Local event soon in fall river ma. A Stock class is now added to the event. Stock class. Stock chassis and stock electronics but you can change tires gearing body etc.

When your tires spin that changes your tire size that gears you up at top end.
12 yr old Kid at our local event consistently runs 2.5's with his VXL setup slash. He has much taller gears though. I think he's running 76/35 or somewhere around there. Also every time your tires hook up you are riding the wheelie bar every other time it seems like you're spinning a lot. It definitely is launching nice and straight. I would try to remove the weight in the rear and heat the tires more on the carpet to see how that goes.
Don't forget about the event in Fall River tomorrow Sunday the 13th. There'll be a timing system and testing from 9:00 to 11:00 No charge Just a ton of fun @BCC. People come from New Hampshire and Connecticut frequently.

Seems like you get much better numbers when you get it in a straight line all the way to the end,,without any variations left or right,,,,just my observation.....keep going....
Set the Performance Analyzer after you do the burn out and you are stopped, it reads when you were doing the burnout and moving forward. Keep the shiny side up!

I have a question you might know the answer too, you talking on one of your videos about the trans brake on the Drag Slash. You thought it might just be a switch. My question is can I take my Drag Slash transmitter and receiver, pair it with the Losi 22s or some other drag vehicle and use the trans brake with that vehicle. I bought motor, esc, transmitter and receiver for a drag slash off Jenny's RC which im installing in my Dr10. I though if it would work I would replace my Losi transmitter and receiver with another drag slash setup but I can't find any information of anyone that has done it or if it will even work. Whats your thoughts ?
I don't believe Traxxas has any programming into the ESC it's transmitter and receiver. This has already been done with earlier Traxxas tqi stuff so unless Traxxas is being sneaky😳 it shouldn't matter. But seeing you already have it just swap it in and give it a shot👍💯
Need to take some air out of your tires? Lmao I do think one shim out on left shock or ad one to right shock just a thought, every time you hook it goes right.
Move wights up the truck and only 1/2 but it will be heavier in front it like 10bls hold to your chest and 10 lbs Honda it all the way out same wight but fills heavier.

Weight needs to be moved forward to keep the front down when it hooks. The only times it really hooked was when it wheeled, and adjust wheelie bar way down so it can't wheelie so high.
The wheelie was for fun😜👍
Soften the rear springs so it squats more the whole car is just too stiff loosen the front end up so it stretches if wheelie is fast and lower the wheelie bar just a little bit and it go quicker

I put a 3 cell in mine and its so fast it balloons the tires enough to rub the nerf/side bars on a pass.
@@Richyrich1234 No prep rules only allow for a 2s battery at the track, assuming that's where he will eventually be. If your tires are ballooning, you need to switch out to belted tires.

Where did you think I don't know the rules? Or I dont know the benefits of belted tires?
