If you have the scratch and are doing a long cycle like this, invest in a set of rain tires on a seperate set of wheels. Slick tires + rain + slippery painted surface = The road suddenly becomes effectively ice. You cant compress liquid, so the weight of your bike is no longer pressing the tire into the road and you're hydroplaning. The moment you shift your weight at all expecting the tires to have friction? Your heavier-than-the-bike body is going to very suddenly obey physics and return to being close to the ground.

the funniest part was watching connors heart rate jump up from 100 to 105 during petes dance.
Absolutely incredible guys well-done, you all should be super proud and Connor you took that fall like an absolute champ 🏆
Pete is a freaking showman, he needs to be in all events of this kind, holy molly
Amazing effort to the whole team! And a special shout out to the editor going through a mountain of footage. This was a true joy to watch.
Thank you for an incredible journey for a great cause! (personal timestamp 56:40 glad I could give the boys a small chuckle)
Love all the appreciation for Pete in the comments. Man is a legend
Connor never fails to deliver. Lots of respect to you, and Congrats on raising so much from the cyclethons. I'm looking forward to the charity stream.
It takes up to 120 people a year to make enough plasma to help Immunodeficient people. I work in Donor Qualification for a company that makes medicine for people with these diseases. The more you donate the more it helps.
Pete taking over on the bike was one of my favorite parts of the stream. The MGS edit was amazing.
This is one of the best videos that I've seen. You are so charitable to be doing something like this. I know I would be struggling for real.
Even though I wasn't there to see it live, this video and the clips floating around really showed how much of an amazing event this was. Congrats to Connor, Chris, Pete, and everybody involved!
I'M SO PROUD BEYOND WORDS
Also the editing is perfect, the video came out so well
Been waiting for this edited one!!! Congrats on cyclathon and cheers to the 550k! 🎉
Pete is an invaluable member of the crew I am definitely part of the Pete fanclub 😂 i wish I had half of his energy 😅
watching the edits is so fun ngl. an hour and 46 minutes of cycling, memes and japan views. And rain ofc
You're an amazing and such a wholesome person Connor and shoutout to everyone who helped and joined on your cyclethon. Really outstanding job guys!
Pete dancing to 3rd Strike music gives me life. His attitude and positivity seems like hanging out with him makes you feel like you could take on the world.
It's almost mind-boggling imagining what could POSSIBLY top this astounding achievement! Great work Connor and everyone else who participated; can't wait to see the next charity stream 🎉
Great editing! really captures the series well! Keep it coming!
Everyone involved in this whole endeavor deserve a genuine and heartfelt thank you.
*Thank you.*
This ending always melts me away. My late congratulations to you guys since I couldn't watch the streams at the time. You're amazing! All of you! Trully well done! ♥
Kudos to you, Mr. Dawg. An excellent video of your journey. Your viewers are truly some of the most consistent at being trolls but also having generous hearts. Respect.
Also. I hope your next video consists of cycling across Honshu (Dunno if I am right or not on that one.) but I do hope you stay in shape for that one. I hope to catch a video of yours again this was an amazing watch.
This was so fun to watch live! But damn did Connor go through a lot this time
Really appreciated the editor's music choices, particularly Zelda, Final Fantasy, and Super Mario RPG.
But obviously, massive props to Connor, Chris, donors, and everyone who helped this happen
This entire cyclethon was such a pleasure to watch and be part of, all be it just as a viewer, from Connor and chris, to ian pete and paul, everyone did such an exceptional job and I absolutely loved every second of this!
The Israel Defense Force jokes from the donations did not age well imo😂
What a journey, Connor is truly, one of the kindest people in this earth, a true chad indeed
Wow. Incredible job. To go through all of that really shows dedication. Mad respect to you, Mudan, for editing all of this into a single video.
Your outdoors streams are some of my absolute favorites. Congrats on raising that much money for charity!
As Chris does not get the credit he deserves for such nice events, i will do it.
Great Job and congrats for finishing the Tour. Real Powermove to torture yourself for a good reason.
And that while clearly being much heavier than Connor. Being the "big boy" you are and cycling 900 KM as you did here, is impressive
And of course also congrats to all teammembers behind the scenes and in front of the camera of the stream, like Ian connor, Pete and friends for reaching this awesome goal.
Everyone was so vital for this to happen and I'm so glad that we went over the goal from the first one, it was amazing to watch!
Took me a while to get round to watching this one but it totally made my week. Thanks to everyone involved, from our heroes Connor and Chris, to cocaine personified Pete, the unflappable van gang, princess with the pipes Ironmouse, the editors who presumably had some major eye strain by the time they finished this behemoth, and of course whoever it was that wished us a good monke morning every day. To you all, I bring my hand to my chest and I give a hearty "OUG"
the editing is so good that I literally can't sip my goddamn water without spitting it out from laughing every few seconds.
nice bike connor, why does it look so shiny though
your editors are amazing
The respect for this man is immeasurable. Keep thinking about the cycling Trash Taste special all this time ago, doing it now he would've crushed it, if that's not a character development, I don't know what is.
I love your content Connor, and look forward to watching the vods and edited videos. The fact you also are doing charity work now is just another benefit of following your channel!
Connor seems like such an awesome guy, surrounded by awesome people. It is inspiring to see everyone work so hard for such a good cause. A little good in the world goes a long way. Keep it up everybody!
I laughed my heart out cuz of Pete. Love him sm. So proud of Connor, Chris, and everyone else.
17:45 rewatching this part 3 times. Its too darn cute. Connor just freaking sings along
