I know it's a big old time as usual, but definitely seems to be accelerating in the intensity of what we as human beings and souls are being asked to deal with. That doesn't seem to be slowing down in a hurry, but there are some interesting nuances to the process this month that are a little different in how you might be experiencing this massive awakening and consciousness shift that we're going through. I'm going to go through these themes and more that I've been given by my guides and just hopefully shed a little light on them so that you can use anything here that resonates for your own journey and your own process.

My “holding pattern” has been going on since 2020! At this point I’d give body parts for some real inspiration or some sort of direction from the universe. I’ve been trying to manifest so many things in the past several years. Had a few false starts…I hope that we all find our purpose and/ or our muse SOON!

Gosh I'm so glad I read this. I have been doing the same. I feel so stuck right now. My emotions are up and down like a yo-yo for weeks and I have no idea what I'm supposed to be doing. I feel like I'm getting nowhere with my life after so much bloody work on myself and having all this knowledge...I'm like...OK Universe please help me out here now. I can't seem to push myself to even get out the house sometimes! I know I don't help myself sometimes but then question why I don't and start thinking I'm not doing something right and it's my fault then the cycle starts again 😂On top of that I feel so damn lonely. Going through all this completely alone and single for 7 years does not help 😂 heart chakra obviously needs work lol thank you for sharing that, it helps 🙏💙❤💜 p.s. I haven't listened to the "holding patterns but yet but I hope I resonate so I don't feel as bad ha

Thank you Lee! I did just realize this morning that I was able to recover from a fight with my husband a lot more quickly than I normally would and I didn’t get as deeply triggered.
The issue remains, but I have (unknowingly) trained him how to treat me over the last 20 years so it’s now my job to retrain him and stand firm in my new boundaries. I always thought it was just easier to go with the flow, but it’s time to stand up for myself. Much love to everyone, this is a powerful time! 💕🌈

'Remember You Are in Earth School' yes I need a constant reminder. Sometimes I remember to think of my life as theater and I am just watching the performance and not to become so invested in my 'character ' or anyone elses but instead focus on the lesson that is being offered 🤔. Thanks so much for the clarity and balance and encouragement you provide Lee. It is a great service to all of us. Enjoy the huge trees of England.
I personally found shifting my perspective to Earth School being about experiences rather than lessons helpful. Something about the idea of 'learning lessons' made me feel like I was failing if I didn't 'get it'....whereas experience is a much more open, non-judgemental way of looking it (at least for me - others may not share my hangups about the idea of lessons).

Yep. That's me. Spot on. Everything is changing, it's like an on going roller coaster with massive breakthroughs and healings only for the next lot o come up. It's exhausting!!! But also amazing as the knots untangle and the old self unravels, throwing out the no longer needed, its a rrally eeird but exciting time. Lots of sleep and rest needed, along with developing the new and exciting self. It's a lot of work. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

It’s really vital and important for everyone to understand that the natural environment is never separate from everything in life- it’s most foundational on this earth plane reality to our health, happiness and well being!! I have strived to be an observer for the last ten years. I was far too reactive and knew it was harmful. Especially about the news and social media. So I went off them almost 7 years ago. I have achieved the peace I wanted by not engaging with all that. Now I see myself in others when they are going off about everything. It’s fascinating to see it and know that I did something truly remarkable for my sanity. It’s all so manipulative and WE ALL have the POWER to change it. Thx Lee for spreading equanimity, love and kindness.

Thank You for this video Lee Harris ❤ I am having multiple realizations and cry sessions in one day/week/month, which seems to me like a life review. I have gotten to a place where I just send Light/Love /Jesus (i'm sorry if Jesus is triggering, but he has become very meaningful to me and helps to calm and love). There are so many messages coming in to help me, and I am grateful. I am learning to send love always, and to call in every Master, Guide, Angel to help me and others around the world. We ARE ascending, Wow! ❤

In the last few weeks after I do my daily walk up into a forest, there's an area at the top that by the time I get there, when I look up after a few seconds I start to see the vibrations/energy of the trees move as if they are floating..an amazing experience. 💞
I’ve been watching the aether for years. If you soften your eyes it’s like orbs, sparkles and smoke. I’m trying to see the trees energy now that I’ve moved into the woods, literally.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to share this, but I cannot thank you enough, Lee. Your words of wisdow have helped me a great deal and not just for myself, but for the people around me. I live in a small town where there is little awakening, and that's fine, but the young people I know and came to care about have it so rough. Through your words and those of the Z's I've been able to ease their minds when things got tough. Therapy helps with trauma, but not all does and when one of my young friends is down in the slums, you always come up with the right words to say, which makes it easier for me to word what they are possibly going through.
This video came out in time and when I shared it she was so relieved. She thought she was sinking back into a depression again. Worse, that she was going crazy. She's not yet 18, nor is my son and my daughter will be 12 soon. They all suffer through these rollercoaster times.

I called my dad today on Australia father's Day without hesitation after 5yrs of disconnection and non communication. It was like making small talk to a stranger or newly met person. Nothing deep or below the surface talk. It brought a true knowing that these are the only type of conversations available from him till he is no longer on the planet. He's 76. I accept this today

Thank you for this timely and reassuring message. This year I have been working to improve my physical health and to bring in more spiritual light. In recent weeks I have been feeling anxiety and resistance about moving forward. I have sometimes reverted to my old coping strategy of turning to comfort food to deal with emotions, and I found this disappointing and frustrating. It is helpful to put this into perspective that these energies are happening on a global level, and that it is important to be gentle and supportive to the parts of me that are feeling on shaky ground right now. I really appreciate the support from you and the Zs.💖
Same here! I've been stress eating so much, especially since I'm temporarily living with my parents again in a very chaotic part of nyc. It's hard, but I know there are lessons in whatever we're experiencing right now, and we have to keep coming back to our center, to find peace within, and to keep being gentle with ourselves. I have to remember to keep forgiving myself and to be compassionate with myself for all the junk I've been eating, and for the difficulties I'm currently facing. Thanks for sharing, I always feel better seeing how much I can relate to many people in this community.

I have just been told by my guide it will all fall into place and now so many people with sensitivites are coming towards me for my wisdom... I feel a bit overwhelmed as everything starts flowing🤗🙏☀️
You can do it! Just slow down a little and chunk everything down. Compartmentalise and structure stuff in the outer world. One thing at a time to avoid stacking. This is how I tackle overwhelm which is something I find very easy to fall into the trap of! Thing is overwhelm is something we create for ourselves.. so I LOVE the fact we can also UNCREATE IT! It’s an illusion! But a very real feeling. When I feel it happen I take a walk, change my energy, change my breathing.. then tell myself to chunk it down. Start where I am. One task at a time… each completion is SO good for overall health. Much love and light to you. 💖💫

Thank you for this great September message interesting that you said ancient wisdom I always talk to myself and say I am ready to embrace and allow my ancient wisdom to come forward so that I can remember the abilities of what I had to put forward in this lifetime to help people, and or help myself Through my work of education very excited for these opportunities to present themselves the next couple weeks. I have seen more shadows I guess we could say probably spirits around and I’m always feeling there is somebody next to me and part of my allowing is to trust and to not have fear of what is to come next. Always working on my spiritual enlightenment. That is my new phrase instead of growth it’s enlightenment.
