Congratulations! Please share how many times u applied to get in, and how long the waiting process before you heard back from them. My husband has been applying to 3 major airlines out here in Atlanta Georgia and he gets no response. He is retired firefighter too...any tips for us please send our way. Thank you and happy travels!!! Also just subscribed!
@@RaiKonCA LOL Delta isnt easy to get into. The bottom line is that he isnt getting in without having a contact inside. At houston, United hired for a part time position and 2500 people applied within 48 hours.
i applied twice took about 2 years , the hiring process to actually get an interview take about 6 months but it is all worth it at the end and age isn't a factor as long as you pass the test & background check you're good to go but just remember there are thousands of ppl trying to get in , you just need to stand out .
By any chance when you get trained to do that job, do they say Imagine each bag as your child (children) Cause if the do say that then you really what to kill them (him/her)
Aiden Blanckenberg try doing this job in miami im a ramp agent for swissport and i can tell you not alot of people last specialy with avianca and international flights and its non atop
Baba Jallow it different all over the country since I'm on HRL (HARLINGEN,TX) WE get the lowest in the country 8.50 but I'm not doing it for the money I'm doing it for the benefit
Joshua Wilson i just applied on indeed yesterday for Alaska airlines ramp agent and not even 4 hours they messaged me and said i got phone interview tomorrow and they gave me a date to come in for an interview and i read a lot of comments and said people waited a long time lol

Celines F. Keep trying for delta. They are easy to get into to. And since atl is also their hub. But also age comes in the play as well.
Never heard that age is a disqualifier for Delta at all
