Omg that’s so smart to have the tape on your heat press to make sure the shirt is lined up!
Mrs Arrington I agree...I’m borrowing that idea😉
@@Talented1One1 I Promise i said the very same thing...

Good video sir. One extra tip so you don't have to line up shirt on the press. Mark the vertical (only) centerline on the back of all transfers. It takes a few minutes but gets rid of all the other steps. I do it everyday-took me awhile to figure it out. The vertical line (a small one at top and bottom) will line up with crease in shirt-DONE! It's always centered in the center of shirt and is alway straight! I made a small light table to mark transfer centerline but if logo is centered and straight on paper, just do a quick pinche fold (fold transfer in half but only pinch a small crease on top/bottom) then use a marker to make a half inch line on creases. You're most welcome T-Shirt entrepreneurs.
Great tip!
I learned something new. The tapes you centered on the press. Also the back placement for pressing the shirt. I did the back of my shirt and it was a little too low, lucky it was for me. Great idea, thank you for sharing your knowledge, appreciate all that you share with us.
I'm trying to buy some lasers I can attach to the heat press to center it better
1st let me say I love your business name! We are all so blessed. 2nd where and what brand of heat press it the most economical and good quality to purchase for a small start up business? Will it stick on 100 polyester shirts?
Do you use the same size transfer for all shirt sizes?
It depends on the design, there are some smaller designs, but for the big designs for the most part is the same size, it can’t be bigger than 15x15 because that’s the size of my heat press

Hi Sally, youca order them already made from a transfer company like fm expression or 316 originals, all our transfers we order them ready to make the shirt
@@plastisolheattransfermaste1474 how can I transfer my art works to send it to the transfer company? Do i take a photo of my art work from paper and send the photos to the transfer company to print it on the transfer paper?
Hey bro, where are the blank t shirts from? They look good and are they cotton?
www.tscapparel.com/
Hi just wondering do you buy those transfer papers from a company pre made or do you make them yourself. I am just looking into getting started and would like to do outlined words like that but l thought you needed a vinyl cutter to achieve it but you prints are already cutout with out having to remove and picking off excess vinyl outline waste
If it’s vynil you can do it your self with a cricut, if it’s plastisol transfer you can order form a company
Thank you kindly
Do you take the shirt tags out and print your own?
I leave the tags on unless it’s my own clothing brand
Great video. I noticed you don't use butcher paper or teflon sheet over before you press?
for these transfers you do not have to put teflon on top
Is there a website that makes custom logos for your clothes?
you can try canva and mate it yourself or try fiverr to hire someone
Hey what brand is this shirt ? Looks so nice

Brother man, where did you order your designs from? Do you do it yourself using vinyl cutter or outsource it?
If you are outsourcing it wouldn't designing cost be expensive?
Brick & Mortar Studio hey bro, the design was made by my wife then we send it to PW custom get the transfers then make the transfers
@@plastisolheattransfermaste1474 thank you. I appreciated.
@@plastisolheattransfermaste1474 Brother Man, what file or software do you need to design and send it to the PW custom. If I make a design in Office Paint and create a .JPG file will that work?

@@plastisolheattransfermaste1474 alright, thanks..
I like your content. Sorry to bother you. What exact Gildan is the shirt and what type or brand is the heat press..?
My shirts be cracking, please tell me does that happen to you?
evographx yes it does it happened to me more at the beginning of they crack most Ike’s is because you applied too much heat for too long
What's the difference between screen print hest transfer and plastisol transfer

What brand shirt do you use
ite depends on the order, but usually gildan
where to buy the machine?
Amazon

Are the shirts 100 cotton ? Does plastisol feel better than htv and sublimation?
Yes and I think it feels better
Music ne pls
Another question I have is does plastisol works only for cotton shirts? Enjoyed your video like nothing else.
Brick & Mortar Studio so there are different types of transfers for example if you are doing polyester you might have to get a different “formula” that’s what they call it it depends on the company
@@plastisolheattransfermaste1474 awesome , that was a good piece of information. Just purchased a machine from Amazon. Your help and advice will be sought after all the time friend.
Brick & Mortar Studio I just launched a training I think you will find very useful bro gum.co/qikbK I go over everything

Dear Sir, I'm local t Shirt's manufacturer in Pakistan. I want to buy this heart press machine. Please guide me how Can I buy it and it's really name and it's cost
I'm having a problem with the fact that the top of my design doesn't come out on the t-shirt entirely as the rest, what am I doing wrong?
Maybe the pressure is not strong enough?
Thank you very much, i think that maybe the problem...
So you don't need Teflon sheet
no, sometimes you do when the transfer did not cure
Where are those transfers from? Great video Brother
PW customs thats where we get all the transfers

Whats up my brother!! Hey I am starting my own clothing brand (www.bltzr.co). I am really interested in the heat press but I am not sure how to get my logo or my designs on the heat transfer paper. Do I need a printer or how does it work. Thanks for any info. Great job bro!
I see jesus face on the heatpress pad
i thought plastisol was for screen printing only
VanaTee CustomPrints plastisol is a type of ink and that type of ink can come already in a preñase transfer
Premade*
ah okay, thanks. im just getting started here
You forgot a few steps to make this a step by step. Logo transfer from computer to printer, printing, inks you use etc.
I order my transfers I don’t print it out myself, so once you have the design send it to t transfer company
@@plastisolheattransfermaste1474 oh, I see. I order my transfers from a company too but going solo from A to Z, thanks and great video!
Bro, the bottom of the heat press looks like a face.
Lol yeah its from a Jesus shirt we made a while back
Excellent excellent tutorial is this plastisol thing can be apply in any kind of fabric????
Not all fabrics, when you order them you can see to what fabrics you can apply it to
