Very true dear Pam. I was born very spiritual and the world was a very hostile place for me growing up and I was always called "too naive" or "too nice" which was according to me was ridiculous. But just yesterday I realized how so many people are now using the language of love and are reflecting more empathy and unconditional love. Pam you can't imagine how grateful I am. At the age of 52 I have finally found my tribe and accepted for being just me. Now noone around me calls me too anything because we are all too nice :-)))

I have a little piece of land in the middle of the U.S., and I have been bread crumbing on a spiritual path the better part of my life. It sent before I was done sharing … I am dead set against AI. It’s not my path. But yet we are using it via phones and laptops and that was my only point. In India, before we start a 2-3 days prayer session , we are advised to keep water (jal) in an earthen pot. After the prayer session finishes, the congregation is given that water to sip and the water now considered sacred is sprinkled around the house. Some is kept in the house to give to an ailing / unwell / dying family member to give healing. It is believed the water listens to the sound of devotional hymns and the spoken word in the prayer and becomes holy in itself .
I hope and 🙏 pray that you feel drawn to do more of these random thought videos! They definitely resonate on a very practical spiritual level, that is easy to understand for the basic spiritualist like myself!
It’s like I feel so lost and so certain in my convictions at the same time. Some nights I cannot fall asleep and other nights I’m happy under my covers and ready for bed by 9 PM. It’s exhausting and exhilarating all at once.

@alma_llull Thank you. I was thinking more about the astrological timeframe, and its resonance with the present transition we're moving through. John Wesley's movement happened within the astrological configurations that are like our own. What I wanted to focus on was that he presented an *alternative* to bloody revolution, yet still profoundly transformative, allowing for a restructuring of social possibilities, but respectful of difference, inclusive and kind. Ways to join hands and work together, rather than oppositional authority overthrowing establishment.
My mantra is « Love, Ease, Peace, Grace, Serenity and Joy ». It came out when I gave healing to my old bed ridden mum couple of years ago. I have always been drawn to the power of real authentic groups. I experienced this as an adolescent briefly, but then as an adult going through healing my self medicating patterns used to suppress my sensitivities. I really experienced the deep change various groups provide. I started running them out of my home, studied them by getting a masters in marriage and family therapy while mentoring adolescents in schools with other men from the community. I saw how the combined group energy, shifted stuck patterns and illusionary beliefs being held. I am now blessed to be doing breathwork, sound healing, and guided heart centered meditations in group ceremonies every week here on the Big Island of Hawai'i. We have been solidifying this energy of the New Earth by doing this work. I feel it rippling out to everyone and all the others doing the same. It is an amazing time to be here. To breathe into our hearts, re-memeber our parts of Self and Galactic origins, to hold space for the ascension/integration happening within and around. Thank you Pam! The last few years has been especially hard as I have heavy Pisces placements. I have no earth energy in my chart, mostly water and a little fire. I have wanted to leave this planet in the last couple years because things have felt too intense. I am no longer in that place, and feel stronger than ever and more excited about the future. I know we still have a lot to go through, but at least I understand the energy and feel more powerful within myself.

Very interesting what Magenta shares about the process. Thanks for sharing Pam. It reminds me of what Dolores Cannon shared in "the three waves of Volunteers" about the Shift and our role in it. I always wondered what this process would look like and how to recognize in my bodies (not just in my mind) that we are in a cellular Shift, or when I am going through that Shift. And it's the shift of healing and transforming all old painful thoughts, emotions, memories, and behaviors in all our bodies. So they implode through the transformation and become the love and compassion that we are. And they fade into non-existence. And thereby we change "reality"

This was great, Pam. I would love to hear more of this kind of talk, so please meander on! I absolutely love the phrasing--being thought out of existence. I feel that way about my past in this lifetime--it's hard to remember, and feel that this was 'me'. I've shared the concept of "benevolent neutrality" with clients and students for years. Unplugging from the spin and observing from a neutral, yet warm place. When I do this I literally feel myself connecting with the Higher, rather that what is transpiring. That also puts me in the heart rather than the mind. It has been my primary standing place for a number of years, but I still forget sometimes! Thank you for your journey, and for all that you share.

One thing, for me and other empaths, has been the importance of Self, over Service to Others, in actually being Better able to support anyone else. It leads to more sustainable service to others. Recognizing that the healed, whole, Loved Self is what overflows as Love and Support and Loving energy being broadcast to the Collective, so that they Too can see what's possible and do it themselves. Self (not selfish, but Self-Love First) has been what's moved us to truly grasp love for others, as we know from a full cup what Love is, so we can truly share it. I'm in my 60's and feel the same. Perhaps our generation has been exposed to such a variety of manipulation in culture over the years it takes it's toll on our bodies. So much of our belief systems have been challenged now in every topic. It's quite draining especially relating to the younger generation that the world was a freer place without all the tech of today. Transiting through the 3D physicality, blessing our water may be the way to go and being aware of all the electronic devices we're in contact with too. I guess we need more time to be gentle on ourselves, after all, we have seen so much in our lives and we are becoming the wise elders now. I am concerned at how the younger generation is coping, so many crazy distractions, hopefully we can be there for them.

I absolutely agree Pam. But please, try to understand that when people are in the midst of chaos in their personal lives, they need to be allowed to cry out for help and/or protest. In such cases that should be considered essential & if we have compassion in our hearts for our fellow humans, we won't shame them for speaking up about their individual experience, which is often necessary in order to get the changes we so wish to see in the world. There needs to be a balance or else we will live in fear of every negative experience we hear about, when in fact, the necessary chaos should be understood as necessary if we indeed want to see a new Earth come forth. I agree. We can't ascend to the lighter realms if we haven't dealt with the merkier experiences. That means embracing all of our emotions. If we can't handle helping someone else in need another lightworker will - that's how it really works as we're all fractals of light so there's always light in a dark world. There'll be times when light workers need to rest & need support too. Hope that makes sense. 🙏🏻💝
Pam does say here and elsewhere that, of course, compassion is paramount and that everyone is on their own path....she uses the yoga class example here and elsewhere. She always gives respect to anyone struggling and even gives an example of herself hearing the "news" and being upset. I don't want to speak for her, but I don't see how she can say it more clearly. At the same time as the French Revolution was fomenting (so presumably the same astrological influences) with its violence and death, in England we had the rise of John Wesley's movement, which had a similar effect but by peaceable means. His influence for social change was massive, working with small groups collectively forming a big network, within which people were lifted out of degradation by helping each other, by education and opportunity, by prayer, kindness, compassion, generosity, and what Wesley called "personal holiness". It was an egalitarian grassroots movement, within which women were unusually included as equals. It's been said that Wesley's movement made bloody revolution unnecessary in England. In his sermon on "The Catholic Spirit" ("Catholic" here means "universal and inclusive", not "Roman Catholic"), Wesley says: if your heart resonates with my heart, if you love God and all humanity, give me your hand.
In what you say, Pam, in this video, and in what you've been saying about the times we're passing through - the value of connection in groups, the importance of staying in love and positivity, and the astrological resonance with the historical period of the French Revolution, there is a thematic kinship with the movement John Wesley spearheaded, that lifted people up and redirected lives out of despair into hope, through a generosity of heart and deep faith channelled into practical action by self-discipline and integrity.
England had a Revolution in the 1640’s but it was renamed a ‘civil war’ by the loosers when they ‘regained power’ in the 1600’s after Cromwells death and placed ‘king without power’Charles II on the thrown. They also took control and printed the only newspaper! Same old same old……

John Wesley's movement happened within the astrological configurations that are like our own. What I wanted to focus on was that he presented an *alternative* to bloody revolution, yet still profoundly transformative, allowing for a restructuring of social possibilities, but respectful of difference, inclusive and kind. Ways to join hands and work together, rather than oppositional authority overthrowing establishment.

I have always been drawn to the power of real authentic groups. I experienced this as an adolescent briefly, but then as an adult going through healing my self medicating patterns used to suppress my sensitivities. I really experienced the deep change various groups provide. I started running them out of my home, studied them by getting a masters in marriage and family therapy while mentoring adolescents in schools with other men from the community. I saw how the combined group energy, shifted stuck patterns and illusionary beliefs being held. I am now blessed to be doing breathwork, sound healing, and guided heart centered meditations in group ceremonies every week here on the Big Island of Hawai'i. We have been solidifying this energy of the New Earth by doing this work. I feel it rippling out to everyone and all the others doing the same. It is an amazing time to be here. To breathe into our hearts, re-memeber our parts of Self and Galactic origins, to hold space for the ascension/integration happening within and around. Thank you Pam! The last few years has been especially hard as I have heavy Pisces placements. I have no earth energy in my chart, mostly water and a little fire. I have wanted to leave this planet in the last couple years because things have felt too intense. I am no longer in that place, and feel stronger than ever and more excited about the future. I know we still have a lot to go through, but at least I understand the energy and feel more powerful within myself.

Very interesting what Magenta shares about the process. Thanks for sharing Pam. It reminds me of what Dolores Cannon shared in "the three waves of Volunteers" about the Shift and our role in it. I always wondered what this process would look like and how to recognize in my bodies (not just in my mind) that we are in a cellular Shift, or when I am going through that Shift. And it's the shift of healing and transforming all old painful thoughts, emotions, memories, and behaviors in all our bodies. So they implode through the transformation and become the love and compassion that we are. And they fade into non-existence. And thereby we change "reality"

This was great, Pam. I would love to hear more of this kind of talk, so please meander on! I absolutely love the phrasing--being thought out of existence. I feel that way about my past in this lifetime--it's hard to remember, and feel that this was 'me'. I've shared the concept of "benevolent neutrality" with clients and students for years. Unplugging from the spin and observing from a neutral, yet warm place. When I do this I literally feel myself connecting with the Higher, rather that what is transpiring. One thing, for me and other empaths, has been the importance of Self, over Service to Others, in actually being Better able to support anyone else. It leads to more sustainable service to others. Recognizing that the healed, whole, Loved Self is what overflows as Love and Support and Loving energy being broadcast to the Collective, so that they Too can see what's possible and do it themselves. Self (not selfish, but Self-Love First) has been what's moved us to truly grasp love for others, as we know from a full cup what Love is, so we can truly share it. Learned this through some tough lessons, that we cannot pour from an empty cup. It is beautiful, when the sovereign individual is honoured, because then we all can truly exponentially bring more love to the collective.

I'm in my 60's and feel the same. Perhaps our generation has been exposed to such a variety of manipulation in culture over the years it takes it's toll on our bodies. So much of our belief systems have been challenged now in every topic. It's quite draining especially relating to the younger generation that the world was a freer place without all the tech of today. Transiting through the 3D physicality, blessing our water may be the way to go and being aware of all the electronic devices we're in contact with too. I guess we need more time to be gentle on ourselves, after all, we have seen so much in our lives and we are becoming the wise elders now. I am concerned at how the younger generation is coping, so many crazy distractions, hopefully we can be there for them.
Yes I share these concerns. Every time we go through another cycle ending , nodes changing signs etc it’s such a challenge.

I absolutely agree Pam. But please, try to understand that when people are in the midst of chaos in their personal lives, they need to be allowed to cry out for help and/or protest. In such cases that should be considered essential & if we have compassion in our hearts for our fellow humans, we won't shame them for speaking up about their individual experience, which is often necessary in order to get the changes we so wish to see in the world. There needs to be a balance or else we will live in fear of every negative experience we hear about, when in fact, the necessary chaos should be understood as necessary if we indeed want to see a new Earth come forth. I agree. We can't ascend to the lighter realms if we haven't dealt with the merkier experiences. That means embracing all of our emotions. If we can't handle helping someone else in need another lightworker will - that's how it really works as we're all fractals of light so there's always light in a dark world.

Pam does say here and elsewhere that, of course, compassion is paramount and that everyone is on their own path....she uses the yoga class example here and elsewhere. She always gives respect to anyone struggling and even gives an example of herself hearing the "news" and being upset. I don't want to speak for her, but I don't see how she can say it more clearly.
