- Ride into the backcountry to hunt public land elk on this episode of Eastmans' Beyond the Grid. Host Dan Pickar and his friend Ian bow hunt the September rut. They put their calls to work to draw a bull into their laps! The second hunt of this double-header is a return to grizzly bear country in October to rifle hunt for a monster bull on a once in a lifetime adventure!

Have done and seen that shot several times with the Evolution Hyde. Always a 50 yd recovery. 🤷♂️ - Dan
Amazing bull, but I agree with this comment. Kind of admitted the same when said the bull would have been lost with almost any other broadhead. Glad the bull was recovered, but an unnecessary risk on an old bull.
