I was at the United Club at LAX and met Bruce! Such a nice man!
Seeing Rudy acting like a kid in a candy store when standing underneath an aircraft was priceless. I know how he feels doing that, I worked at LAX many years ago as most of you know. Going underneath a 747 was an amazing experience. You don't actually understand the true size of aircraft until you are right next to them. Great work by Kevin on the editing of the video as always, his experience shows on how smoothly his cuts and transitions were from one to another. keep up the amazing work Kevin and Rudy. Oh what memories after spending years working for Mama U before the merger. Nora Linda, Oscar and Mark are awesome folks worked with all of them.
In December 2022, I finally completed my BA degree in Aviation Management from Central Washington University. I'm not sure the average passenger realizes the amount of effort that goes on behind the scenes to make them not only as safe as possible, but also as comfortable as possible too! When passengers show up for a flight, all they see is the polished, finished product that operates like clockwork. Kevin and Rudy, this production is brilliant! Not only is it exciting, but it’s also about educating the public so they can become a more tolerant and appreciative passenger. In my opinion, AVL brilliantly showcased off some of United’s operations! Thank you for this broadcast as well as your dedication to doing things right!

United was my first airplane journey ever (KSAN to KDEN). My first International commercial flight (Tokyo to KLAX), and in two weeks it will be my first 1st class and premium product flight to my first trip to Europe.
I'm committed to staying loyal to United for the long haul and hope to grace that Polaris Lounge one day.

I was so thrilled to watch this amazing video from my nr 1 AirPort and buy you guys, Kevin and Rudy. To watch behind the scenes at LAX is different from other airports. Like here in Sweden, Stockholm Arlanda ARN is our main AirPort out in the world. Even if it’s similar, it’s always something they do different and that’s What I think is so amazing, always new things to see and lern. A BIG Thank You to United and to LAX for making this happen. Kevin and Rudy - Really well done. This video is fantastic. I Will see if any of my SAS pilots I know can come and visit you a sunday during the stream. AVL is growimg and is the best one I know. The friendships with you and the mods, your nice comments. The whole package is a succes. Next time I/We are in LA, I would like to take you both on dinner with me and my parents. I did a tour with BA, when Concorde was still active at Heathrow, we got to see where our data recorders were installed in the avionics bay under the cockpit, and I sat in Concorde's pilotseat. happy days.

This was absolutely fantastic..I got to do a behind the scenes with United at LAX about 15 years ago with the United Flyers Community that I was apart of (group of 1ks and GS). We even got to stand in the engine of a 744 and go inside the plane. Tour ramp control, international first class lounge, baggage area and maintenance. I sure wish I had recorded it like Kevin and Rudy did

The baggage flow was cool, loved the logistics. ohh great shots in the hanger! United can use this video as an overview to new employees. And you didn't have to worry about lighting indoors!!
