- In this video I answer a question i get alot. Why do I order plastisol transfers when I own a cameo vinyl cutter? How do I load my plastisol transfers into my cameo vinyl cutter. I use my cameo to cut custom 1 off designs with htv and I also use the HTV for testing out designs before I order plastisol transfers. I use plastisol transfers to sell my retail products.

Your page is hella underrated
Been following you for awhile now. You always offer great content with none of the BS. Most "educational" things you post I already know, but I watch because of your personality. Thanks and keep it up!
Bro your channel has been A1 since I found it in 2017! You always get straight to the point with no bs. Literally one of the best in your category
Bro you're the real deal don't change for anything keep dropping that knowledge.
🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 Thank you for this!! Much needed... I do everything thing in my own and it’s seems like I’m getting better and overwhelmed.... this is a big help!!! I seriously was just praying and ask God to help me see a better way. To help me improve with handling more orders!! Dude you seriously are a blessing 💪🏽🙏🏽
Using the heat transfers for R&D is some priceless information. Gonna start doing that
yo big brandoh is one of the realest on youtube! the amount of knowledge my dude gives us 🙏
Big B!!! You were the first person I started following in the t-shirt/apparel branding business. Thank you for all the knowledge and free gems over the years. Keep up the great content! Definitely doing a good service to the business. I've just launched my brand for retail and I want to know what you think of concept and etc. Thanks again Big Brando. Love
So very true, self modeling your work, is the best exposure.
Thank you very much Big Brandoh !
You have explained it perfectly and now I can move on with my printing knowing exactly what to do and why.
Yo my man i love you big dawg. I appreciate you and all of your videos! Much love
Keep grind'n. Appreciate all the knowledge you share.
Thanks for this. I just did the stahls' webinar and they said the same thing about weeding vinyl for smaller projects and the transfer express screen print sheets for larger orders. I have a ironing board looking heat press my stepmom gave me but i haven't tried it yet.
Excited for this one!
Hey.. been there done that sitting up all night weeding small letters😩 and yes your correct about the walk around research.. you are a gem ..
This was superrrr helpful! Thank you so much.
Very well spoken thanks for the info keep being a teacher and a Blessing peace
Vinyl cutter helps me as an Electrician/ HVAC contractor: I use it to label panels, air conditioning equipment, pumps, etc. quick and easy way to make decals for my work. I can add my logo, contact information. With the benefit of scaling the image to fit the area it is getting adhered to. I have used the heat transfer vinyl on company shirts for employee names. Once we were working on a special project, I used HTV to put the project name on my crews shirts and hi-vis vests. Made us stand out as professionals. There are a lot of uses for a vinyl cutter.
perfect example of putting in the work. thats dope. multi use for the win!!! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 keep grinding
That is genius to wear your prints out that you are testing for real responses to the design.
definitely needed this. thank you!
You're cool mate. So many annoying people giving advice. You ain't one of em : )
Crystal clear!
awesome information, THANK YOU!!
facts bro transfers are a lifesaver
Hell yeah I agree !
Great video !
Can you show us some of the r&d designs that didn't work out?
Love your channel, tried to order some transfers but they only ship inside the US and to Canada. Going to have to do some research and see if they have the equivalent or something similar in Australia.
So helpful!!!
fireeeeee very smart big dawg
love the intro
Thanks for this for new subscribers
Good stuff taking notes 💯 also what if u want different color letters of pictures
I was going to make shirts with vinyl for my brand but after making a few shirts, i didn't like the way it felt and looked after washing. You have to make sure to iron inside out after wash so the vinyl looks straight. Going to order transfers from transfer express, or supacolor.
Hey man which do you recommend for full color transfers: Supacolor or Transfer Express?
I am new to all this!! I have all the sublimation stuff with sawgrass printer plus cameo and just got some plastisol transfer sheets.
Curious which is more cost effective printing onto easy subli paper and then Putting that on a shirt so there is no weeding or ordering the plastisol sheets?
Thanks for the video! You got some good content! I just subscribed. Quick question….how much are plastisol heat transfers. For example the one you were holding up. I am new to this and wondering the cost of order heat transfers. Thanks in advance!
Which one is best for construction work shirts? Thermoflex plus or plastisol transfers? Or which material would you recommend? Thank you so much in advance! I love your videos and you're real down to earth personality btw thank you for all your content! ❤✌
thank u for this video my man
💯👊🏾💯
"I can imagine that's the same way females can tell when guys are looking at their chest."
😂😂😂
Don't ever change man! Love the vid!
hahahahahaaaaa
I do everything you do bro on God 💪🏾🙌🏾🖤
So is the heat transfer also done through transfer express? Not sure if im asking that correctly
i know you said to use htv if you only have 1-5 orders a day but plastisol is superior to htv tho right, quality wise? thanks
Stan Banks is sending me some transfer's from Supacolor to try out, IM going to make a video about them vs Vinyl. So this video is like you were thinking of me. lol But great vidoe Bro....
This what am going to order! The cameo4 ugh 🤦🏿♂️
I know supacolors doesn't do ganging or multiple artworks but, will they do multiple colors of the same artwork? Let's say 5 red , 5 blue?
Yes! Yes! Yes!
White or matte white?
My guy🤷🏿♂️💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾🙌🏾
BRO GOOD LOOKING FOR THE E- BOOK GREAT FUCKING INFO!!!! HOW DO YOU USE THE ROLL FEEDER
Cool man. For me wasn't sure if one was better for the quality and feel but now understand its more of test and trial/cost saving to start with before putting out all that cash
yes and yes! comes down to what you wanna offer your customers and what works best for you production wise. some people like screen printing. but not everybody has the capabilities to screen print. doesnt mean its a better option than htv. get me? cuz if your customer only wants 2 shirts made, it would take wayyy longer to screen print those 2 shirts than it would to cut out htv and press it on 2 shirts.
Hey bro I appreciate all the content and advice you give . You’ve really helped me with my home based business💯 one question I have is why wouldn’t you screen print a one color design? I have a 2 color design at home that I can sell multiple of and am debating whether to screen print it myself ( I have a 4 color press) or just get some transfers from supacolor. You ain’t steered me wrong yet lol
cuz pre printing shirts takes up space in my inventory. i can screen print 120 shirts of one design or i can get 120 transfers made with multiple designs on it and just stock the blanks. as you know, screen printing set up and clean up is the same whether you print 1 shirt or 300 shirts. for myself it doesnt make sense to preprint shirts in various sizes and hope they sell. easier for me to stock blank shirts and press transfers as orders come in. no wasted inventory space and no wasted shirts.
@@BigBrandoh 💯 for sure man appreciate the response . That makes a lot of sense .
yee!
Question? What brand hats do you use for a hat press. I’ve heard of Richardson hats, Yupoong, Port Authority ect. Thanks
pressing on hats. i look for cotton fronts or cotton poly fronts. brand doesnt matter much to me, mainly material. some materials melt under the heat so i try to stick with materials i've pressed before (cotton/polyester)
Good video had a question when you order plastisol transfer with your design idea on it .Do they keep your design? Thank you
they keep your design on file incase you reorder the same transfers again but thats about it.
Which one out of plastisol and supacolor be the best for drawings and different artwork
both work good
Mahalo Bro 🤙
What kind of ink/printing is used on the hoodie you are wearing in this video
i got a blank black crew neck on in the video.
Is the plastisol transfer just was good was manual screen printing ? As far as the quality and durability
check out the wash tests on my channel. same inks, same printing process, different curing process. if cured correctly the print will outlive the shirt its on.
Whats ur race
i have an new sublimation printer what is the best paper for A4 for dark 100 cotton ???? link pls .
i have never sublimated on cotton. in my experience, sublimation works best on 100% polyester. everything else that says "sublimation on cotton" isnt actually dying the cotton but sublimating onto another piece of paper to be applied onto the shirt. so i have no idea. dye sublimation is dying the fabric with your image.
What's your shirt made of cotton or poly/cotton?
100% cotton. i dont use any blends. my customers dont like it.
Man, I had a customer order 25 t-shirts. I didn't have time to get to order plastisol transfers.
i had to weed our the design, which took forever.
never again, some of the words were really small it was a pain to weed.
I was cussin like a sailor on a weekend pass.
Dam🤦🏿♂️
Is doing shirts with vinyl cheaper than transfers? About the same price?
all depends... how many shirts are you doing? how many colors? 5 yard roll of vinyl is $40. not too expensive but very time consuming. if your doin 1 or 2 shirts vinyl would be good. but what if you got a order for 36 shirts for a family reunion or a car club. more efficient to use transfers. it all depends on what your needs are and what you offer your customers. both a cost efficient and both are good options but very hard to compare the two
Can you make a video on how to advertise your brand?
i got vids showing how i do that on my channel. check it out
Do you sell your T-shirts in men sizes or do you have women sized T-shirts as well? I’m trying to get a business going but not sure on what to stock up on. So here I am doing my homework watching some of your videos. New subscriber by the way. Love your honest informative channel. Thank you
i only sell mens shirts. i stay away from womens shirts. too many options and women need to try stuff on to make sure it fits and printing on womens shirts gets tricky because designs can look funny with chest placement. so i only sell mens shirts.
Have you heard of/used Howard Custom Transfers? They got pretty good reviews, was just curious if you heard of them before.
i dont use their transfers personally but it doesnt hurt to get samples and test them out yourself.
@@BigBrandoh ah ok gotcha, I got some samples in yesterday just haven't pressed them yet.
very old-school approach. u must lot of time to test.
its called due diligence. in order for you to prove your idea is profitable. you gotta put in the work. if you dont mind wasting money on failed ideas. thats cool. but alot of people go broke trying to get rich. not me. hahaaa
😎💪🏽
I like how you broke it down to slow ones 😂. Not everyone meant to do this. If you thinking that hard 🤔maybe isn’t for you.
Slow ones? Everyone takes in information differently. He is very articulate & knows how to get his point across unlike you. Stop bashing people who are sometimes literal & need extra words. Those are the deep thinkers.
