Well, these are new ESRB announcements. And pretty sure eC didn't get one because they stopped making games with eC as its rating. Most kids' games tend to have an E rating.
That's because AO rated games tend to not be released on shelves because AO games tend to be ⬛🟧 and be extremely violent. One example being GTA: San Andreas which received an AO rating due to one thing being scrapped dubbed "Hot Coffee". With the game being pulled from shelves and re-released with an M rating, with the re-released M rated games being dubbed with "Second Edition."
