Gosh I'm so glad I read this. I have been doing the same. I feel so stuck right now. My emotions are up and down like a yo-yo for weeks and I have no idea what I'm supposed to be doing. I feel like I'm getting nowhere with my life after so much bloody work on myself and having all this knowledge...I'm like...OK Universe please help me out here now. I can't seem to push myself to even get out the house sometimes! I know I don't help myself sometimes but then question why I don't and start thinking I'm not doing something right and it's my fault then the cycle starts again 😂On top of that I feel so damn lonely. Thank you Lee! I did just realize this morning that I was able to recover from a fight with my husband a lot more quickly than I normally would and I didn’t get as deeply triggered. The issue remains, but I have (unknowingly) trained him how to treat me over the last 20 years so it’s now my job to retrain him and stand firm in my new boundaries. I always thought it was just easier to go with the flow, but it’s time to stand up for myself. Much love to everyone, this is a powerful time! 💕🌈

Sometimes I remember to think of my life as theater and I am just watching the performance and not to become so invested in my 'character ' or anyone elses but instead focus on the lesson that is being offered 🤔. I personally found shifting my perspective to Earth School being about experiences rather than lessons helpful. Something about the idea of 'learning lessons' made me feel like I was failing if I didn't 'get it'....whereas experience is a much more open, non-judgemental way of looking it (at least for me - others may not share my hangups about the idea of lessons).

I have strived to be an observer for the last ten years. I was far too reactive and knew it was harmful. Especially about the news and social media. So I went off them almost 7 years ago. I have achieved the peace I wanted by not engaging with all that. Now I see myself in others when they are going off about everything. It’s fascinating to see it and know that I did something truly remarkable for my sanity. It’s all so manipulative and WE ALL have the POWER to change it. Yep. That's me. Spot on. Everything is changing, it's like an on going roller coaster with massive breakthroughs and healings only for the next lot o come up. It's exhausting!!! But also amazing as the knots untangle and the old self unravels, throwing out the no longer needed, its a rrally eeird but exciting time. I called my dad today on Australia father's Day without hesitation after 5yrs of disconnection and non communication. It was like making small talk to a stranger or newly met person. Nothing deep or below the surface talk. It brought a true knowing that these are the only type of conversations available from him till he is no longer on the planet. He's 76. I accept this today

I’ve been watching the aether for years. If you soften your eyes it’s like orbs, sparkles and smoke. I’m trying to see the trees energy now that I’ve moved into the woods, literally.
I'm not sure if this is the right place to share this, but I cannot thank you enough, Lee. Your words of wisdow have helped me a great deal and not just for myself, but for the people around me. I live in a small town where there is little awakening, and that's fine, but the young people I know and came to care about have it so rough. Through your words and those of the Z's I've been able to ease their minds when things got tough. Therapy helps with trauma, but not all does and when one of my young friends is down in the slums, you always come up with the right words to say, which makes it easier for me to word what they are possibly going through. This video came out in time and when I shared it she was so relieved. She thought she was sinking back into a depression again. Worse, that she was going crazy. She's not yet 18, nor is my son and my daughter will be 12 soon. They all suffer through these rollercoaster times. Thank you! ✨🌀💜🌜🌞🌈 I was in Dublin and it was one of the best experiences in my life, it has given me such a boost to continue down my path, whatever that may be, I take it with a big smile 🤗✨💜🌀

Thank you for this timely and reassuring message. This year I have been working to improve my physical health and to bring in more spiritual light. In recent weeks I have been feeling anxiety and resistance about moving forward. I have sometimes reverted to my old coping strategy of turning to comfort food to deal with emotions, and I found this disappointing and frustrating. It is helpful to put this into perspective that these energies are happening on a global level, and that it is important to be gentle and supportive to the parts of me that are feeling on shaky ground right now. I really appreciate the support from you and the Zs.💖
Same here! I've been stress eating so much, especially since I'm temporarily living with my parents again in a very chaotic part of nyc. It's hard, but I know there are lessons in whatever we're experiencing right now, and we have to keep coming back to our center, to find peace within, and to keep being gentle with ourselves. I have to remember to keep forgiving myself and to be compassionate with myself for all the junk I've been eating, and for the difficulties I'm currently facing. Thanks for sharing, I always feel better seeing how much I can relate to many people in this community.

I had a major breakthrough in September indeed: I landed in self-love for the first time in my life. It goes without saying that this is a major life-changing milestone for me. It took a lot of inner work to get here. It wasn't so long ago that I was actively resisting becoming self-loving because it felt unsafe. This is to say thank you for your work. Its comforting to know there is a greater divine plan at work in everything I'm experiencing, that I'm not alone❤
I have just been told by my guide it will all fall into place and now so many people with sensitivites are coming towards me for my wisdom... I feel a bit overwhelmed as everything starts flowing🤗🙏☀️
You can do it! Just slow down a little and chunk everything down. Compartmentalise and structure stuff in the outer world. One thing at a time to avoid stacking. This is how I tackle overwhelm which is something I find very easy to fall into the trap of! Thing is overwhelm is something we create for ourselves.. so I LOVE the fact we can also UNCREATE IT! It’s an illusion! But a very real feeling. When I feel it happen I take a walk, change my energy, change my breathing.. then tell myself to chunk it down. Start where I am. One task at a time… each completion is SO good for overall health. Much love and light to you. 💖💫
The thing about Vibe and high is a manifesting happens very quickly😂 and that's all well and good until you pick up the wrong end of the stick and manifest what you don't want. Recently I picked up both ends of the stick and created the biggest cluster you-know-what and all I could do was laugh because I saw it on folding😂 the older I get the easier I am on myself cuz I am tired of beating up myself. These updates are so helpfully and I hope you're still enjoying your time with your mom while you're over there in the UK❤❤

Towards the end of August I got very quickly unwell in my body, had aches, muscle cramps, my strength had halved, couldn't run 50 meters but I had no other cold or flu symptoms. It lasted 3 weeks, I got tests and my bloods were perfect and I had no sign of inflammation or a virus. I've dramatically improved in the last few days. I go to the gym and exercise daily so it was very confronting for me to feel that way and have no idea why. Then I went for a walk one afternoon and kept pushing and pushing myself to run and put up with it. I felt strongly the thought of "slow down" and then soon after there was a strong thought of "slow down and listen" so I took my earphones out and had this amazing awe and silence in my mind. For the next couple of weeks I reconnected with the intuitive and higher consciousness part of myself and that I realise I hadn't been paying attention to. Suddenly not only am I feeling better, I'm not feeling as attached to my goals even though I may still put in action, I remembered how spiritually minded I am and how I have covered it up and over doubted with the logical earth mind and feel the need to be more out of the spirit closet and I feel repulsed by the thought of putting on certain personas and playing along with some types of social games.
Oh man. The breakthroughs and breakdowns are right on cue for me. I am no longer on TT, IG, FB or SC. You Tube is where I get my information now since there are too many distractions and misinformation on other social media. I need to trust only a few and mostly trust MY own intuition. I hope more of us are doing this.
Shame you didn’t give ‘A day in the company of Lee Harris in England’ ! I would have been there like a shot..... except I was in Findhorn Spiritual Community in Scotland the last two weeks..... I have gotten to a place where I just send Light/Love /Jesus (i'm sorry if Jesus is triggering, but he has become very meaningful to me and helps to calm and love). There are so many messages coming in to help me, and I am grateful. I am learning to send love always, and to call in every Master, Guide, Angel to help me and others around the world. In the last few weeks after I do my daily walk up into a forest, there's an area at the top that by the time I get there, when I look up after a few seconds I start to see the vibrations/energy of the trees move as if they are floating..an amazing experience. 💞

I'm not sure if this is the right place to share this, but I cannot thank you enough, Lee. Your words of wisdow have helped me a great deal and not just for myself, but for the people around me. I live in a small town where there is little awakening, and that's fine, but the young people I know and came to care about have it so rough. Through your words and those of the Z's I've been able to ease their minds when things got tough. Therapy helps with trauma, but not all does and when one of my young friends is down in the slums, you always come up with the right words to say, which makes it easier for me to word what they are possibly going through.
This video came out in time and when I shared it she was so relieved. She thought she was sinking back into a depression again. Worse, that she was going crazy. She's not yet 18, nor is my son and my daughter will be 12 soon. They all suffer through these rollercoaster times.

Thank you for this timely and reassuring message. This year I have been working to improve my physical health and to bring in more spiritual light. In recent weeks I have been feeling anxiety and resistance about moving forward. I have sometimes reverted to my old coping strategy of turning to comfort food to deal with emotions, and I found this disappointing and frustrating. It is helpful to put this into perspective that these energies are happening on a global level, and that it is important to be gentle and supportive to the parts of me that are feeling on shaky ground right now. I really appreciate the support from you and the Zs.💖
Same here! I've been stress eating so much, especially since I'm temporarily living with my parents again in a very chaotic part of nyc. It's hard, but I know there are lessons in whatever we're experiencing right now, and we have to keep coming back to our center, to find peace within, and to keep being gentle with ourselves. I have to remember to keep forgiving myself and to be compassionate with myself for all the junk I've been eating, and for the difficulties I'm currently facing. Thanks for sharing, I always feel better seeing how much I can relate to many people in this community.

I had a major breakthrough in September indeed: I landed in self-love for the first time in my life. It goes without saying that this is a major life-changing milestone for me. It took a lot of inner work to get here. It wasn't so long ago that I was actively resisting becoming self-loving because it felt unsafe. This is to say thank you for your work. Its comforting to know there is a greater divine plan at work in everything I'm experiencing, that I'm not alone❤
I have just been told by my guide it will all fall into place and now so many people with sensitivites are coming towards me for my wisdom... I feel a bit overwhelmed as everything starts flowing🤗🙏☀️
You can do it! Just slow down a little and chunk everything down. Compartmentalise and structure stuff in the outer world. One thing at a time to avoid stacking. This is how I tackle overwhelm which is something I find very easy to fall into the trap of! Thing is overwhelm is something we create for ourselves.. so I LOVE the fact we can also UNCREATE IT! It’s an illusion! But a very real feeling. When I feel it happen I take a walk, change my energy, change my breathing.. then tell myself to chunk it down. Start where I am. One task at a time… each completion is SO good for overall health. Much love and light to you. 💖💫
The thing about Vibe and high is a manifesting happens very quickly😂 and that's all well and good until you pick up the wrong end of the stick and manifest what you don't want. Recently I picked up both ends of the stick and created the biggest cluster you-know-what and all I could do was laugh because I saw it on folding😂 the older I get the easier I am on myself cuz I am tired of beating up myself. These updates are so helpfully and I hope you're still enjoying your time with your mom while you're over there in the UK❤❤

Towards the end of August I got very quickly unwell in my body, had aches, muscle cramps, my strength had halved, couldn't run 50 meters but I had no other cold or flu symptoms. It lasted 3 weeks, I got tests and my bloods were perfect and I had no sign of inflammation or a virus. I've dramatically improved in the last few days. I go to the gym and exercise daily so it was very confronting for me to feel that way and have no idea why. Then I went for a walk one afternoon and kept pushing and pushing myself to run and put up with it. I felt strongly the thought of "slow down" and then soon after there was a strong thought of "slow down and listen" so I took my earphones out and had this amazing awe and silence in my mind. For the next couple of weeks I reconnected with the intuitive and higher consciousness part of myself and that I realise I hadn't been paying attention to. Suddenly not only am I feeling better, I'm not feeling as attached to my goals even though I may still put in action, I remembered how spiritually minded I am and how I have covered it up and over doubted with the logical earth mind and feel the need to be more out of the spirit closet and I feel repulsed by the thought of putting on certain personas and playing along with some types of social games.

Oh man. The breakthroughs and breakdowns are right on cue for me. I am no longer on TT, IG, FB or SC. You Tube is where I get my information now since there are too many distractions and misinformation on other social media. I need to trust only a few and mostly trust MY own intuition. I hope more of us are doing this.
