I’m a flight attendant now and being a gate agent honestly sounds like a great transition. Being able to go home everyday is so much better and no turbulence 😅

I love working for the airline. It’s good to keep in mind that no matter where you’re at on the team, without that position you’re doing (whether you’re flight attendant or ramp agent) it all has to come together to keep the operation going.

The Bohemian Traveler Thank you! I had a phone interview a week ago and they said they wanted to proceed with the hiring process and Tuesday is my face to face! I'm kind of worried about my background check because I used to get paid to stream online for twitch and I didn't add that in my employment and I kind of messed up on some dates with a previous employer. I'm praying it doesn't effect my chances in getting the job but if it does then I live and learn and I'll apply again. Gonna give it to God and hope everything goes out great! I thought it was kind of weird that they gave me a second interview two weeks after the first phone interview but I'm not going to question it lol
ThatGirlSMOKEY SLUG I'll pray that you get it!. I think you should be OK with messing up the dates on your initial application. Many times after they hire you you have a chance to put in your entire work history again. That is the time that you make sure that you do not forget any dates. That's when they will run the background check. I think you should be OK. I'll pray for you! Remember to smile a lot, be the brand, and be very very positive. Let them know that you want to work there until you retire. They want longevity. Good luck and please let me know what happens.

It's actually just a part time job for me cause I'm a student working there for a temporary employment agency so I guess I won't get any flight benefits. I'll be there for a couple months and when everything goes well they can hire me

TANMAY PALKAR Hello! It depends on what you like. Do you want to make money while traveling? Do you have that flexibility? Then be a pilot or a flight attendant. With Flight attendanting, they teach you on the job, however as you know, pilot training is very extensive. If you want to just be around airplanes and live in a stable environment, ramp or customer service agent would be a good avenue to go. Good luck! Once it's in your blood, you'll never want to leave. RockCandyBoudoir I think you did. At my current airline I started out customer service and then transferred to ramp. This means I'm cross utilized and can do both. I love the vibe behind the scenes with my fellow rampers. I'm so excited for you!! Are you getting free flights with your new company?

what is the title of the job that you do the catering for the planes? I thought outside companies did the catering so you wouldn't get flight benefits. I wonder what airlines offer kitchen area jobs. I want to work for the airlines to get free flight benefits but I don't know if they will hire a 59 year old female as a ramp agent...
@@patwullen3098 its united chelsea foods. So easy job. Although your part time you still got a free flights or discounted flights. Yes you can still apply and no age limit. I had a co workers and mostly aged 50s to 60s they love their job.

Oh my goodness… I can relate to your journey on so many levels (except I don’t have kids): life-long love of air travel and aviation, worked in education, became an FA, loved it but years of junior schedules and prospect of commuting… ya’ know, hiatus from the industry (but, as you say, you never get it out of your system)… now returning to airline life part-time so it’ll fit w/ married life (onboarding now for CSA here in CA).
I’m a bit nervous about the different set of challenges surrounding CSA, but believing I’ll grow into the position. Thx for the videos.

I wanted to be a flight attendant but I no longer desire that lifestyle. I think it used to be a glamorous job but times have changed. I’m in ground ops now. I get the flight benefits and I get to go home everyday. A Flight Attendant told me once that she had a 14hr duty day but only got paid for 5hrs. Nope!! I’m not ok with that. I just got home. Worked 8hrs and got paid for 8hrs.
Man. I feel that deep in my soul. It is such a blessing to be home every day but you can still travel when you want to. The best of both worlds!

Funny thing is, I’ve always wanted to be a flight attendant! Since I was 6 years old! Now I’m going to be 52 this September. I doubt that they would consider hiring me at this age.
I think for me, it would kill my pocket book. I’ve been an RT sine 1995. I make about $80k/year and only have to work twelve nights a month.
Hey respiratory!🤣 it is never too late to be a flight attendant. Many times they hire older people. But yes, your pocketbook will definitely suffer.🤣
I’m a retired RN,but I worked with lots of ventilators. You may have worked with them yourself or remember them from Respiratory Therapy School. IMV Bird,IMV Emerson ( aka “The Silver Streak”or “ Silver Surfer “) ,the Emerson Post-Op( aka…” The Brown Bomber “ ), the 7200, the Monaghan,etc.
I worked in the hell holes of a county hospital level 1 Trauma Center.They were :the Emergency Room,Medical ICU, Neurosurgical ICU,Trauma ICU ,and the Burn Unit.
@@christopherhennessey8991 I worked with the vents: MA-1; 7200; the 840; and servo. The newest to our hospital is a hunk of junk called the BellaVista. My favorite was the 840. Boy do I miss the 840!

However, since I had previously had my own company, overseas, for the past 30+ years I may opt away from being an FA for the reasons TBT mentions. The unpredictability of schedule, lower pay (considering airlines don't do "ground pay"), and having to bid often are a bit tough for a seasoned vet like me to get used to.
I wanted to be a gate agent not a flight attendant because I wanted to stay in my city. I went to the interview and didn't get hired, then the same airline hired me for flight attendant lol it wasn't meant to be

I'm very much fascinated by large vehicles and transportation operations and am considering getting a foot in the door at an airline. Currently I have a bachelor's in Urban Planning and Public Policy, so hoping to work my way up within a company from an entry level position.
I know this video is old but I’ve been a FA for almost 8 years and now I’m transitioning into being a ramp in a couple weeks due to me having a 2 year old son. Can’t do the commute life as it’s extremely hard on my wife, so I’m excited to have the luxury of being able to come home every night!
Congrats on the continuation of your journey! I one hundred percent agree with you. Being able to come home every single night is such a blessing. There’s a sense of peace you will get.
'Free travel' is making airlines like American sound bad, for taking 'service charges' out of people's paychecks. As much as you traveled with family, you wouldn't have much of a check left. That's fortunate to have gotten the same days off as your co-workers to go to Venice.

Eleven whole minutes to basically get to the point that flight attendant life takes you away from your family compared to ramp life. You need your own radio station. Hi bohemian, I also love everything that relates to the airline industry. I got a job to be a ticket agent for an airline at Newark Airport. When I went to training I already had a cold which got worse during the first week of training and could not continue. The sad part is that I passed all the exams and did so well. I applied again in different airlines but unfortunately I could never get hired again. Then, the recession came and that was the end of my dream. So, you’re lucky to have done so much in the same line of work! Congratulations.
Forese83 Thank you. Keep trying OK? You will eventually get something. It took me 7 years to get back in the industry this time. My station is so small that they are hardly ever had any openings. If you're in Newark you have many opportunities. Double check your resume and make sure it lines up with what the airline wants. Put key words in your resume/cover letter like"flexible", "team player" etc. Good luck and keep applying if you still love the industry. ❤️Thanks so much for watching!!

Interviewed on Thurs and HIRED, UAL Ramp, PT! Retired, "early", from SWA this past June. I just wanted to expand my flight benefits, work for a larger legacy airline and get some health insurance again, back!

Thanks. I was enjoying my time OFF the Ramp, but I think the UAL experience is worth going back on. I also applied for another position at the HQ, so we'll see how that goes, while my paperwork is being processed. I'm still here now and the temps went down to 19! So I've go to say "see you later" to FL weather for a spell. But Chicago is home, so it's not going to be a shock and we'll try to move back to FL by year's end and I'll just commute to Chicago.

Do you prefer being a ramp agent or customer service/gate agent? I applied for both with the same company but they want me as a gate agent because of prior customer service experience but I think I don’t want to work with passengers. Bags don’t talk back!
Karita Hall Lol! I personally like ramp better. In my current position, I was hired as CS and actually transferred to ramp. If I were you I’d take the position offered to you and then transfer to ramp when you get off probation. Unless, they let you do ramp now. Good luck and let me know what happens!

I was a ramp agent when I was in my early 20's while attending college. It was fun driving around the ramp in a Tug. I enjoyed the physical aspect of the job as well as working outside.

Hello! Thank you so much for watching my videos. I hope you get it! I know a ramp agent generally loads bags are and a cleaner focuses on cleaning inside the aircraft. And sometimes, with contract companies Ramp agents both do bags and they clean. But generally, they are hired to do one or the other. Every airline has a different probationary period generally is between three and six months. Good luck with everything. Let me know how it goes.
I know this is a job that is supposed to pay really well but for some reason there is an agency in a little country called Guyana that pays their ramp staff 15 US dollars per flight, and that company is Roraima Airways, some people can be very greedy with money
Wow. That’s interesting. Many US companies don’t pay much as well. Many people work for the airline for the experience and travel benefits.
Was So Cal not a base for United that you could bid for? Where in So Cal? I'd love to live in San Diego if I could afford it. Did you spend the whole time out of Chicago? I thought 'more junior base' (than you) would mean their schedules were worse for their kids than you, not better. You would be more senior if they were more junior. Why didn't you start out with your local airport to avoid the commuting? They weren't hiring?
You mentioned 'crash pad' in another video too. What is that? Is it easy for FA's to swap days with each other so that you can string more days off by working for each other? I wouldn't want to travel long distances like Paris and just have to turn around the come back. There's too much to see, and I would be a tourist from 6am to 10 pm. People were amazed how much I could cram in the tourist sites, and they'd tell me I should be a travel agent.
A crash pad is a temporary housing solution for overnight accommodation that more closely resembles a traditional home and is typically cheaper than a hotel.

i recently got Hired as a ramp Agent for Delta at Pittsburgh International Airport. I love flying but also just being at their airport in general. I will sometimes just go to the curbside Terminal and just chill there and watch planes from the window despite it being far away and i like to look to see which airlines operate at the check ins, for the most part at PIT its most major US carriers but Allegiant Spirit are gonna start operating there soon and i think Frontier as well. Condor Air is due to start this summer. And cause i go to Robert Morris university which is not far away I will gather my class work and take a chair and drinks out to an area where i can view the runway and just do my work there while enjoying the planes.
Norbert Janas That makes me so happy. You have a true love for the industry. I used to be just like you when I was younger. I would always just chill and watch the planes go by. Life is a little busier now for me, so I don't have as much time to do that. There's something magical about this industry. Congratulations on being hired with Delta!!! That is by far my favorite airline to work for. I worked for them in the past and they treat their employees so well. Blessings!
to be honest i have never flown Delta. i have only ever Flown Southwest (my personal favorite) and Hawaiian. I just went with delta cause they were hiring.
Norbert Janas That's awesome. Delta is the holy grail to many employees. Not only do they treat their employees well, but their flying benefits are great. They give you company stock and monthly bonuses.

I actually have a F2F interview for a flight attendant position but I'm concerned about the work-life balance of having a family! Did you lose any seniority when you made the transition from FA to Ramp Agent? Thanks for your videos :)
Thank you so much for the nice words. Congrats on your interview! I have a friend that started Southwest about eight months ago and she feels as though she has really good work life balance with that company. She is just on-call three days a week and she has four days off. She works just the weekends. I have another friend that works for United and it seems more of a challenge for her she says. So it’s just gonna depend on where you’re based and your company. I did lose seniority. I had to start from the bottom, but it all worked out. Let me know how it goes!
Slam clickers? haha , like slam the door and lock it with a click? I'd LOVE to get a meal per diem. I interviewed for FA years ago and made the mistake of saying that I would travel non-rev to a particular city a lot (Nashville, where songwriters hang out) and that was my death nell. I was taken OUT of the semi-circle ALONE and told 'bye.' A pilot friend later said, 'wrong answer.' Yet EVERYONE, once hired, say they're in it for the flight benefits, without hesitation. But yet you aren't allowed to give that as a reason in the interview. I had no idea what a huge mistake I had made. I could have been doing my #1 fav job all these years, with enough seniority now to fly the Hawaii route, where you get all your hours in at once and lay on the beach. 40-50 years? That means even if they started at 18, they're still working way past retirement age where they could retire with full benefits. I guess they wouldn't know what to do with themselves if they retired.
You are my mentor. I love that you take the time to guide us. I completed the 7-weeks and received my wings but, due to a family crisis the FA life (or lack thereof) due to being a reserve and having to base in SF (expensive) I left. I am thinking of going back to see if they'll take me as a Ramp Agent. For the reasons you highlighted (a steady job with low stress). I would like to ask:
1) Did you get to keep the Tumi luggage and uniforms?
2) Is there still a way to upward move into other positions after being demoted to a Ramp Agent?
3) Based on FA only getting paid after doors shut and this and that, is the salary for each pretty much the same (although on paper Ramp Agents get paid less)?
4) Are Ramp Agents under the same union umbrella as FA?
Thank you so much for the compliment. I would not see it as a demotion. It’s just a different job title. Many ramp agents would never want to be flight attendants, and many flight attendants would not want to be rampers. Everyone has their preference. Rampers get paid the entire time they are working and pay increases to the 30s and possibly 40s for mainline ramp agents. I have definitely seen Ramp agents move up to corporate and management positions. I’m sorry about your family crisis. I hope everything’s OK. I was able to keep all of my luggage and my uniforms. But, I had to finish paying the balance. I enjoy Ramp and customer service lifestyle better than when I was a flight attendant. But that’s just my opinion. The lifestyle works better for me. The Union will be different. Flight attendants have their own union called AFA. Other than that, I wish you the best, and pray that you find a position that you absolutely love and works with your lifestyle.

I just got hired to work at piedmont/American Airlines as a ramp agent/ customer service gate agent. I really don’t care what the position is I’m just super excited to be in! But the starting pay is horrible ...but now that I’m in the industry.. is it easier to move up to flight attendant or other higher positions and get hired from within?
First of all, congratulations! It’s a steppingstone. I think that it does help get your foot in the door little bit more when you do have experience in the airline industry. I have known people to start customer service or ramp agents and apply to be flight attendants and get it. Generally they still make you interview and start from the bottom, but I feel as though it does give you a leg up on the competition. Good luck!
Hi, I understand your struggle of wanted to be in the air as a FA and having a 9-5 normal life. This will never happen as a FA - as a FA, I had to adjust and the seniority is part of being an airline employee. I agree, it gets on your blood. Wow its amazing how you were able to have other careers too! Teacher and the medical field? Did you work at an airline while going to school for respiratory?? I want to gain a skill in the medical field but so scared I'll leave United airlines and not be able to come back 🥺
I would definitely not leave United. I was a teacher first and was a flight attendant and then worked for an airline and got laid off. Then Went to Respiratory school and came back after I graduated. It’s a perfect mix, to be able to make the money in the healthcare field, and have that flexibility, and have the love for aviation as well. I wonder if there’s a way you can do a program where you can stay with United while going through schooling. Or maybe you can give away some shifts. Good luck! Let me know what you end up doing.

I can't believe airlines get away with charging more fare and change fees in order to fly on a different flight due to weather cancellations when there's no room for standby the same day. Some people are suspicious that they cancel flights just cause the plane is half empty, and they can save the cost of a flight by putting them all on the next half empty flight and fill up that plane.
I'll bet speaking Spanish helped you get in the top 1%. Podcasts? Where? By who?

I have a few questions. Since I may want to become a tamper when In in college, does the schedule usually work with your time your not in class? And I've always wanted to become a ramper. Does it require strength and what are some questions you might be asked? Thank you for your service in the airline industry.
RightfulFluff2's PDX aviation Great questions. The airlines don't work with you. You bid your schedule according to your seniority. They want to be the priority. However, you can always work with your co-workers and swap schedules. I think it would be challenging to do both, but with some creativity, it is possible. Another challenge is that even though you may have a set schedule, working for an airline is so unpredictable. You may have to stay late due to delays in weather, mechanical and crew. If you have a class later in the day, you may not be released until your flight is in the air. However, as with anything in life, you can always make it work. Good luck!!!
RightfulFluff2's PDX aviation Being a ramper does require some strength but if you know how to lift the bags to protect yourself and your body, you should be fine. Also, wearing a back support band is a good idea. Always know your limits and ask for help lifting really heavy bags. Stretching before your shift helps as well. Hope this helps!!

Hi I got a ramp agent/cs agent job! And I’m heading to ramp training in a couple days! I’m so so nervous about the tests they give you during ramp training, I guess they let you go (fire you) if you don’t get a 85% or higher. Any tips????

Klizzlll I studied a lot ahead of time with my city codes. It was both matching and fill in the blanks. Study ahead of time and have it perfect.
I watched all your videos. Thanks so much. I go in for an interview for a ramper tomorrow and they want a min of 2 days and a max of 4 days. I’m like you and just want the minimum hours for flight benefits but I’m afraid if I say 2 I won’t get the job. What should I do?
Jeremy Nascimento tell them that you will work what the station needs. Tell them you would prefer the minimum. But if the station need you more, you are willing to do it. You guys have actual schedules? Or will you be bidding for your schedule?

Congrats! They should have given you an HR contact number. You may not need to call though. I bet they are just waiting until everyone in you training class is clear so you can all start at the same time. The time has varied for me from a few days to over 4 months.

I have a interview for gate agent with an airline I’m nervous got pass the phone interview , did you ever do a role play for the face to face?
Yes! And they will ask you about how you handled conflict or a difficult situation at work. With the role play, don't offend the customer, stay within company guidelines and if you can't handle it, always tell them that you will contact your lead to help with the situation.

T Perez You don't need any experience. They train you on the job. Usually they would like to see that either you have airline experience or some type of experience like FedEx or something like that. However, many times they hire people with zero experience. You just need to go in there with a positive attitude and be very cheerful and fit the image of that particular airline. They want to see a team player and someone who is dependable. If they ask you in the interview, how long do you expect to work there, always say that you expect to to work there until you retire. RATED congratulations!!! Ok since you got an interview, you have the qualifications that they want. They can train you to do ramp. Southwest will be looking at your personality. Be super bubbly! Smile a lot. Act like you're a team player. You need to fit the southwest mold. The number one question will be, how long do you expect to work at southwest? Your answer must be."until I retire!" How do you think they decide who to send interview offers to? I suspect it's customer service keywords in the resume, and they don't even look at age. So here I'm am in my 60s wondering if I'm wasting my time even going to the interview. I walk in and they say 'baggage would....wear....him....out....in 60 minutes,' and they'd be right. Especially working in the airplane hull on my knees. Everyone I see in the youtube videos looks like they're under 50. I wonder if the 50+ people quit or retire when their bodies wear out. I knew a RES agent who must have gotten her supervisor to pull strings for her, cause I was non-rev and saw her right across the aisle in her FA uniform. They weren't even hiring for FA. Had I known, I would have put in for it too. She was in my training class and out of RES in less than a year. The only FA's they're hiring now are bi-lingual, and not even Spanish....stuff like middle eastern languages. I think that will go away if COVID goes away and people start flying big time.
I’m not sure. I know they hire different ages. But they just wanna make sure that you’re physically able to handle the job. My old airline, they have hired people in their early 60s-Two ladies. And they are tough. Way stronger than me. But definitely for flight attendants, they hire a lot of older people in their 50s and 60s.

Just go for it. Nursing is customer service. The patients and their families are your customers and you have to be able to talk to them and calm them down and help them through hard times. You can use that as your customer service experience. Good luck. I hope you get it.

I think it depends. At the moment, many flight attendants are not paid for many of the hours they work. There’s a lot of sitting and waiting between flights. Flight attendants get paid when the airplane door closes and stop getting paid when it opens. So yes, you make a higher rate, but, Those are only flight hours.

Ché Hello. I'm pretty sure United temporary workers get flight benefits. You just have to use them while you are still employed with them. Double check with them just in case things have changed. I love being a ramp worker. I get the camaraderie that comes with working with a team players and there's a satisfaction that comes when we get the flight out on time. I am still cross utilized as a customer service agent at times, but for me, ramp is more my speed. I will do a more in depth video about ramp life soon.

If your airline only does domestic, are you and your family able to travel internationally with any other airline?
Jillian Mac Knight yes, generally airlines have agreements with other airlines and you can fly at a reduced rate. We call them ID 90s and ID 95's. That means that you get 90% off the rate or 95% off. It will all depend upon who your airline partners with. Generally, there are many partners that you can fly on. It's easier to fly on your own airline though. This is because you have access to all the airline loads and the standby list. Thanks for watching!!

JuJu Bean Great question. My favorite airline to work for was Delta. I loved the travel benefits and and how we were treated. However, any airline that gives you both domestic and international travel benefits would be fine. Since your main goal is to travel and be a photojournalist, find an airline that suits your needs. Also, look for an airline that would be easy to have a life outside of your airline job. If you don't have much baggage and can travel for a career, fight attending would be great because you would be able to go different locations while working. Customer service and ramp suit me at the moment because I need to be home near my family. Good luck, and let me know how it goes!

esplikia7 Great question! It totally depends on the airline. I had some French speakers in my class who were on reserve just like the rest of us. They did both domestic and international flights. This was done randomly through crew scheduling. When they acquired enough seniority they could bid for those French speaking flights. However if someone was a Japanese speaker, they would go directly into international flights to Japan. It totally depends on the need. Me being a Spanish speaker was so common that I was on reserve just like the rest of my class. Also, the international flights only need about half the crew to be language qualified. The rest of the crew could be English speakers.

hipretty hipretty Hello. Generally you hear about the cattle call from searching on the individual airline websites. Many times if you put your application in, you will get a call or an email and they will say that there is an all day interview and which documents to bring in. There will be like 3-4 stages of the interview. Group interview, testing, then they'll weed out. You'll look for your name to see if you made it to the next level. Then individual individual interviews. What job are you looking to apply for?

OK so the f2f (IF you get that far) would be part of the process in a cattle call, If you get to that level? Sometimes I hear FA's talking about a video interview. I still haven't learned if that is an "about me" video they make and submit to be viewed with an application...or if it is actually a Skype-type interview where administration is actually on the other end interviewing them. You are so right about Airport /Airline jobs. As a kid I grew up near the airport... one of my first jobs was working @ JFK! I went to school, got married, had a family, watched the sky ended up being a stay at home mom and homeschooling my kids. Dreaming all these years of getting back to the terminal, an airline and being in flight. I won't date myself 😉 but I just hope it's not too late! Blessings!
hipretty It's never too late! In my flight attendant class, the bulk of the group were in two age categories, the 20s, and 50s and 60-year-olds. The reason was, most people in their 30s and 40s are still raising their children so it's a little bit harder for them to leave their responsibilities. But believe it or not, 50% of my class had retired from their careers and had always wanted to become flight attendants. Also, in customer service, they hired everyone from their 20s up until their 60s. Thankfully in America, there's not too much of an age bias in the airline industry. I did not do a video interview. However, my friend did a video interview for my airline a few months back. It was just her answering the questions that they had given her, recording it, and sending it in. There may be some airlines that do a Skype-type interview, but I don't know. Since this industry has to do with airplanes, they don't mind flying you in and meeting with you face to face. They just booked you in a positive space seat and send for you to meet with them. I hope this helps! Thank you so much for watching.

Ive heard the ramp agent is hard work? Strenuous on your body? Is that so?
Yes, it can be. But I was part time so it wasn’t too bad for me. I would work my days so that I was only working about 6 to 8 hours a week. And I would also give up shifts. I enjoyed though, and learned how to lift bags without hurting myself.
What's the difference between a flight attendant and a ramp attendant?
David Mu a flight attendant is a steward/stewardess and focuses on safety while the plane is in the air. They serve food and drinks inflight. A ramp attendant puts the bags on the plane, brings the plane in with hand gestures, pushes the plane out, and services the plane with blue juice and water.

Vee Bell thank you so much for watching! I appreciate that. Yes, as long as you work the minimum hours that they require, you will still get your flight benefits. I used to work about six hours a week in the old company,. Now my minimum that I need to work for the current bid is about 7 1/2 hours a week. It works out really well. I think it’s the same for most companies.

Vee Bell Most shifts change every three months. I don’t know any gate agents that have set schedules. However, keep you’re senior enough, you can bid generally the same shift.
I just applied for a ready reserve baggage handler position for delta. I live only about 30 mins from the airport. I’ve had the traveling bug since I went to the Bahamas and Puerto Rico when I was about 23. Traveling is life!!!Traveling is my passion count me in if I can just work minimal hours per week. Give me my free flights!!! Lol Once the Traveling bug bites you there’s no cure lol. Also I wanted to know are international flights free or is there a fee?
Jasmine Celestin haha. Once it’s in your blood it never leaves!! When I worked for Delta, everything was 100% free. Even international. At my current airline, we have to pay international taxes. So for my most recent Germany trip, it was $37. Domestic is free.

I am currently living in Miami and am bus operator but I don't have any benefits nor compensation especially during this time that I'm pregnant. I am a single mom and am looking into applying for customer service agent with Delta or American airlines. I want to be stationary and work fix day shifts. Virginia Reid The only position I know would be something Iike working for the credit union because they have bankers hours, the corporate store, and maybe some corporate positions. The rest of the positions I think will have varying times and days. Congratulations on your new bundle of joy.

I work at OHare. I recommend Southwest or Delta if you want to work as ramp agent. But make sure you can life 55 lbs comfortably, they do a physical and during the physical they measure your heart rate. They don't want people out of shape. Have fun and be careful.
