Yes Angelina was 13 for this performance but became a star at age 7 in her native Norway. Angelina is a music prodigy specializing in vocals, the only one I know of in my 62 years. Please do yourself a favor and react to some of her early performances. She is an even better human being, always performing barefoot until every child on Earth has shoes. Here is how that came to be.
At age 6, while traveling in the Middle East with her mother and grandmother, Angelina noticed a girl around her age standing on the side of the road asking people to step on her bathroom scale to be weighed in hopes of getting some money. Angelina befriended this girl who was wearing soiled clothing and no shoes. Angelina asked the girl what she wanted to be when she grew up and the girl replied, “I want to become a doctor, but that will never happen since I have no parents and I have siblings so I have to do whatever is necessary for us to survive.” The poor girl asked Angelina what she wanted to be when she grew up and Angelina replied that she wanted to sing for the whole world. The poor girl said she would pray every day so Angelina’s dream would come true.
Angelina so moved by the poor girl, took off her favorite sea green ankle boots and gave them to the poor shoeless girl. Angelina promised the girl she would perform barefoot until every child on Earth has shoes. Angelina still says she thinks of that homeless girl every day and has always performed barefoot. At age 9, she became the youngest published author in Norway’s history by writing a book about this encounter in the Middle East.
You've done it now. You have fallen into the vortex of Angelina Jordan who arguably brings the most confident, versatile, seemingly effortless, and fearless vocal artistry found today (whether measured across artists, genres, or decades). You may think this an exaggeration but listen to a few more of her many performances (120+ covers and original songs) and you will see! She will stagger you with her ability to find and bring forth the 'essence', the emotional message of nearly any song. I hope you continue to discover her, I think it's really worth it, she is so unique, as a person and as an artist. I thinks that you can be impressed by the fact that Angelina at only 13 years old was able to face a challenge with such an iconic song as this and made her become her own song, with a fantastic reworking, a calm, powerful and terribly emotional interpretation and a great courage to take him to one of the most difficult audiences of the show. The best of Angelina ... is Angelina, 😆 🤗 She searched her way for her version of the song and chose the lyrics that fit. Simply, changing the times and the reading key, based on her ability to understand and elaborate the song which, for a girl of that age, is almost supernatural, she created HER Bohemia Rhapsody. She just loves singing and does it her way. ❤️
The 3 year old little girl in Norway had a dream, while watching the Talents on TV, to sing one day for Simon, I would say that after only 10 years she achieved it really well, she fascinated him.

Angelina does her own arrangements and has since she was very young. For this song, she stripped away all of the flash and filled it with soul! When she was on Norway's Got Talent, she never failed to leave the judges in tears. If you decide to go back and watch some of those performances, try to use the versions that have closed captions so you can get the translations of the judges commentary. They are priceless!
She looks older because she’s 6foot tall. Also, she made those clothes she’s wearing. There are two songs you definitely have watch, one is I Put a Spell On You, Black and White version. The other is her newly released single, that she wrote, called Million Miles. It’s about her grandfather who died.
@Masearte Abraha really. Maybe you should watch a video called Meeting Angelina Jordan on the React to the World channel. She’s taller than the man presenter and looks about a foot taller than the woman and she’s only wearing trainers. They even say they had heard she’s 6 foot and they can see she is. She’s towering over them, has huge hair, and looks like a goddess meeting some mortals.

And in the video after AGT where she is meeting people in the street that were all tiny people too. In fact I only saw one that was over 5ft tall. You have a new subscriber but BEWARE! This is a long comment. I hope you have the patience to read to the end. Thank you for discovering and reacting my favourite singer. Simon was correct when he said that he had never heard that version, Angelina re-arranged it for the performance. She does this with many of her cover songs. Her fans call it "Angelina-fying" a song. The lady who first stood and clapped at the end of Angelina's performance was her maternal grandmother, Mery Zamani. On her right was Angelina's mother, Sara Astar, then Juliette,her sister and then her uncle, Michael Astar who is also her Manager. Heid Klum hit the Golden Buzzer. So Angelina went straight to the Final, where she performed Elton John's classic "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road".
My introduction to Angelina was on her first appearance at Norway's Got Talent and I didn't expect much from a 7-year-old. Just a cute little girl, all nervous, rushing the song in parts, hesitating and then stumbling over or forgetting her words and generally acting her age and doing her best to get through a childish song like "Twinkle, twinkle little star". What did I see? Well, it was a seven-year-old child, with wild hair and gaps in her mouth, where there once were baby teeth. And that was when the normal perception ended and things turned upside down. She confidently answered the questions put to her by a Judge. Declared she was going to sing a song by the legendary Billie Holiday. Gestured off-stage for the technician to start the music and then started singing. The body of the 7-year-old was still there but the voice wasn't. Or was it? I was surprised then and that surprise is still with me, some six years later.
I have followed her career since I saw that first video on UA-cam and in the six years she has been singing publicly she has mastered many musical genres, including Blues, Country, Disco, Jazz, Pop, R&B and Soul, EDM and Rock and covered songs first performed by many famous singers, like Adele, Whitney Houston, Nancy and Frank Sinatra, Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Judy Garland, Lana del Ray, Avicii, Bill Withers, Gloria Gaynor, Andy Williams, Elvis Presley, Louis Armstrong and many others. What is more extraordinary is that she takes ownership of every song she sings while still paying respect to the original. You will notice that she never goes into unnecessary theatrics. Never sings those high or low notes unless they are absolutely necessary. Never projects herself in any performance which says "look how good I am". She just sings the song as she feels it is meant to be sung. And I'll add an even more extraordinary item for you to consider, to show how unique she is. She has the innate ability not only to sing a song as emotionally as the song deserves but to be able to communicate those same emotions to the listener.
As I have noted above, I have been following her career a long time and have listened to every interview she has given and every documentary about her and every performance she has ever given. What stands out for me is how a very shy and humble girl in her normal life, can be transformed into the perfect vehicle for the song she has chosen to sing, once she starts to sing.
Although the gift of singing and all her performances appear to be effortless, Angelina works very hard to ensure that the one she is going to record reflects what she sees as the correct way to meld both lyrics and melody. Most of her performances are recorded in her home studio, either with background music or a single guitar. Most are done in one take. She treats the whole thing as a hobby. As we would have said when I was young. "There is no 'side' to her" She is completely transparent to the world.
Perhaps you would like to go back a few years and work forward. By doing so, you will come to the realisation that she is "unique" and I don't use that word loosely. There is truly no other singer who has her versatility and sheer ability to communicate the emotions of a song to her listeners. I doubt there is another singer who works so hard to ensure that, when she sings the song, it is sung in such a way that her listener becomes enmeshed in the emotions

Come take a ride down the rabbit hole. The ride is amazing and you will be just as shocked whether you hear it for the first time or 50th time, she's pure talent. It's like she hugging your heart and touches/heals your soul...great reaction. I personally recommend going back to where it all started...look for Rusty Shackelford, he has the entire list of covers and originals (over 130 songs)...you definitely have to watch Angel-ina on Norways got talent (she auditioned at 7 years old and won the whole season at 8 years old!!!! 8 years old! Lovely reaction. She's hypnotic and such an inspiration for the whole world and I have to admit, she gets me through my worst days! Enjoy!

When you work hard at your craft since the age of 3, studying music since 4 yo at the music academies of Oslo and LA including singing opera, you are a seasoned pro when 13, especially when you had charity concerts araund the world including one at Korea in front of more than 40,000 people.
