it aswell How come he came back? Did he got a second Chance ?
Finally another arrival
question
can i use the airport branch in my AU ?
as my AU combines RWS TV and CGI with fan stuff to fil in the gaps.
Rws and cgi? That sounds good
@@FarmXeditz and TV as well.
and then i use fan stuf to fill in gaps caused by it all being one time line.
or because i just like it
Why does Max's number keep changing?
