Lesson learned. I wish I had reviewed the 1 star reviews before I made the order. I had experienced the same things as the other reviewers: battery failure, wire connection twisted or loose. Couldn’t reach out to support either through phone call or email. Very slow response. Treat customer as mechanic technician, asking us to do all kinds of testing, ask us to dissemble and replace control board (even though there are warning label on the scooter clearly states that non-professionals should not attempt to repair/modify the scooter ). Asking us to fix it at a local shop (would that disqualifies product warranty?) When they finally agreed to return and fixing the problem, three weeks later we received the email with return label, asking us to package in a very special box that is hard to find. They also warned if I ship it in a larger box, then I had to pay for shipping myself. Enough is enough. This Is the worst experience I have ever had with such a stupid company. BTW, the scooter is cheaply built, it really not worth the price. It also has mechanic design problem ( wire too short that can be easily twisted and broken.)
First scooter I've owned. Enjoyed it for a bit put over 100 or more miles on it but I have the Apollo Explore coming soon so this thing will be outclassed soon. I'm able to get to 20 when its fully charged but it usually sticks to around 18 mph. Battery life is terrible though.
for the price are better than this one? Can you name one or two of them? Great review. I was thinking about the Freego F12 you reviewed but that one is way more expensive.
If you are considering this scooter, I would skip it. The one I did the video on broke down a few months after and I’ve also seen comments from other people saying that their scooters broke down as well. Many better options out there
@@RedskullPro actually i was considering it. What you think about ninebot segway. Are they any good. Which one is affordable and good on battery and everything.
This company sold me a scooter with a defective battery and I had to pay $200 for a new one. They have the worst customer service in the business. Do not buy anything from this company.
the most underpowered and poor range scooter I've ever had I've got 2,and 12.8 battery I get just under 10mls at 15mph, can't climb hills at all loads money wasted 😱
It’s clear as can be, from several experiences, that anything direct to consumer from a Chinese company will fail to meet expectations and be accompanied by horrendous customer service. Do yourself a favor, spend the money on a Segway at minimum or build one

I think this is just a generic Chinese brand that’s being rebranded and marketed..
@@RedskullPro how long did it take to arrive
The scenery is amazing.
The scooter is not :) Thanks for watching
Hi, I was planning to buy a scooter saw your review. Could you please tell that which scooter's would be better in the same price range?
I would get a better brand like Segway or NIU

This has multiple reports all over the internet that the motor dies after a couple of months… I wouldn’t buy it
Tomorrow getting one yes
How has it been so far?
== SUPER -- YOUR RUSSIAN ACCENT IS GREAT . ALL THE BEST .

What ever…..Turboant x7 pro is the best scooter ever!!! I love it! Powerful, pretty and cheap!
stop telling lies to justify your purchase 🤣
😂
X7 pro is the best
I don't want listen to fake specialists!
So far I’m enjoying mines too, I get 18mph and I’m 220lbs.
So many scooter brands.. like phones
The more the merrier 🤣

needs air in the rear tire
Yeah, was a bit low when I filmed the footage for the video
you went from max speed to zero in less than 10 feet on a downhill and then said the breaking is not that good.
Trust me, compared to all other scooters I tried the breaks on this one are terrible
48 miles tange is kinda exaggeration. 30 kilometers range is much more realistic to the fact from being stranded.

There have been many reports of this scooter breaking down. I am pretty sure I added a pinned comment mentioning that as well
