Ironmouse was my first VTuber experience. she is still one of my favorites. She had been streaming since 2017 I think. she had an incredible singing voice even though she has c.v.I.d. and has serious lung issues. her back catalogue is huge.
definitely check out more Ironmouse, interestingly she was one of the first Vtubers ever, at least with in the first 10 as she started streaming early 2017. She suffers from CVID which is like a hereditary variation of AIDS, so she is in essence a bubble girl. because she is unable to leave her house, her online interactions are her social life. while most vtubers play a character, she is the realest version of herself while on stream. she's incredibly funny and one of the most talented singers in the space. her relationship with Cdawg is extremely endearing, every once in awhile he does IRL streams where she directs him around Japan to see all the places she'll never be able to go. extremely bittersweet and heartwarming.
I think she is currently the second oldest VTuber. Siro is currently older than her, then after her is Sora, Akari Mirai who just graduated and then believe it or not Zentreya who started in Nov 2017 - I'd like to research it but I don't read or speak Japanese and I am certain those two are the first American VTubers - Ironmouse was on a different platform, but Zen was always on Twitch as far as I know

Mouse is a huge inspiration to the vtuber community, honestly a lot of streamers in general. She has an autoimmune disease that has had her bedridden for the past decade and has limited her to very small amounts of sterilized physical contact, the little movement she can manage is very limited due to muscle atrophy, yet she still manages to bring so much life to her streams. Connor sometimes does streams where he wears a camera similar to a gopro while shes wearing a headset, so she can experience some of the sights in Japan. Its honestly one of the most beautiful friendships i've come across online.
The Vtuber community is, for the most part, a fun, chill and welcoming group, you will find a Vtuber to suit any and all tastes, but they all have their own special chat that are usually quite protective but will welcome new fans very quickly.
If you fancy some of the truest feels you will ever feel, Curtis, watch Ironmouse reacting to Connor's (CDawg's) Cyclathon across Japan from a few weeks ago. Honestly just some of the most uplifting, funny and entertaining stuff ever put to The Internetz™.
Honestly you'll find some really funny zoomed clips as ironmouse has a med that she takes cause of her condition so it's really funny when she will stream with conner like playing a game of chess while she's higher than a kite (he coaches her first game to win against him who is very good at chess) for you should see her sings clips especially when she sings opera
Yeah! They are amazing on their own. But when they stream together is a fantastic content =) Very funny and entertaining.
Mouse is the embodiment of tsundere energy while talking to Connor..haha, they're hilarious friends though, always entertaining to watch banter.
Glad you've found these 2, they've got some of the best chemistry in the industry and are both individually two of the best and good hearted people on the platform between all the charity work they've done and how out of their way they both go for their audiences
Their friendship is amazing. He's done two cycleathons to raise money for a foundation that helps people with the same illness that Ironmouse has. She has models where she can be really small at the bottom of the screen for those, like she's sitting in a handlebar basket on his bike while he rides.

Thing is, Ironmouse has…I can’t remember her illness, but she’s pretty much completely bedridden, and can’t go outside without putting her health at critical risk and has to go to a lot of treatments, but Connor has basically adopted her as a baby sister 🥹 but I LOVE their chemistry, it just makes me smile every time I see them and hear them bicker back and forth!

She's actually been getting better! She calls her walk a zombie shuffle, but she's got a physical therapist now. She needs rails and stuff to hold onto, but she's out of her bed a lot more now on her own. But yeah, her and Connor are a dream team. It's crazy that he raised half a million dollars riding a bike recently for the IDF organization that helped save Ironmouse's life when she was at her lowest point those years ago.

Mouse is a trip, 10 out of 5 recommended. She has all kinds of streams and clips to enjoy. My personal preference are the out of context clips.
I've never really been into the whole vtuber stuff and the culture surrounding it, it's just not my thing. However, I do really like cdawg and ironmouse. They seem to genuinely enjoy each others company and are very funny together.
