I didn't think he had a chance because of his shoulder mobility, which has a long way to go.. but kudos! That was impressive as hell for 30 days! I'd love to see you continue with him and get rid of the banana shape because that's where I've been stuck forever!
Thanks for the kudos! We’re thrilled with his progress too. Robin will definitely keep working on that banana shape. Stay tuned for more updates, and keep pushing through your own journey! 💪😊

Getting to the point you can kick up without a wall and not totally cane yourself - I really haven’t been able to get there. So fearful of falling backward
Hi guys. I started handstand training 3 days ago. I keep having the problem that after a short time I feel a strong pressure behind my forehead and right eye. It feels like a stabbing pain. What could it be? Is it normal? Will it go away?
Hi, As mentioned in the video, Robin struggled with this issue as well. Pain can occur when your body is not used to the pressure and being upside down🙃. The good news is that this pain will likely disappear as your body adjusts, similar to Robin's experience! This adjustment period could take a week or two🙂.
