Ever since the new gearing update, I immediately stopped playing. The new gearing that's game mode specific is supremely stupid. Had like 5 characters at max gear before, now I don't even bother playing any gear related content
Having played since beta, I am at the point of the game where I have been playing on and off once a year or so to enjoy the new story drops. Its fun to see I get to play again soon, though I have been hankering for a playthrough of a Jedi Knight recently since its been a while since I did that story
I kinda...hate the new lighting. A really bad example is the Sith Warrior intro. Characters look like they have a torchlight right in front of their faces. Very odd. I wish it could be reverted back.

I agree about the dye sales strategy being not very player friendly and I really hope it's not a sign of how things are going be handled going forward. When they intentionally and needlessly lock the most desirable cosmetics behind time-gated and expensive cartel market items it can be pretty discouraging to those of us who already pay the continuous sub fee.
I really do like how the new lightning and HD retexture of old planets doesn't sacrifice performance. I genuinely thought I would have performance issues but I haven't encountered a single one.
I hope we continue to get story content. Maybe we’ll get a SWTOR 2 that’ll have an upgraded engine and new combat. I really like the combat from Guild Wars 2
I like this update, but the FOMO has me a little worried. I was drawn to SWTOR because of its little to no FOMO, so I hope they don't start going in that direction.
Worst “update” ever! The game is unplayable and irritating with the outdated KOTOR style scenes in THE MAIN STORY where your screen in half black, you have to read endless text and your character literally says and does nothing in response. This is unacceptable and certainly not worth the subscription price. I have unsubscribed and won’t be back unless it’s fixed. If this is the future of SWTOR then it has no future, which is a shame because until the last expansion it was awesome to play.
Now that there’s not many players left, prices of items on the GTN have become insanely high! Only subscribers will be able to buy them since they don’t have a limit of 1 million credits in their account. Not sure if EA made the right move in dumping this game to a smaller company to maintain it, game seems laggy for flashpoints and it’s definitely not my Internet or pc performance.
I have a question about the vendor because I can only repair everything and not individually. The last time I played was 3 years ago and I was able to repair everything individually because sometimes it is very expensive to repair everything thanks if you answer your videos are really helpful
When I look for content on how to do a quest I'm stuck on in surviving kessels landing I don't expect to look here and see everything else. Just tell me how to survive the tunnel with the flames, man.
I haven't played SWTOR in a couple of years, now. I've been playing Skyrim. These new updates on SWTOR look really nice. Maybe in a few months, I might start playing SWTOR again.
I wish SWTOR had the dyes like in Guild Wars 2 where there are so many they almost throw them at you. You can pick different pats of your armor to color, mix and match etc. In a MMO, looking unique is important. Make it difficult to do that or expensive then people, me, could lose interest.
As a content creator/provider for SWTOR as well as always one of my main recourse to use for getting data mined/organized for SWTOR. I want to say Thank you and that I support your comments about the "Way" they went about offering the new Dyes in the CC market. I think it was a fair critic without overbearing as well that I agree in the simplest statement that it did not feel quite genuine and leave it at that. In addition I find these kinds of information video caps extremely helpful as I get older with the game I want to know as much about it to be informed, however I getting lazier in my own efforts to dig it all out myself and become more reliant on resources such as these. So as always please keep them coming as long as you can.

FOMO is a pretty dark turning point for the game's cash shop philosophy, which has never been generous to start. SWTOR now hosts FOMO, lootcrates, and a battlepass, and still gets small updates. Modest updates, if I'm being generous with how expensive the story content alone must be. It would be naive to think that them attaching to FOMO to dyes isn't a small experiment to see how the community reacts. Any modern video game business team knows that they need to turn the pressure cooker up slowly, rather than all at once. I would not be surprised to learn that in a year we have full armor sets from iconic Star Wars characters rotating in and out of the shop. edit: and lest I forget, thank you for your coverage over so much time SWTORista!

Are you caught up with the previous parts of the basilisk story? Did you log in and log out? Is your HOLOCOM mising from your interface? That's all my ideas!
I would like a video discussing the plans, news, or rumors of keeping this game. Relevant moving forward. Now that broad sword has taken over. A lot of players are rightfully concerned because almost everybody knows that broad sword is not a developing company. They are a maintenance company.

Just do NiM first bosses it drops 340 rakata then only 2 steps to 344 or 160 ops-1 currency. This seems to be all people do on Darth Malgus server

If it's any comfort, the prices for the new dyes have been dropping on the gtn. they seem to be coming from the cartel packs already.

The new gearing system for level 80 is stupid… The OG system was way better
Wish they would over haul the graphics and character models. Besides that one of best mmos ever made.
I just hit 80 like 5/6 days ago so I'm still new to gearing, so far my item lvl is 324 so the gearing system is still confusing to me.
