It’s also struck me that there is so much out there trying to convince people about who is supposedly behind all the shenanigans…everything is deflecting responsibility away from us. This keeps the victimhood mentality going as you say, but it’s also preventing people from realising they created what we’re experiencing and that they can change it. I love this! My feelings are intense being an Aquarius rising, Pisces sun, and Aries moon. And my Saturn retur is around the corner in Aries. When I first heard it I thought of "Healthy Glow" but one of my Guides said "No. Like Glow-In-The-Dark" I was startled and forgot to ask when, but have since learned that time is a Human concept and nearly impossible to pin down for non-3D beings. Yes Pam, as a person living just outside of NYC the intensity and anxiety of the collective here is palpable indeed. The uncovered corruptions are unprecedented and indefensible inequities are being staunchly, systematically defended to try to hold on to old power. Look at the USA’s 400 year history of inequality’s against Native Americans, African slaves, Asian immigrants and our neighbors from Mexico.
We now must evolve. With all of that said, I have great gratitude to you Pam for all that your teaching about breath work, Divine intelligence, community collectives and the astrological energy, and especially for you coaching us in our part in supporting the collective consciousness with the Light and the Love frequencies. The dreams I have lately are so real, it's like being awake and not sleeping. I am active, making decisions ....... I cannot remember dreaming like this ever before. Before that I felt tired and worn out so very often. Once must have been in January I saw like in a vision the Phoenix rising out of the ashes, last time i had this must be over 30 years ago. It empowers, in a sobering way. Everything becomes absolutely clear.

I have been feeling very disillusioned by society for the past month now.
Last night I had an awfully dissatisfying conversation with someone. This morning I was reflecting on it and saying "Well this just happened last night AND I've been feeling like humanity is lost." And my intuition replied "Last night happened BECAUSE you believe humanity is lost. Change your perspective and your encounters will change as well."
So I spent the rest of the day deleting all social media off my phone, which was the root cause of my dissatisfied feelings.
Now I am focusing on solely my life, how to lean more towards the light and my immediate community.
Our realities are definitely mirrors of our internal world.

Thank you Pam. I love listening to your insights and I’m so grateful for the time and energy you put into these videos. One thing I’ve been thinking about is how we can talk about the current situation with people but maybe move past using language that identifies people as high or low frequency. I’ve been sharing the idea that rather than make some people who are struggling feel beneath others we could use different verbiage. One thing that has worked for me is to move away from dualistic language and speak in more than just two terms. For example people who are in poverty, angry, have lost hope or are dealing with addiction or are simply turning off are sometimes operating in survival mode which creates a certain energy or maybe they are operating from unprocessed trauma. This can often be related to the chakra system which is a great context for understanding the energy we are each generating I think everything you said is very accurate. This is just a challenge to all of us, myself included, to speak with more compassion. Dualistic language like high and low can sometimes make people feel othered. I hope you don’t mind that I’m asking this question. It is truly meant respectfully. Thank you.
Everyone is exactly where they are supposed to be, whether that is measured in terms of 'level' or of frequency. We reincarnated to create and to experience through emotions, for which we equip ourself with a body which swims through the ambient flow of surrounding life. The respective individual soul determines where we are at any given moment, and what is most appropriate for us to experience regardless of its vibrational frequency. We remain attached to Source consciousness throughout our journey.
Flowers do not ask themselves if their scent smells more beautiful or is stronger than other surrounding flowers. Its role is to emanate as much beauty and love as possible. The 'others' can but benefit from their approach to life...

Great video! My clients get very mad when I tell them we are creating our life and experiences. They don’t want that responsibility put on themselves. Especially the elderly group. Thank you for your courage for actually speaking the truth. “If” We are all here having our own experiences and we only have control over ourselves then it is logical that our own perspective is determining our experiences!” This is so empowering and takes us out of victim mode and truly empowers us to live the life we want to live because we are creating it.
