Chicken 65 is actually named because it was a chicken dish that was invented in 1965 in a restaurant named Hotel Buhari in Chennai. Another popular theory seems to be that this item was the 65th item listed on the menu at a military cafeteria in Chennai, but the menu was written only in Tamil. Since the soldiers that frequented the cafeteria were from all over India, many could not read Tamil and so ordered dishes by number. If it is a vibrant red, most often this is a result of food colouring and not just chili powder.

Those steam lids to melt the cheese at NFA Burger were so clever! I love how the whole patty is like a crispy edge! Billy was so sweet and a great teacher! 🍔💗
Lol chicken 65 isn’t named that because it has that many spices. I came across the dish a few times on my culinary deep dives and it was always explained that it was created in 1965 and the name stuck. Kinda like the 1921 burger at White Castle. It’s the only burger made without steaming and with added veg because it was invented in 1921

You need to try Panera's 4 cheese souffle (breakfast item) as much as you like egg tarts...youll love this...
They used to have a mushroom souffle but they discontinued it..which is sad because it's the best one they make.

Man you are hitting all my weaknesses! From thin crispy burgers to pizza to my favorite food of all...sea scallops. So hard to find great quality scallops these days and it's something I have so rarely that when I come across them it's still an extremely special treat. And that topical drink is just a perfect capper.
